Хорошая трешка,стильный интерьер, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Номера чистые, насекомых нет, ковровое покрытие, халаты и тапочки, большой плоский телевизор, но мало каналов. Небольшой бассейн на крыше с зоной для загара плетеной мебелью и полотенцами. Хороший завтрак. Минусы: маленькие комнаты, вещи деть некуда, чемоданы так на полу и лежали, окна не открываются, в комнате для курящих нет вытяжки. Плюс практически только один - станция метро напротив отеля.

Not impressed at all with the service or quality of this hotel. The only thing we liked about it was the location - next to BTS Chong Nonsi. We couldnt wait to leave. I recommend that you look at other options before booking here.

now where do we start i have been going to thailand for over 6 years . service o/10 when we check in they requested payement and took 20 minutes to see that we already had paid.location near bts ok but at night its like a ghoest town.the hotel smells and looks run down,carpet and no a/c except room.........not worth anyones times as it will be a bad experience.

1) After checking with the staff, we realise that this was a 3 years hotel, and honestly cleanliness is something management seriously need to look into. (a)The bathroom are with black fungus at the corner (b)the sofa are with bad smell (c)we spot death cockroach along the stair to the cafe, though it had been removed on the following day, but the stain was still there! the staff simply remove without cleaning! 2) We request for extra pillow, instead of knocking on the door, the house keeper (man) just OPEN THE DOOR, and WALK INTO THE ROOM, while both of us are undress, my husband had stopped him with his under garment . I can't imagine if I m alone. 3) The slipper for the guests are not new! If management is looking into cost saving, I will suggest not to provide then, as this is really UNHYGIENIC to recycle it, and is totally unacceptable.

The only lightspot of this hotel is these two: 1. good location: in front of the BTS station and shopping mall around. 2. great swimming pool: a beautiful pool on the roof of this hotel. The others is just so so, the room we booked is very small, like a grid. overall, it is good for single traveler.

Einfaches Stadthotel. Durch die Lage direkt am skytrain und der silom Straße eignet es sich sehr gut für ein paar Tage Bangkok. Es ist ziemlich neu genauso wie das Heritage Bangkok direkt daneben. Das Heritage ist jedoch etwas besser vom Service her. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Riesen Baustelle. Es ist mit Lärm zu rechnen, da es dort nur einfach verglaste Fenster gibt. Sind die bürotürme drumherum wird das Hotel nur noch im Schatten dieser liegen. Wasser im pool nicht sauber. Frühstück ausreichend. Nur toastbrot, Eier und thaifood. Fast keine Parkplätze da die Lobby und Shops den halben Keller belegen.

What was not so good: Staff brooke my bag when they carried it to the room. Shower water very hard to get correct, either ice cold or to hot. No WIFI as implied in the description. Breakfast VERY limited, not even youghurt. Taxi-drivers have very hard to locate the hotel, so use Skytrain. TV-channels limited for europeans/americans. Basicly only CNN and National Geographic . What was good: Nice staff, very close to sky train, very good location, very good rooms, WIRED INTERNET CONNECTION IN THE ROOM.

A comparetively new hotel, quite small but warm enough. The rooms are not big but good enough for two nights stay. Free mini bar. Breakfast was good but without yogurt. With subway station pretty close and 7-11 right downstairs. Around 80baht by taxi to the famous Koh San Road cuz it's actually the biz centre of Bangkok. The staffs are friendly. We enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is quite funky and in a convenient location, near Silom Road and the BTS Sky Train. Rooms are nice but a little small. The walls are very thin so you hear people in the neighbouring rooms, unfortunately. Staff is great and very helpful. Swimming pool was not yet finished but looks fabulous. A nice place to stay!

The hotel is very near to Chong Nonsi Station. No kidding - super convenient, with 7-Eleven at the corner, McCafe open 24hrs, good stalls nearby, safe area as near the main street. Room is very clean, bed is firm but comfortable (some hotels in BKK have very hard beds). Mini bar is FREE and refilled daily. Fast internet connection in every room and it's FREE.

Great location eventhough taxi driver had problems finding the hotel. Near to 7-Eleven and Chong Nonsi BTS. The shower wasn't so pleasant as the water turned hot and cold from time to time. The hotel is new and we upgraded to a suite for 500 baht as we couldn't get a non smoking room with a double bed. The suite was well appointed and modern with a LCD TV and kitchenette. There was slight traffic noise at night and the toilet door swiveled in a funny direction. For everything else that the suite offered, there was no mirror in the room. The staff were very friendy and accomodating. The hotel location is really convenient with a BTS station just next door, but the taxi driver from the airport had trouble finding it. We would stay here again-good value overall.

Lovely rooms but could not use the sink because the tap water had a putrid smell of sewage. Therefore, used the shower water instead. Also, construction of large office building next door. Very difficult for taxi's to find the hotel since it is on a small street. Staff is very good but the above has to be rectified before going back again. Otherwise, eventually it will be a super little place.

What to say? Great value for the price! The hotel is only 2 minutes walk fron the Choang Nonsi skytrain station, rooms are tidy, staff is smiling and very kind (I got a very late check out at a very good price) When the rooftop swimming pool (now been built) will be ready I-Residence will be a perfect spot in the middle of the Silom area. Breakfast is not the most beutiful one I ve ever seen but I ve had much worst ones in more expensive hotels. One only remark: room aircon is quite noisy.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 2-minutes walk from the Chong Nonsi BTS station. The interior decoration of the room is also tasteful. You have to however bear with the water heater and the inadequate water pressure which make your shower less than enjoyable. Moreover, the buffet breakast offers far less choices than expected. Quite amazingly, the sliced fruits are placed in plastic boxes which are of the type that you would only use in your own fridge.

For the price i paid (SGD$103) per night, I dont think it is worth the money due to the following reasons: 1. The water pressure in the room is poor. Takes a longer time to complete my shower 2. Currently, there is a building under construction that locates directly opposite i-residence. As early as 8am, I was awaken by the noise from the construction site. 3. The wall the separate my room and the room next door is hollow. I can hear the snoring of the guest next door. The only advantage for staying in I-residence is the location, which is very near to Chong Nongsi BTS.

Location good but not really up to standard and drive you nuts when you have noisy neighbours. Housekeeping is weird and when they made the bed can slip the remote control into the pillow case ...! Front Desk ok and air con ok... poor breakfast and lack of facilities...The LCD TV is of no voice for some channels...Taxi driver did not know about the hotel..so just tell them chong nonsi bts is much better

Accommodation and facilities:
This hotel is brand new, opened 2 months ago. Very nice rooms with some details that makes this hotel stand out compared to other hotels. The design of the hotel and the staff at the hotell makes you remember your stay here. Its not just another hotel, it's the small details that makes you feel that this is a new experience. Have wired broadband connections in all rooms. Free minibar! Good service. 50 meters to nearest BTS Skytrain station. Taxi drivers had problems finding the hotel, but found out that the best way was to not tell them the name of the hotel. Just ask them to take you to Chong Nonsi BTS station, then you are at the right place.
Reservation service:
I booked the hotel at an internet cafe the day before, and got very quick respons and confirmation from SiameServices. The only thing missing was an adress for the hotel. Got a phone number but this seemed to be the wrong number.

Accommodation and facilities:
Location. Location. Location. The hotel is less than 50 metres away from the Chong Nonsi BTS; a stop from Sala Daeng BTS which is where Silom Rd and the infamous Soi 4 & Patpong are; and 3 stops from Siam BTS where the heart of shopping is. Perhaps the hotel is only 2 months old, so the room is clean and smelled freshly painted. Value for money. Housekeeping and the rooftop breakfast can be improved.
Reservation service:
Quick and efficient. It was a last minute trip and I got my confirmation within 10 min via sms. The follow-up sms and emails were really prompt and detailed. Very happy with service.
