It was my first visit to Bangkok on 10 Feb 2012 with my 3 friends who had been there before, but it was all our first time staying at Centre Point Petchburi 15. Firstly, we requested for a connecting room, or a room just beside each other, as there were 4 of us. This was not possible as the rooms were full that day and they have tried their best by giving us 2 rooms on the same floor, which was good enough and we sincerely appreciate their efforts. However, for the first night, my friends in room 1101 could not have a good rest as there were bed bugs, causing itch and unrest the whole night. We alerted the reception the next morning and we were lucky to have a change of rooms on the same level, for the second night. As for our room 1111, there was something wrong with the sink as the water seems to be clogged and despite having someone to assist us in checking, we were still unable to use the sink as water just won't seem to drain. The toilet was slightly clogged on day 2 as well, but we managed to use it later at night. The lights in both rooms are a little too dim, giving us a slightly gloomy and old feeling.. Cleanliness was acceptable and would be better if the plumbing in our toilets worked well. Maybe these issues should have been expected as this is quite an old hotel...? Perhaps a renovation or makeover would spruce up the place. :) Despite the above, the hotel was generally pleasant. The reception staff were mostly polite, despite a rather unhappy lady who served us during our check-in. I guess it was a busy weekend for them and it was just a minor issue so that's alright. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices, though during our last morning, there was a huge crowd and i believe due to shortage of staff, they had some trouble setting up new cutlery and allocating seats for us. To conclude, the location was perfect as it is near Platinum Mall and other wholesale malls, and there were a stretch of massage parlors right next to the hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay and first visit to Bangkok, and would hope to come back to visit again.

Не предоставили чай и кофе в номере. На полу нет коврового покрытия - кафель. Ужасные пододеяльники - 2 простыни, а между ними одеяло. Завтраки - шведский стол - вполне приличные. В целом отель неплохой. Convenient location. Close to shopping centers. When you check deposit asked for $ 100. The room has a kitchen area - stove, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishes. Did not provide tea and coffee in the room. On the floor, no carpet - tile. Horrible duvet - 2 sheets and blanket between them. Breakfast - buffet - quite decent. In general, a good hotel.

This is our 3rd stay with spouse. Overall, value for money. Spacious room. LCD tv is good. Encounter many taxi drivers not knowing this hotel if you flag a taxi to return to hotel after shopping. Just tell them pantip mall. They will know but most of the time we alight at pantip and cross the street as it can be challenging directing them into the soi. Like: Spaciousness, Near to platinum mall Can be improved: some air fresherner in the bathroom will be good. Balcony lock Will definitely consider staying again

This was one of the best stays in Bangkok for us. Very good staff. Clean and nice. Good location on the hotel near the city central. A bit walk to the skytrain. Security guards fix a taximeter in notime and thats a good way to get around. 5-10 min in taxi to Siam. Pool is on the 4th floor away from Petchburi road. We stayed on the 23rd floor and was very pleased.

Hôtel bien placé pour le shopping (phantip plazza, platinum, prathunam market...) a 10mn a pied du BTS... Appartements d excellente qualité pour un prix tout a fait attractif (surtout pour le luxe offert). Parfaits pour se relaxer d une journée dans Bangkok. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est gargantuesque. Pleasantly surprised! Booking on Sawasdee.com was about half the price from what you would pay for the same room on the business website or a walk in. Of all the places I ve stayed I think this was by far the best in terms of location, price, Room, and Amenities. I didn't expect a small apartment with just about everything you would need and lots of space. Again, we stay at a different Hotel every time we go in and out of BKK. As long as this deal is available, we'll only stay here.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights on the tail end of our month-long trip to Thailand. Very nice four-star hotel in Bangkok for the money. Staff were professional, room was very nice with open-air balcony and city view. Pool/hot tub was awesome with incredible view of Baiyoke Sky Tower. Breakfast included was not bad. Convenient location near sky train. Nice Thai-modern architecture. Good place to relax after shopping/sight-seeing in the Big Mango. They did, however, forget to give us a wake-up call.

Hotel was great and better than expected.It actually was the same as you see in the pictures from the info page (not like a lot of the hotels i have stayed in before).Staff were great,from the reception through to the cleaning staff,all were friendly and efficient. Intended to stay about 8 days until my wife got her visa for UK but ended up staying over 3 weeks,due to the Red shirts,volcanic ash etc.If this had been anywhere else i think i would have been a lot harder to endure. Great location,opposite Pantip plaza and only minutes away from Siam paragon,Pratinum centre (Big shopping malls) etc,5 minutes walk to BTS skytrain,Big C,KFC,McDonalds and Pizza company (if you fancy western food).So all in all a good,clean and friendly hotel in the best location to all the main malls,embassys,night life etc.Will defiately stay there again,but hopefully not for as long!!

Booked hotel on recommending of a friend. Pleasant stay at hotel - location is great, service is great, good sized and comfortable rooms. Suggest the hotel look into 2 items; Free wifi is great, works on the netbook but doesn't seem to work with my PDA phone. The shower in the bathroom is always either hot or cold and you can never get the right warm temperature. I think its got something to do with the low water pressure.

the hotel is very nice and good located (near bayok sky and shopping malls). during reservation i asked for the high floor and we were given rooms on 29th floor. additionally they made a free upgrade of reserved rooms (suit instead of standart). i think it was because за too much guests, mainly chineese. because of large chineese groups there were the queue during breakfast. but i think this situation now is everywhere. negative: broken water heater in our room. resume: thу hotel completely corresponds with its price. i liked it.

This was our 3rd stay at Centre Point Petchburi 15 and it was perfect as always. I will always book this hotel whenever I come to Bangkok, location is great and the hotel is great. There is only one small negative point, the shower in the bathroom is always either hot or cold, not sure what it wrong with their system but you can never get the right warm temperature, this was the case for all 3 visits.

I am a second time stayer at Centre Point Petchburi. Hotel staffs are courteous and polite. Service are good. It gives you a home-stay feeling. Best of all is that the location is within walking distance from wholesale market Pratunum. For shoppers, this is another nearby place to stay. I stayed in the other two Baikoye hotels before. They are also within Pratunum area. By comparison, I feel that CentrePoint Petchburi is much less crowded with tourists, away from the dust of traffic and facilities are much newer and cleaner than the other two hotels. Definitely, I will go back to this hotel for future stays. Do keep up with the good service standard.

Our stay at Centre Point Petchburi was absolutely fantastic!! We had booked a Studio without kitchen through SiameServices and requested a high floor with a good view. When we arrived we were allocated a studio with a kitchen (very nice although we didn't use it as we ate out every day) on the 25th floor with amazing views over the City of Angels ! I could not fault these serviced apartments at all - great location especially for the Pantip Plaza and Platinum Fashion Mall (getting everywhere else in Bangkok is pretty cheap from here by taxi - just make sure the driver puts the meter on!), HUGE spotlessly clean rooms with towels and sheets changed daily, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel feels very safe with guards around the entrance, cameras all around the building on every floor and electronic key cards for use in your room and the lifts. The swimming pool is gorgeous - a fab way to cool down and chill out after a hard days shopping in Bangkok!! The fitness room and sauna is also a bonus!! The best thing about this hotel is definately the buffet breakfast - WOW!! There is soo much choice - you can help yourself to a healthy fruit platter, cereals, a continental option, full English, tasty thai dishes or all of the above!! Will stay here again without a doubt!!

I can't do anything else but highly recommend Centre Point. We had an excellent stay at Centre Point for 4 days. The hotel is in the middle of Petchaburi, right across the street of Pantip Plaza(Computer City). This is a great hotel, in fact the best hotel we ve ever had in Bangkok. The staff was great, the apartment on 26th floor had a stunning view over the City, and the apartment itself was excellent. The breakfast was very good, and had great service. We ve been traveling to Bangkok for many many years, but this hotel made it the best stay we ve ever had there.

I ve stayed several times at Centre Point Petchburi. It's a good hotel at an excellent location. BUT: Room rates has gone up to a level where I m no longer willing to pay these rates. A few years ago it was about 1800 baht (a real bargain, even back then). Since then prices have risen by 10% (or 200 baht) every year, bringing it up to 2600 in 2009. 2600 baht is really the limit of what I think is fair for this hotel. Especially since the service has gone downhill. Staff is great, it's not them to blame, but you can see the service level has come down when you go for breakfast; The coffee machine isn't working very well anymore, the toaster has been replaced by 2 toaster that can be found in homes, not a toaster for a hotel with 50 people wanting to have breakfast at the same time. I was able to book at a special rate and looked no further. But if prices will go up again, I will for the 1st time in years be looking for another hotel to stay. I hope Centre Point (and SiameServices) will realise that there are limits to what people are willing to pay. Especially if the price increase is not back uped by better facilites, amentities or service.

After 9 days at Centre Point Petchburi 15, we have som pros and cons reg.hotel. The hotel is very convenient located, just in the middle of all the most important shopping malls. Room spacious and well maintained, clean and of fairly good standard, for the price paid. Food in restaurant good and moderate priced. Good breakefast, but small area with que all the time. Very narrow space around the little pool, with just some 12 - 14 sunbeds to fight for, and no sun to be seen after 13. No weighing equipment in bathroom, small black aunts instead, no wine glas in kitchen, suitcases had to bee put on the floor. Asked the staff at the reception if we could have the newspaper, Bangkok Post, delivered to room every morning, would of course pay for it, but the answer was: You may buy it at the shop outside reception . Of course we knew that the paper was being sold all over Bangkok, but the answer did not show any service minded attitude at all. Conclusion: Centre Point average hotel, good location, acceptable standard for the price, but not impressive service, doubt if we choose to stay there again.

Pros: Good hotel location, excellent room interior with balcony not locked. Good facilities, pool is open late so you can swim before going to sleep. The restaurant has open air tables near the pool. Cons: Rooms don't have minibar. Breakfast is thai food only. Both room keys stopped working the next day so we had to contact reception. Awful shower - I never could set the right temperature, it's lagging and either too cold or too hot. Unless the shower trouble I would definitely recommend the hotel.

I stayed here for a total of 7 nights. It was great value. It was in a safe area within easy walking distance to some great shopping and only 10 mins to the skytrain. My room was clean and comfortable. The internet was great and the food was good quality as well. I would definately recommend staying here again!

Really excellent hotell. Accessible location-close to lots. Great buffet breakfast, library, loan DVDs, best of all they allow you to hang around the pool even though you ve checked out when you have a late afternoon or late night flight.

Great location for markets and shopping. Be warned taxi from airport including tolls should only cost 250/300 bht, even the metered taxi try to scam more. Hotel itself was of a very high standard. We booked a standard double room. Suprised when we arrived as room was very large with a fully equipped kitchenette, tv, cd player, balcony, safe box etc. Everything that may have been needed. Pool very nice and clean. Need to get there early as sun disappears for the day after 1.00pm. We had a very late flight and the hotel were kind enough to let us use the pool for the whole day and then shower and change in the hotel spa before heading to the airport. Conceirge service was fantastic and staff so friendly. Great value for money. When getting taxi's around bangkok ensure you give the driver the hotel card with the address as there are to Centre Point hotels at different locations. We will def use this hotel again when returning to Bangkok

Centre Point Petchburi 15 was a perfect stay in central Bangkok. Nice and spacy rooms and friendly, service minded staff. We will never forget that we was alowed to have a nice shower in the Spa area in the evening before we went to the airport, despite that we already had checked out. We will be back!

Nice hotel, very good value for money, close to many shopping areas. The studio with a kitchen I requested on the 28th floor was great, big, very clean with great views over the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. I fully recommend Centre Point Petchburi 15 and will use it again

A beautiful hotel, nice and big rooms. Good value for det money. I would definently stay here again. The only negative thing is that check in time was 02.00 o clock. That's very late if you arrive Bangkok early after a long time travel. We paid half day price extra to check in early, but that did not include breakfast.

My husband and i always previously stayed at the Amari Watergate Hotel when we visited Bangkok as we love the location for shopping. However, now that we live in Thailand, this is a little out of our budget so we opted for the Centre Point and we were not disappointed. Only a few minutes walk from the Amari, almost opposite Pantip Plaza and only 4-5 mins walk from Platinum Mall and about 10-15 mins from Siam square, there is nothing to compare in location. The hotel /apartments are very elegant with a nice reception area and very friendly staff. We arrived just before 12 and were able to check in immediately even though check in is not until 2. Our room was on the 28th floor and had great views over the city, we had also been given a studio with a kitchen as i had requested. The room was very clean and my husband and i commented that with the facilities provided you could easily stay for at least 1 week and make use of the cooking facilities or the dining space by grabbing takeaway food from one of the many hawker stalls, pizza places or coffee shops nearby. The room also included a safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and lounge area. Breakfast was amazing with a choice of cereals, breads, fruits, cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, beans etc plus the usual Thai meals such as beef in oyster sauce which was very tempting. Breakfast could be taken in 1 of 2 air conditioned rooms or in the sun next to the swimming pool. It was a lovely way to start the day. Although we didn't get chance to make use of the pool or gym, both looked very good. We both fully recommend the Centre Point, it was well worth the money and we are already planning our next stay.

Easy to book, confirmed very quickly. Being a foreigner living in Thailand, payment was a little tricky as the instructions to pay at a local bank / ATM could have been clearer. However call centre staff were helpful and confirmed receipt of faxes and payment.

One of the best hotel in BKK Don't loose your time to go somewhere else. Room,staff, reception, guards, swimming pool, food:4 stars. Only one very small problem: the noise coming from the street but don't forget you are in Bangkok!!

The downtown Center Point is top value for the money. Although the cost is more than many hotels the quality is 5 star. When my wife and I saw the room we were concerned that it might be a $200 per night cost...not so. Close to all the shopping and luxury living with excellent hotel service. We will certainly use Center Point as our Bangkok hotel from now on.
