Valde detta för det relativt låga priset men huset börjar bli gammalt och det är inte speciellt fräscht. Först fick vi rökrum trots att vi bad om icke rök. Efter byte fick vi ett badrum med vattenläcka i taket. Heltäckningsmattor i rummen med unken lukt. Frukosten dock helt ok. Personalen väldigt hjälpsam. Entrén låg mitt på en stökig bakgata. Shoppingen i kvarteret var ett plus.

The entrance ground floor is always congested and unsafe feeling for my first visit while i saw road user keep talking with policeman with case to be attended. Even Baiyoke Suite elevated lobby is impressive but the room is very old and dark with two spoiled wall lights and air-con compressor is very noisy unbearable and the mattress cover is smelly also.And we cannot open window for fresh air and all glass window are very dirty with fungus and black stain. And the restaurant floor carpet on top floor is not spared also.

We had stayed at this hotel twice before. The reception area is very modern and clean but the actual rooms are all aged and tired now. The rooms are large with a bedroom separate lounge room and bathroom with both bath and shower. This hotel really needs a good renovate. The staff don't speak much english but are very friendly and courteous.

If you are a family and need a budget hotel then this is the one but it is budget and in really need of an upgrade the room is dirty. The staff are hopeless hardly speak English. I have stayed here for years as I have 2 children so having 2 rooms is good. It's a shame as the breakfast is really good I would stay here again after this stay.

Hotel still the same after so many years. The only presentable area is the Hotel Lobby. Seems like only the lower floors had renovation works carried out(rooms had timber floors). The upper floors still the same. The floor carpets remain old & stale & poor lighting in the rooms. The waiting time for the lifts are a pain in the neck, esp when u are in a hurry. The check-in staff are unfriendly to the extend of being fierce.

this is a very bad hotel, the room was dirty and very old, I took pictures and show them at the lobby but they don't care about that, they just laughed off me. When I arrived they ask me passport for every people who share the rooms (my husband, my 2 kids and me) and they asked to me my credit card for a deposit in case of something was stolen or 2000 bath. So since I arrived I was suppected to be a thief. I don't gave anything I hate the people like this. I suggest to all of you to go far from this hotel. It's not cheapest hotel 2300 baths /night for this shit. I think thief are them not me !!!!!

Baiyoke Suite is the perfect hotel for shopping and if you like large rooms. The rooms are absolutely enormous and you will never feel cramped. All rooms have a good view of Bangkok. The rooms are a little old and are a little bit worn, but the bedclothes and towels are fresh. If you don't worry yourself about dated rooms this is an excellent stay. The breakfast is served on the top floor, again offering spectacular views over Bangkok - but more importantly the breakfast buffet is the best I have come across in a budget or mid-range hotel. There is also a decent outside pool in the hotel and there is a massage place. Internet comes at a charge. Room service food really sucks, so don't order this - but there are endless good and tasty foodstalls everywhere in the streets outside (strange that they can make such good breakfast and then have such bad room service). This hotel is right in the centre of Pratunam Market so endless shops and street food. Taxis are easy to find and it is only a 10 minute walk to Pantip Plaza (Computer Market) and 30 minute walk to Siam Square and MBK. We ve stayed here several times due to the good breakfast and good location. We recommend this hotel for a stay in the Pratunam area.

This is a very ordinary hotel, rooms are very old fashioned, but 2 rooms, the name suggest it’s a suite hotel. The reception area looks glossy but there is no lobby with sofas or even some chairs to sit. All the staff members are very unfriendly, you are always greeted with a grumpy face, not caring at all about the guest. Breakfast has a lot of variety but no quality and if the tray is finished, that is never replenished at all. However the sky restaurant where the breakfast is served has a good view of Bangkok, since this is on the top floor. The hotel is actually situated on the busy shopping area too much nasty and crowded, but you can take a small walk or take tuk-tuk to the bigger shopping malls which are all nearby.

To get from Petchaburi road to the hotel you need to walk through the crowded street market. Also If you get a taxi from the airport please ensure the driver knows the difference between Bayoke Suite and Bayoke Sky hotels, otherwise you'll need to walk a bit more. The hotel interior is good, everything is clean. The reception stuff is very friendly and helpful. I booked Execute suite which appeared to be 2 small rooms (living + bedroom). The balcony was not accessible (sealed by the management), and the air condition was a bit noisy. The rest was good, the room interior was modern and clean. There was Minibar with quite reasonable prices. The breakfast was good. The restaurant is at top floor with fascinating views on Bangkok downtown. (There were a bit cold though, the air conditioning must have been set to 18 C). Unlike other hotels they offered Europenian food, not only Thai strange spiced food. As for the other facilities, the pool closes at 7PM which was very disappointing, I didn't have a chance to use it. Also, Wi-Fi internet was unreasonably overpriced. In general I would recommend this hotel, but don't agree on Executive Suites they always offer, you'll spend money on nothing.

Big hotel with spacious rooms/suites. Not very luxurious but sufficient. If you want to be in the middle of the business of the PRATUNAM-area this is a very good place to stay. If you want high-standard hotelroom with modern amendities......look further. Internet-connection for 600 Baht/24 hours and HBO for free. Good breakfast and a simple swimmingpool.

Ever since our stay in Dec. 2003 and my comments in 2004 I can only recommend this Hotel and we stayed there almost every Year since. Now our Children do the same. Ever Unit has a big Lounge with TV, Bedroom and nice Bathroom at an acceptable price. Any type of Restaurant and the Nightmarket in front of the door. We would never stay somewhere else in Bangkok. Upon reaching the hotel at about 10pm & to our dismay was told by the reception that we have not paid nor booked for 13 Dec. 08 nite, even we produce the successful payment doc. for 13dec nite & they demand us to pay for 13 dec nite (of course we rejected). It's only after 30 mintues & much pressure that the recep. agreed to room us into the exe. suite without asking us to pay for 13 Dec nite which is already paid via internet link per attached (deleted the successful email for yr auto payement reply but definitely not a probelm to proved our payment to you upon rec d of credit card bill). The rooms are very basic even though they are suites and the air conditioning made a lot of noise. Accommodation and facilities:
Since there were no standard rooms available, booked a non smoking executive suite and paid more. We were given a smoking room and it was same as a standard room (have stayed before) Disgusting smell from the bathroom and taps was leaking. Breakfast buffet needs to improve a lot. Food was under our expectation. Staff was not as friendly as the ones in Pattaya. We will think twice before going there again.

We booked the Garden wing, But after looking at one of the rooms at Ocean Tower my husband didn’t have a choice. He had to take me there. Modern room with extremely tasteful open bathroom. Simply fantastic. We had a great time. Love the lap pool. Enjoyed the Thai food at dinner buffet at Essence Restaurant . Good breakfast buffet. Free internet should be standard nowadays.

This was our second visit to Bangkok in the space of a month. The first stay was at the Royal River Hotel on the Chao Phraya River, we chose not to return there and to try the Baiyoke our selves as some friends recommended it. For us this hotel was far better, location was still good and in the heart of the shopping area. The separate room makes a great deal of difference as we have 2 children and trying to cram them into one large room is not the most comfortable so Bayioke wins points for having appartments rather than just a room. Breakfast is OK , the rooms were clean and the service was pleasant. The gym was far better than the Royal River as well. All in all I would say it was good value for money and we would certanly consider returning there again.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They speak enough English for one to be able to understand and communicate. I stayed in an Executive suite for 4 nights. The room was comfortable except for the water heater. The water would be warm at the beginning and after a while you may find yourself bathing in cool water. The good thing about staying at Baiyoke is that it is near the Pratunam market and Platinum mall. If you are one who enjoys walking, you may like to walk to the Siam area where there is Siam Paragon, MBK, Big C, etc. It takes about 20-25minutes to walk. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience staying in the hotel.

We stayed at the Baiyoke Suite Bangkok from 12/08/2008 until 27/08/2008 and with that amount of time spent at that location I consider myself quailified to offer the following comments about the Baiyoke Suite Hotel Bangkok: Reception and check in proceedure was flawless from the Receptionists and Bellboys who were willing and able to assist us in every way. The rooms: We occupied rooms that were on the 40th floor. They were clean,spacious, with great views of Bangkok. The Housekeeping staff were superb and always cleaned and tidied the rooms beyond reproach. Meals: Breakfast on the 43rd floor was fantastic in every way, the food was of a high standard and plentiful,the staff were accomodating and willing to assist. Room Service: We had room service on about five occasions and found the food and service second to none, the service staff was prompt and friendly. Security: At no time did we feel unsafe or unsure in the surrounds of The Baiyoke Suite Hotel of in Bangkok for that matter. Around and about the hotel security was obvious but not intrusive and it did put your mind at rest. Location: The location of the hotel is good for shoppers, bargin hunters and fashion seekers with the a garment centre adjacent to the hotel and the Indra Square right across the road. Big C ,World Plaza, MBK and other shops just a 12 to 17 minute walk or a short air conditioned Taxi ride from the hotel but insist on the drivers putting the meter on.The front door staff will assist you with translation if you ask them. In our party of 6 we had our 73 year old aunty and our disabled daughter with us and ALL hotel staff offered and gave assistance if it was required and with hesitation. Many times the Door Staff went above and beyond what would be considered normal. We again thank them for their assistance. Overall view of our stay at The Baiyoke Hotel Bangkok: I and my travel companions are by no means easily pleased or considered pushovers but our stay at the hotel was without a doubt an enjoyable experience and we have come away with great memories, but none of this would not have happened if ALL the staff at The Baiyoke Hotel Bangkok had not been as guest orientated as they were to us. Hotel requires a 2000 baht deposit at check-in, for which they want to use your credit card. When I refused to hand over my card, they suddenly claimed the hotel was full and, although I had indicated early arival , I had to wait in the lobby from 05:00am till 11:15am before being assigned a room. After a flight of 11 hours, this is not funny. Room was old and dirty; stained carpets and old furniture. The elevators are completely inadequate; we sometimes waited 10 minutes for 1 to arrive at our floor. It is easy to change the elevator's destination and some unpolite, selfish guests did this on several occasions!!! Great location in Pratunam district.

Breakfast was provided, but i muz say i rather eat out. Best of all is e location, price was reasonable too. Hotel was centrally located in the middle of the WHOLESALE scene! Check in was alright but the concierge was not helpful in getting a cab for me and my 3 other friends to the airport. But I must say that the hotel provided us complimentary limo service on our shopping days from the hotel, not before stopping at the Gem centre, of course. I will come back and stay at this hotel but do please look into the hot water system in the rooms soon! It can be a traumatising experience with only cold shower.

We (family of 4)stayed this year twice in the Baiyoke Suite hotel. This hotel has a perfect price-quality level. The rooms are big, people are very friendly and the biggest advantage is that Baiyoke Suite lays right in the middle of the shopping aerea. Shop till you drop. The breakfast is great!! The elevaters are the weak spot. Only if you have no patience you don't like it. We will come next year again!

The hotel room is big as the name of the hotel is a Suite. There is a kitchenette area which is good for family. Overall, I find the room acceptable. The decor is a bit old fashioned but it is livable. The cold shower point was a bit faulty and as a result the water was very hot. The hotel is not near to BTS. The nearest BTS is about a 15 min walk away. We walked from Siam Discovery back to the hotel and took us half an hour. If you like shopping, this is the area to be in.

Location of the hotel is good, but there are some points that the hotel could improve. (1) TV was placed in the living room as this hotel seems to be modified from a serviced apartment. Could not watch TV in bed. (2) No tissue paper and newspapers provided. (3) Location of air-con controller in bedroom was hidden behind the curtain. I only found it on the 2nd day! [on 1st day, I switched on the living room air-con on full blast :) ] (4) Lifts seems to be insufficient during peak hour (during check-in/ out time), we waited about 20 minutes from our floor to go downstairs for the lift!
