Reception not friendly. Oue room is on 4th floor but no one help us carry luggage when we arrive & left!!! When aircon broken they try switch us to first floor(from 4 to 1 and ofcos no one will help carry anything) and dont tell us when is the new room ready just keep us waiting in that room & sweating.

It was a wonderful stay in this Hotel. The staffs are very nice and helpful, too. The only problem I encountered during this stay was that there was not enough water pressure occasionaly during our shower.

Room is too small and old. My room was even with some owsome odor! No lift, so we have to pick up our loggage by ourselvies to the upstairs rooms. The breakfast is too simple, only fruit and bread and boiled rice. The location is inside the area where there are a lot of Japanese and Korean restaurant.

My first impression was not great because they tried to bump me to another hotel when I arrived late after a long delayed flight. I wasn't going to accept that because I booked this hotel purely because of its location, near the Eastern bus station. I couldn't get the hot water to work in the shower, but overall it was fine, and suited my situation.

The hotel is located within a walking distance of Ekamai bus station (about 10 mn), provided you do not have too many luggage to carry along! We arrived late and checked out early so I cannot say much about the place! Some rooms have no windows, which is not always a problem when you just spend the night. We checked in around 9:00 pm and could find some restaurants opened nearby as well as a 7/11 shop.

This is one of the worst hotels that I was staying in Thailand. Service is very poor - we arrived to the hotel at 3 PM and had to wait 30 minutes before getting a key for our room (they claimed that room is being cleaned...). The room itslef is in very poor condition - very dirty and toilet was not working properly. Impossible to make a shower - the power of water supply doesn't allow that. Bottom line - make your best not to come to this hotel, specially for the money they take.

This is the 2nd time I ve stayed in this inn, the 3rd time for my husband. We booked 4 rooms this time - 2 deluxe and 2 superior. The deluxe rooms were very nice as usual - comfy quilts, nice beds, big windows, spacious bathrooms. The deluxe rooms were obviously more superior to the Superior rooms in every way. I d recommend the deluxe rooms anytime! The location of the property is excellent, 3 mins walk to Thong Lo BTS station, about 5 mins walk to Ekamai BTS station (of which there's a shopping complex nearby with McD's and KFC if that's your thing). Excellent night food stalls in soi 63 across the road from the BTS. Helpful and friendly reception staff as always.

Staff very unfriendly. They asked me 500 bahts on the reservation (as a key garanty or something like this) but I had to deal 5 minutes during the checked-out to get back the money. InterNet Wifi is not free. Rooms are OK for the price bu the hotel is very old. The location is at the end of the soi and taking a taxi is not easy. Breakfast OK. I do not recommand this budget hotel.

Location: it was abit out of sight on a very quiet road, so that would be good in BKK. Not far from the skytrain (about 5-10 min walk) Room: we had a downstairs room. Personnally i don't really liked it, cause you can hear people walk by. Second there are no windows(not so happy with that either. Third there was some kind of mold growing on the ceiling. (not so happy again) and last and worst was that the toilet keep malfunctioning. Staff: Good and polite and tried to do the best to solve our problems. Since we only stayed 3 nights (and most time we where out) we didn't complain that much. But concidering the price; for a few bath more per night we stayded in better places.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights I did appreciate the fact that they were able to accommodate us earlier than expected since we were travelling overnight from Krabi. The location is excellent and the food stalls outside hotel especially the Barbecue fish stall which comes to life in the evening is amazing and reasonable. Also the train station which is around the corner makes it easy to access the city. Overall you get what you pay for.

The hotel is a bit run down. Breakfast is pretty basic but staff were friendly. Only 5 min walk to the sky train and three stops from Nana. If you want a budget hotel for a night or two, then it is worth it.

Our experience at the Sawasdee Sukhumvit Inn was generally positive. We stayed for one week in the premium suite. Staff, both at the front desk and housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that, upon first arrival, our room smelled strongly of tobacco smoke. But this smell went away quickly once we opened windows and eventually ran the AC. Other than that our room was clean, the shower was hot, the AC was cool and our bed was comfortable. Our mini-fridge was well stocked with snacks and beverages and the cost for these items was about 1/3rd of what you would pay at a 5-star hotel. Potential guests should come here with reasonable expectations. This isn't the J.W. Marriott (I ve stayed there on a previous trip). This is a low budget venue with a good location close to Sukhumvit Road and the Thong Lor BTS station. It is convenient to many restaurants and services (including a shop on Thong Lor that sells the BEST sticky rice and mango in Bangkok (60 baht)). I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

OK, room in the basement had no window, but a nice decorated bed. This low budget place is the best value for money hotel in BKK. Very friendly staff, quiet location but close to Suk and BTS. Breakfast OK in a open-air-restaurant, not the usual boring A/C restaurant with buffet and BBC news on television. Will go back whenever I have to stay in BKK.

The superior room is clean with a TV set , a window, and a working air conditioner. It also provides two bottles of drinking water for free and an electric water dispensing pot. The bathroom has only an electric boiler shower facility without a bathtub. Soap, shampoo and body lotions are provided. The people at the counter are nice. The included breakfast is ham and egg with a cup of tea. Walk 5 minutes to the BTS Thong Lo station. Very good for budget visitors except that a deposit of 500 bahts for the room key is required.

Arrived a day late, and left a day early, but the staff was helpful. Even when I came back a day after leaving for documents I had left in my room. The hotel is small and no elevator especially for the 3rd and 4th floors, but I always found that the cleaning had been done. It is idea as a place to see the rest of Bangkok, but it is not a place to stay at all day. It is close to the skytrain about 5 minutes walk, and there are many resteurants (Thai, Korean, and Japanese)in the area. I would have not problem staying here again in the future, especially on a lower floor:)

I stayed with 3 of my friends at Sawasdee Sukhumvit Inn for 5 days and 4 nights. And we had 2 deluxe rooms at a very reasonable, within the budget price. The location is okay because it is very near MRT station. The rooms are also clean and comes with 2 complimentary bottled water everyday. I chose to stay here because I read good reviews and I must say that they are correct. If you are just looking for a place to stay without expecting 5-star hotel ammenities and accomodation Sawasdee Sukhumvit INN is a good choice. Since we are always out the whole day and we just stay at the hotel at night to sleep then there is no need for any extra requirement as long as we have a clean bathroom with hot water, a cool aircon , a bed to sleep soundly and a place to leave our things safely . It comes with a daily breakfast but dont expect too much because it is the same food everyday. A very plus factor for me is that they have internet at the lobby which has a very fast connection and at a reasonable price too. The staff are very friendly. Our flight came in very early and we were able to leave our baggage there and checked in later. But when coming from the airport, make sure that you tell the driver that it is the Sawasdee Sukhumvit Inn and that you have seen the photo of the hotel at the internet so you would easily recognize the place because, we were initally brought to the Sukhumvit inn, then to the other Sawasdee (which are not pleasurable to the sight)but as a traveler we should know better.
