it was my 2nd visit. the room large and clean, the bathroom ok, the offered WiFi does not work, the aircon in the first room does not work, in the next room work, but loud. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast ok. the location is a little bit hard to find between a hospital and a school...

Una estancia perfecta a un precio increible en mitad de Bangkok. Muy cercano a la estación de Surasak (a la cual te acercan gratuitamente en su propio tuk-tuk)es un sitio muy tranquilo con personal siempre atento a hacer la estancia agradable (a mi me imprimieron gratuitamente una serie de documentos que necesitaba). El desayuno lo sirven en la habitación a la hora que desees y además tienes wifi. Si lo deseas puedes además dejar tu equipaje (yo lo he dejado dos semanas) para que te lo guarden si no quieres viajar a otros destinos con toda la carga . Repetiré.

Although it seemed to be out of the way this hotel was only a 10 min walk by the back lanes to the skytrain station and was actually very nicely situated in a residential area beside a hospital and school

A cimplete disaster!!! It so happens the Haritage Hotels is a net and this specific one is a guesthouse. The building is spookie, rooms look as if from a terror movie, smell terrible and bathroom dirty. We ran away after first night (arrived late) and took 30 min to get out of this dreadful location. The guy at the reception was nice and helpful but couldn't do too much.

Location very convenient. Staff speaks very little English. Room maintenance is not very good: the device to open the curtains was on the floor. Sound proofing is bad: you hear the electrical switch of next room, as well as voices and TV around.

+decent value for money +breakfast that was brought into room was good +internet worked well though only 1 computer per room, they provide you with cable if you dont have one -location ---10-15minutes walk to BTS ---5minutes walk to get a metered taxi, no taxis waiting outside the hotel ---no restaurants or anything near the hotel, have to go to silom to get anything decent which is atleast 30-40min away either with taxi(a lot of traffic on sathorn road) or BTS(walk+wait+walk) -the hotel was noisy, you could hear people talking in another floor inside your room Everything considered, i would not stay here again

Once your actually arrive down the side streets the hotel is very quaint..The suite was large with low ceilings which made the place dark....which concealed some of the imperfections..A glassed in balcony with a curtain dividing it from the rest of the room - unfortunately the bathroom also vented to this area which can only be described as unpleasant. On a positive note the room was provided with a full size domestic fridge with separate freezer and was very handy during our stay. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was of a good standard, overall the property price was a little on the high side when considering we stayed at the Center Point apartment Petchaburi Soi15 for 300 bht more a night and the different was like chalk and cheese.....A lesson to learn - book early and look at the special offers...

We stayed here 1 night. The pictures are very nicely taken. The hotel is very close to Patpong and Silom road, however it is in one of the sideroads (Soi) from the main street - thus quite, but little bit scary. The rooms were large, clean and have a stylish design. The bathroom is simple, but clean. We have not had breakfast, because we had to leave very early. Staff friendly and helpful. For the price it was OK.

Do not be deceived by the pictures you see in the website! The rooms look unbelievably different. My friends and i booked 3 rooms in total, and we were utterly disappointed and felt totally cheated. It is certainly not worth paying BHT1,750 per night, it looks more like a BHT900 rate. Honestly it looks like a budget hotel not a suite at all. The condition of the room is bearable, no frills, no decor, no nothing. The bathroom is unimaginable, the heater was old, the shower head was weak, pipes were rusty. This hotel needs a major overhaul. The location of the hotel is quite secluded, you have to take a 5 min walk thru a small dark alley from the main road. In the night, there are stray dogS in the alley. The nearest BTS is Surasak, but that is another 10 mins walk from the main road. This is not the worst hotel but definitely not worth its price. I m sure you can get better hotels with this price.
