Wi-Fi is very poor in the room. Cleanliness, specially carpets and kitchen-unit, are poor. Staff very friendly. Check-in and check-our procedures were smooth and fast.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Good location and quiet place. Breakfast is great too. just around the corner of the hotel, there is a cafe call Peony cafe, very nice and quiet with victorian style if you are in for a lunch or high tea. they changes the menu daily.

Great room. Poor associated restaurant - at breakfast the orange juice was cordial not juice which I felt was pretty poor for a fairly pricey restaurant. We would have stayed for another 5 days but the reception staff wouldn't give us the same rate (wanted to increase it by about 500TB per night)and wouldn't budge on that even though the hotel was almost deserted. Moved to another hotel but otherwise would have been very happy to stay.

Saladaeng is a very good location. The two bedroom apartment was very well designed and had a marvellous view on 24th floor, but could have been even better if the windows had been cleaned (we bought sparay and did it ourselvs). High speed interet was very fast but cost extra (expensive)as we had not booked the apt. directly with the hotel. We missed cheese and youghurt at breakfast, otherwise the breakfast was up to our expectations. The pool area was very nice also and there was enough sun around lunchtime and early afternoon. I can recommend Bandara Suites to other travellers.

Very convenient, I have tried it before for other hotels and it works well. A bad thing is that you can't book late checkout for half day charge.

Another excellent stay at Bandara, having last stayed in March. Once again the 2 bedroom suite was ideal and staff were very kind and accommodating. I had a late checkout due to an international flight and they happily agreed to this. We are really pleased to have found Bandara - it is conveniently located and always makes for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We will be back.

Once again, a lovely stay at Bandara. This time we were in a 1 bedroom apartment. An enjoyable stay - too short of course and an early flight meant I missed out on the lovely breakfast they have on offer but I look forward to my next visit to Bandara.

We were delighted with Bandara. It was central and modern with lovely staff. The 2 bedroom suite was even better than we had hoped - with the 2 bathrooms a real bonus. It was absolutely ideal for 3 adults. Breakfast was great and offered plenty of variety. The pool and fitness area was also good and the free internet usage on the same floor there, terrific. All 3 of us would not hesitate to stay at Bandara again as it represented wonderfully value for money and was convenient to everything we needed- night markets, Skytrain (MBK, Chidlom), resturants etc etc.

We (2 adults and 2 kids age 7 and 9)stayed in a Bandara Suite on 21st floor. Very nice and spacious. The view over the city was magnificent. The pool area in Bandara Suites was small and shaded by the building. The Pool area in Chin house which is next door and available also to Bandara guests was also small but much nicer. Breakfast buffee was OK but we have had better. Staff in reception had some problems communicating in english. Airport pick-up did not work but at check-in, the hotel claimed they had sent a car and tried to charge us. After some discussion they decided to no-charge. Overall a good stay and I wouldn't hesitate booking again

Bandara Suites is absolutely my choice for my next trip to Bangkok. My companion and I stayed in a 2-bedroom suite that rivaled a small apartment in size. It was clean and quiet. The staff at all levels was courteous and extremely helpful. The entire experience, including the reasonable rates, made our vacation extremely enjoyable.

I resided in the two bedrooms suite and the room is great, just like the photos in the web and it gave more space for my daughter to run around. But the size of the bed may be a little crowded for two adults and one child.The staff are very nice and friendly but not all the staff at the front desk know English. The location is good actually and there is a medium size shopping mall nearby---silom complex, just 10 min. walk, which is also the BTS as well.You can find the Central Department store and some restaurants there. The great one is you can find many stalls in the street selling different kinds of Thai Food. I just found this on my last day as we still have some time to walk around in the morning. Taxi is my only way to travel around in this trip and it's convenient to take taxi to tour around. More, it's very near the China Town..only within 50 baht. If I went to Thailand with my family again, I'll surely choose this hotel again!

The hotel is in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from silom road and bts. I stayed in a business suite which have a glass wall which shows a beutiful views of bangkok from the 19th floor. the bathroom was big in size and comfort and so are the bedroom. our 12 years old child used the very comfort living room for sleeping on the sofa and for watching the many chanels big flat screen LCD while eating popcorn that she prepare in the microwave. The breakfast had a lot of selection and was very tasty. The hotel stuffwere very kind and didn't charge me for a glass that i brake and for the child's breakfast, i appreciate it a lot. I will definitely stay here again in my next visit

My family of 5 were well accommodated in the 2 bedroom suite at the old Chin House which is now the Bandara Suites. We used a rollaway which was easily put in the lounge/dining area. We had good views from room 2010. It was a 7-10 minute walk to Silom Rd which had the night markets and a grocery store and the sky rail mrt conveniently located. This accommodation is used by business people but made no difference to us. The restaurant for breakfast was a pleasure to use and the staff there very friendly and welcoming.

Very Nice Apartment,clean,staff helpful,polite,speak good english.Security Guard always make sure the taxi use meter & take down taxi number. we booked for 2 bedroom suite (we are 5 adults + 1 infant).Its 10 minutes walk to interchange (BTS Sala Daeng & MRT Silom)Good value! The only draw back is the breakfast,very few choices & every day serve the same item.Every evening you might see some Thai girl spin around at the lobby.

| CHIN CHIN WINE BAR AND LOUNGE Entering the CHIN CHIN wine bar is a bit like slipping beneath an umbrella in a rainstorm and having the little annoyances of the world turned away. With the soft lighting, sleek modern design of the bar, and inviting furniture created the cozy ambiance feel more like sitting at a friend's home instead of an inner city pub.
