My only problem with the Park Residence is the karaoke lounge below. Although I requested a room at the back the noise still could be heard. Other issue is the walls are thin, each time a guest closes their door or people walking down the corridor at all hours can be heard clearly.

i stayed at the park residence for 10 days while in thailand for surgery.. the hotel was lovely .. well appointed .. spotlessly clean! the staff and owner were very hands on and went out of their way to do anything they could to make my stay more comfortable. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting bangkok .. the subway was right at the door to the hotel which was great and also hosted a very popular karoke bar .. 24 hour 7/11 right next door .. very happy with this hotel.
