Excellent hotel. Stayed here for 6 nights when we first arrived and another 2 nights before we flew home to Canada. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. The playroom and pool were great for the kids. For the price, you won't be dissapointed.

We stayed only one night at the hotel before going back to Sweden, so we did not have time to explore or use much of the facilities. The rooms were good with free internet, very good breakfast. However, the room service menu was not plentiful although quality wise okay. Location was great for us as we aimed for the Pratunam market which was only a few blocks away. We also had a very short taxi ride to the Makkasan railway station to get to the airport.

Very nice hotel. Excellent staff, wonderful breakfast. Excellent location. Go to the airport only 15 minutes. Dispatch station 10 minutes walk. I think the price is slightly overpriced. But if you come back to Bangkok will stop at this hotel.

I stayed in Eastin Hotel with my family for 3 nights. 4 adults and 1 child under 16. We had an extra bed for child under 16 as the package stated. It has free internet access for free in the room. The breakfast has many varieties. Room and bathroom are big, clean (no smell) and cosy. Hotel service is good, friendly and could communicate in english. The only drawback of this hotel is the location. Need to walk about 10-15 mins to pratunam area. Overall Eastin Hotel is a great hotel and value for money. Will visit this hotel again if they maintain their services and have reasonable price.

It has been a coule of years (before the renovation)that we visited Eastin Hotel.We were afraid that the rates would be very high but fortunately they are still cheap comparing for what you get. The ambiance has not been inproved; its chilly entree, the reservation desk a little bit tucked away, the staff seem to be under some sort of pressure to satisfy the customers. I think it all ads up for trying to be of hotel of 4 stars, in which they really succeed. Keep up the good work!

The hotel was great value for money. I felt like I was in a five star hotel. The service was great. We did have difficulties with the toilets leaking on 2 separate occasions in 2 separate rooms. We stayed in executive deluxe rooms 2121, 2021, 2001, 2101 throughout our stay at the hotel. Both 2121 and 2021 had the leaking toilet problem; however, we were relocated to another room promptly and with no problem. I would recommend spending the extra money to stay in the executive deluxe rooms. We loved the exclusive 23rd floor breakfasts and free evening cocktails (you can order more than 1 per person). The privacy suits our tastes, and the personalised service is wonderful. Also, the free in-room internet is a nice touch, although a bit hard to navigate and read at times. It didn't matter though, as they offer a free business lounge for all guests on the lobby floor! Spa was wonderful, although pricy. But the ambience was great. Didn't use the pool, but did use the gym, which is small but more than sufficient. Had next to no info provided on the free 1-way shuttle service. But so close to the Pratunam markets (and 7-elevens), we just walked each day, and took a taxi to get anywhere else we needed. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I will stay here again!

The rate offered on SiameServices.com was unmatchable anywhere else. Even when we got to Bangkok we enquired on the best rate from the local travel agents - they could not even come close to matching what we paid on SiameServices. Even when booking an extra night with the hotel directly, they were stretching to offer us the same price for our class of room, but they did. Booking confirmation and finalisation took about 5-6 days, so make sure you leave yourself enough time. We were even able to ask for a very late check-in time via SiameServices.com as our flight didn't land in Bangkok until 2am. No problems whatesover. The information posted on this website, about the hotel, services, facilities and photos were all accurate and I felt completely satisfied with the booking service. Will use this service again. Great rates.

Excellent hotel, will definitely stay once again on a future trip to Bangkok. We stayed there for 3 nights on a promotion rate in a deluxe double room. The hotel looks like it has been recently renovated, and we have once seen decoration works on one of the floors. The rooms are spacious enough with a wide window and a good view over Bangkok. Very comfortable, TV/Internet/mini-bar with some complimentary drinks (water), bathrobes and slippers are also provided.The hotel staff are very friendly. I d say a big plus is absence of smell in the room, esp. from smoking so typical for Bangkok hotels, they seem to have a good ventilation system. Some might say that the location is a bit remote from the center but it is only 5 min by taxi or 10 minutes walking as the hotel is located close to Pratunam and main shopping streets. Breakfast served multiple tastes, the choice of food was fine, would only wish they extend the breakfast hours until 11 a.m (was until 10.30 a.m). Overall I would highly recommend the hotel both to leisure and business travellers.

I went there in late July 08. The bedroom was well furnished, neat and tidy and I was given a King-sized bed. The breakfast was good and there was a great variety of food that you could choose. The gym was a bit small and there were only a few machines there. Staff were very friendly and they would give you help readily. Location is very near to the Siam region, it takes only about 10 minutes by taxi. I also received summer promtion, paid 2 nights got 3 nights. So, the price was really great. Will certainly go back to Eastin in the near future

We were in Eastin Hotel from 06.04.08 to 09.04.08. It is comfortable hotel. There is free pool, fitness center and sauna also there is internet center, spa salon but for the many. The rooms are clean and light. The staff is enjoyable. There is restorant with good choice meal. We were disappointed only with changed Thai style in decorate. It became more european not Thai. While we spent good time in Eastin hotel and we will go back there next time.

Take Ploenchit Nua exit, turn right, then turn right again at the first traffic lights on to Wireless Road that leads to Petchburi Road. Turn right at the traffic lights, go straight but keep left then turn left at the junction on to Makkasan Road. Keep left, then turn left at the junction, go straight, follow the road. The hotel is located on the left hand side of the road at the left corner of the short cut road to Petchburi Road. From Don Mueang Airport - Enter the toll way then expressway in Din Daeng direction. Take Din Daeng exit, then follow the sign to Anuch-saowalee. Turn right to Anuch-saowalee at the traffic lights under the fly over bridge, keep left and then turn left at the first traffic lights. Go straight, after passing the traffic lights junction turn left on to Makkasan Road. Keep right to turn right, the hotel is located on the right hand side of the road at the left corner of the short cut road to Petchburi Road. |
