Ok hotell men absolut inte mer. Saknar hiss. Saknar duschvägg eller draperi så räkna med blött toagolv. Dåligt med varmvatten och dåligt tryck. Täcken bestod av handdukar med lakan runt. Frukosten standard, ej buffé. Vi var 4 pers i rummet men fick bara 2 handdukar så vi fick dagligen hämta ut extra av personalen. Mycket unga i personalen utan service- och ansvarskänsla. Ena sidan av hotellet låg mot nöjescentrat med liveband och nattklubb varje kväll med mycket störande nattljud. Stor varning till barnfamiljer: Kolla upp balkongräcket noga eftersom pinnarna på vår balkong var så murkna att de lossade från räcket i nederkant. Vill inte tänka på om ett barn lutat sig mot demsamma och ramlat ut. Kommer inte att välja detta hotell igen. Finns tex bungalows i norra änden av White Sandy Beach för 350baht/natt, 2 pers, fläkt, ej frukost.

Vi bodde i en bungalow. Den var ganska liten, kunde ej lägga upp våra resväskor,men den var helt klart prisvärd.P.g.a tidvatten når man ej stranden direkt fr bungalowen, men man behöver bara gå ca 50 m. Helt o.k

Bodde i Sea Wiev, rummen är stora och ljust inredda. Hyfsat fräscha. Badrummen är slitna. Stor balkong. Boende i rummen mot gatan kan störas av ljud kvälls-och nattetid. Personalen är bra på engelska och är hjälpsam. Ett minus för frukosten. Ett plus är priset och man får det man betalar för. Poolen och poolområdet är helt ok. Väldigt prisvärt hotell.

By Road There are two main driving routes from Bangkok, both around 310 km long. The first route is to take Highway 3, the Bangna - Trat road. There is a quicker elevated tollway running above Highway 3. Continue until the Chonburi Bypass and here turn off onto Highway 344.Follow this road past Ban Bung and when you reach the Klaeng Crossroads turn back on to Highway 3 and continue on towards Trat. Alternatively you can leave Bangkok on the Motorway that is a continuation of the Rama IX, Srinakarin road. This road goes onwards and meets highway 344 where you can continue to Trat as detailed above. To avoid Trat and go directly to the ferry departure points turn right onto the well sign posted Laem Ngop road about 20 km outside Trat. There are 2 piers (Thammachat and Centre Point Ferry) where you can take a passenger and car ferry to Koh Chang. Both are safe and run yearly. The time varies from 30 - 45 minutes. They both run hourly or more often during the peak season. By Air There are 3 daily flights from bangkok to Trat run by Bangkok Airways. Flying time takes about 40 minutes. |
