Accommodation and facilities:
1. Strong wind shatter the dining hall window pane, glass chip fly all over, danger to the diners. 2. Meal took 2 hours and not ready 3. My new car tyre was stolen from the car park, where's the security? Whoever reading this comments, please think twice before booking.

Only the receptionists seem to be fluent in English, the rest of the staff speak little English, we struggled to order a drink at the bar and to order a room service.

Accommodation and facilities:
Nice hotel and very nice room. However, we were unfortunate enough to be without hot water for two days. The room would even be better if the king size bed had two bedside tables with reading lamps. Breakfast was a little difficult for Farangs. Finally, the location maps both on your web-site and the Hotel give the impression it is very close to city centre, whilst it is several Km away and difficult to get cheap transport.

Accommodation and facilities:
Room was lovely, however lacked information about the hotel i.e. reception number (had to figure it out). Hotel staff knew very little english which cause frustration when asking for assistance or ordering room service. If hotel wants to market to foreigners they need to brush up on language skills. This would be the main reason why I wont recommend this hotel. Restaurant buffet food was also not money's worth in terms of quality.

The hotel room is fine, clean and has everything you need. We god a room on the 7th floor with water view, very nice. The only one negetive to say about the hotel is that there is only one dinning restaurant. It could be better if the restaurant is situated on the side where you have water view.

Accommodation and facilities:
Woraburi is not for the budget traveler. It is most likely the most expensive hotel in this part of Thailand. The quality of the service and accomodations did not match the price. We had many problems with our room, including a broken air conditioning thermostat and no hot water in the morning. Only a few members spoke english well enough to give directions. Finally, the hotel is within walking distance of the train station, but it is not a convenient walk with luggage. There are many better options in the area.

Reservation service:
SiameServices.com was easy to use, and communication was good. The system is not realtime, and therefore the user must wait for confirmation. A realtime system would be much better. Hotel selection is limited. There are many other hotels that you can not access with this service.
