Have stayed here many times and this was the best so far. The staff was very helpful in all respects, and very nice. Good breakfast every morning. Pool was great but too much chlorine not tested for correct amount for the pool. Some things need upgrading. No wifi which is bad but had it in lobby. If in rooms the place would be great.

I have stayed at Swiss Park many times - because it is just good honest value for money - the staff are always most helpful polite and obliging - nothing seems to be too much trouble. The accomodation is showing signs of being tired and refurbishent should be on the cards for the managment to be arranging asap. However excellent buffet breakfast and clean rooms make me want to visit again. Dont forget the excellent location with everything nearby, shops markets BTS skytrain and a short walk to the new Terminal 21 shopping mall. Will book here again no worries.

At last! A hotel room with good lighting. Room good and hotel clean with very friendly staff. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. Pool clean but some tiles damaged as my son and I both cut our foot. No lift at ground floor level, you have to climb a small flight of stairs to get to the lifts which would make it impractical for someone with mobility issues. In summary a good older hotel, ideally placed for all the shopping and nightlife and right next to the sky train station, I would stay again.

We use this hotel as a base in Bangkok on our various trips to Thailand. The location is good for the Skytrain and the Subway as well as other ammenities in the area. The location is a little diffficult to find for the first time; but, the facilities are adequate for the price, the staff tries to be helpful, and the breakfast is usually agreeable. We ususally have a no smoking room of the 16th Floor which usually means no view because of the building under construction and unfinished now for years. We will return to this hotel unless its prices become unreasonable. Lately Soi 11 has gone from being busy to being congested as a negative development.

This was my first stay at Swiss Park and I can safely say it will not be my last. The price for this area of Sukhumvit is outstanding, being on one of the best sois in the area but just a quick stroll out to the bustling main road. Swimming pool is a real bonus, as is the free breakfast and free wireless internet in the lobby. The room, although dated was clean with all the amenities one would need and a very cheap minibar!! Thanks Swiss Park - see you again.

Gutes Hotel mitten in der Sukumvit-Road. Somit sehr zentral gelegen und in 5 Min ist man an der Skytrainstation Nana. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auch das Frühstück ist von genügender Qualität und bietet eine Auswahl. Fazit: Sauberes und günstiges Stadthotel, werde beim nächsten Besuch wieder da wohnen.

Very average hotel. Parents had a smokers room with a (non) view of a construction site. My non smokers room was nice, with a nice view. Swimming pool was small but sufficient, needs tidying up though. Breakfast has changed recently and is no longer GREAT as everybody else has mentioned, again very average. Hotel food was very nice and quite cheap:) No balconies and shower system quite difficult to operate. For 1,200 a night, it was just ok. (But not for the smokers room!) Really hard to find by the way despite being an 18 story building! Tucked away in a little side street of soi 11. Not a BAD hotel but all in all I was left feeling a little empty.

I chose SP Hotel mainly because of its close proximity to the Nana BTS station and nothing else. The service staff (bell captain, room maid) are quite friendly. But the receptionists, especially the duty manager,are totally not helpful. I requested an extension up to 4.00 p.m. on my day of departure because my flight was at 7.20 p.m. But the manager was totally unsympathetic and flatly refused my request. He only agreed to extend it up to 2.00 p.m. and insisted charging me extra for the additional 2 hrs. This was pointless to me. What I cannot understand is that the hotel only had a 45% occupancy so it would have not been a big deal to grant my request. I can understand if they were fully booked. This type of service and attitude does not bode well for the hotel. Bangkok is no longer The Land of 1,000 Smiles today. This is a big shame.

The room was better than I expected after reading previous comments. I think we may have been given an upgrade due to the lack of guests thanks to the activities of the red shirt thugs in Bangkok,I m not sure, an upgrade wasn't mentioned,they just showed us to a room. Everything worked and it was adequately clean. I have lived in Thailand for 11 years and so am familiar with the general standard of hotels here (in all price ranges) and I really couldn't find much fault with the swiss park. The staff were a bit awol at breakfast, the pool could be a bit bigger, but these are minor quibbles. All in all (especially for the price and location) a fantastic deal.

But really pity is the Lauggauge Service i go out at my checkout Day early that she can clean my room and i leave my Bags there. I come back before 12 what i tell them beofre and have to pay for the bags thats no sevice then i can use my room until end. Nobody tells me that this cost something.. The location is good if you are into the nightlife at nana. but other than that the hotel feels old and desperately needs a makeover. the rooms were just ok but kinda grimy at the same time. our window was facing a huge abandoned building site. the lighting feels dim and the shower nozzle in the bathroom is located way too low. The hot water is not very consistent either. breakfast was decent though.

Very good value for money.First room allotted to us had a perfectly hideous green line running all round the room walls for decoration and when we requested, the room was readily changed for a very pleasant one. Location in the heart of Sukumvith street was an absolute plus as well as being just 3- minutes walk from the skytrain station.Breakfast(included) was very decent and unstinting.Towels ,quite clean though a bit frayed along the edges need to be seen-to. Staff were very polite,and helpful All in all, a very satisfactory stay.

Given the location and access to hotel is through crowded streets; Hotel service could have been better. Room service is v slow and language is an issue; breakfast is OK, one does see small ants around in the dining area. This hotel definitely needs to have new sets of Towels, they are clean but completely worn out and bath tub needs some attention. Since I was out most of the time; it did not bother me as much as some of me friends. I don't think I will be staying in this hotel again unless things change.

Accommodation and facilities:
I think this hotel is very good value for money! It i's sentered very close to Skytrain, a big supermarket and close to the Sukhumvit nightmarket. It is much more quiet and not so much traffick of girls as in Nana's or near Nana's where I use to live. I am so pleased I am going back to this hotel on friday before my last journey home on sunday:-)

Good location Staff friendly Room spacious enough but not isolated .. so it's pretty loud over there. Wireless internet in Room .. forget it .. go in the lobby area ! Service ok. Location ok

Stayed here several times. Like the location. The service is very good. The breakfast is good, although I wish they would keep it open until 11 in the morning. The only problem I would point out is that the rooms are getting old. The showers do not work properly. The airconditions are barely able to keep your room cool. (Be careful not to get any room at the end with windows ... you will then come back to a room that takes 15 minutes before it is livable.) I might stay there again, but I will be looking for alternatives too.
