Room facilities were very nice. Would have wished for a softer bed, but that is just Western taste. Had difficulty keeping room cool. Breakfast was excellent, as was our meal in the steakhouse. Staff was very polite and accommodating.

A most enjoyable stay in a beautifully located resort hotel. The accommodation and facilities were everything one would expect from a Dusit hotel, the staff consistently friendly and helpful. This was my second visit and I will certainly return whenever my travels take me to Chiang Rai
