A firstclass hotel which is set just off the main Sukhumvit Road. It is only a short walk to the Sky Train station which gives easy access to all parts of the City. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The maid service was excellent. Drinks in the main bar on the ground floor were a bit pricey, but if you take advantage of the happy hours, 5pm to 9pm, its buy one get one free, so halving the drinks bill. I must recommend the Dine@7 restaurant on the 7th floor. Not only was this the venue for breakfast, but also for the Surf

We love Majestic grande, we have stayed there all three times we have been in Bangkok. The only complaint I have is that the pool is cold, it lies in the shadow all day. Other than that it is five star for us. A good relax room, with steam sauna, regular sauna and a hot bathtub. Though it is divided men and women. So it is a little hard to enjoy when you travel with your husband. All design at the hotel is lovely! Food exellent, about 300-500 meters to the nearest skytrain.

As a frequent Amari Boulevard-guest, a bit annoyed during my last visit due presence of too many families with kids, I got a tip from a business friend to try the Majestic Grande. I was not disappointed, on the contrary, very good service, Premier room very good, bfst very good, all international standard--location in Soi 2 a bit further from Sukhumvit than I had expected, but at the end no problem. It definitely will not be my last visit!!!

Had a great stay, though hotel looks run down in general. Buffet area could do with an expansion, and this hows as the service spills out into the pool area. No one used the pool while I was there, so may be better exposure would be good. I had grave concerns about the service when checking out, as not only me, but other customers checking out were almost pushed out the door by the not so polite staff. Once they have your money, you are just treated like a number. One of the worst checking out experiences I have had in my twnety years of travelling.

My third stay in Majestic Grande Bangkok. Very good location on the beginning on Sukhumvit and few steps from BTS. The hotel is higher than classified, and have a very good value for money. Big room (grande deluxe), friendly staff, everithing works good. My next stay in Bangkok will be there surely.

This is a very nice hotel and even though in Sukhomvit area, its in a quite lane. Close to Ploenchit skytrain stn. A couple of shady bars nearby though. Nice hotel and good spa. Swimming pool is really small though. Breakfast didnt have much variety for vegetarians, though. Very efficient, friendly and English speaking staff. They also gave 2 complimentary alcoholics drinks/cocktails in their Stacz restaurant, which was nice. They give 20% discount in this restaurant as well but even then its quite steeply priced.However, lots of eating options nearby, so thats really not an issue. One gets a nice, friendly vibe in the hotel.

This hotel has to be one of the best in Bangkok at a great price. Everything was a 4 star plus standard. You could not ask for better service in every area. The standard rooms are large with a writing desk etc, all lighting was very good as was the furnishings, the bathroom roomy and very clean. All the staff from the bellboy to reception and bar staff are very very helpful. We (7 of us) were treated very well. Security even stopped bikes/cars on the little lane and walked us accross - even though this is not busy at all. The position is great, close to all markets, shops, restaurants etc and close to two sky train stations. The pool is lovely and the gym very good with excellent showers, change rooms, steam room and hot spa. Happy hour in the bar goes on for ever!! 2 for 1. Breakfast was very good and I recommend the buffet dinner on the 7th floor with BBQ seafood. The price was very cheap and the quality unbelievable. I highly recommoned this hotel. This was our 4th stay in Bangkok and would normally book a delux room, however in this hotel the standard room was a delux in our opinion. You will not be disappointed. This hotel is also very close to the JW Marriott. It took only a few minutes to walk to the Phoincit Skyrail station or the Nana Station.

Stayed 5 nights in Bangkok. Purpose of trip was to visit Bumrungrad Hospital. The hotel is within walking distance. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. I stayed in the much more expensive JW Marriot (across the street) last year and in my opinion the Majestic is a better value. The included breakfast buffet is okay. Dinner Buffet was good. I would return.

Un de mes ami a eu un grave problème. L hôtel nous a mis en rapport avec l hôpital de plus proche qui lui a sauvé la vie, a réservé une chambre pour sa femme pour les 5 jours d hopitalisation de son mari, est constament resté en contact avec nous qui étions à Chiang Mai, puis Kanchanaburi, et a organisé le transfert du couple sur Kanchanaburi pour nous rejoindre lors de sa sortie de l hôpital car mes amis ne parlaient ni anglais, ni thailandais. Encore un grand merci au personnel de ce super hôtel. 10 sur 10.

The Majestic Grande provided an excellent service, breakfast was extremely fresh and lots of variety. Location was good a short ten minute walk to sky train through interesting streets with lots of markets. It was also close to western style shopping if required. We felt safe at all times(travelling with 3 beauiful teenage girls). The pool was disappointing due to renovations otherwise I would happily go back and stay there great location, great rooms , great food. Moderately priced

This was a really good hotel in the centre of Bangkok.Rooms were pleasant and very clean. Staff were friendly and very efficient. The Hotel itself was very nice,clean and well furnished. The reception staff was very very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was very comfortable and well furnished as well. My only complaint was that the Sattelite TV was not working and I was told that it was being worked on by Engineering. The problem was never fixed even though I was told it would be, and no apparent attempts to fix the situation were being done. This is pretty minor except that i do like to keep in touch with the world news and I dont not understand Thai TV. The breakfast food was good although the dinner food was not good. Eat at a local restaurant for great seafood !! All in all a good place I would recommend it.

Hotel is excellent, reception was good and in time. Location is near an Arabic restaurant .taxi service were available at hotel door. On the other hand the hotel rooms are small and hotel is not popular in the neighborhood. It worth visiting the place .

This was my second time to stay at the Majestic Grande. It is always very clean and the staff is very friendly and always helpful if needed. Onlt negative is the use of the internet is not free as with some of the other hotels of equal quality that I have stayed at in Bangkok. They charge 50 baht for 15 minutes, but this is not a huge problem. I will no problems staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok.
