NEVER AGAIN ! ! ! We booked ( and confirmend ) a bungalow with fan and get an AC room with no balcony, no fridge and a dangerous bathroom ( open wires / electricity ). After complaining we got the booked bungalow. The bungalow seemed to be nice on the first sight, but the owner stole us money. We had to short our booking because of an accident and they wanted to keep the money for another 9 days after we already stayed there for 1 week. The owner didn't want to speak to us at all and was just trying to use our horrible situation and we had an awfull discussion with the staff. To pay for 2-3 days more would have been O.K., but the whole 9 days is like gangsters.

Hotel room was clean well presented. The only complaint would be the TV did not work and the staff would not compensate in any way. You can use the next door hotel pool which is average and the beach is quiet but nothing special. Staff friendly. Restaurant average and expensive. Our booking was suposed to include breakfast but SIAMESERVICES forgot to add it to the booking. Hotel staff sorted it out for us. I would stay there again!!

Für den Preis waren die Zimmer an sich sehr gut. Mit eigenem Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, fernseher und fließendem Wasser (kalt und warm). Die Zimmer wurden immer tadellos sauber gehalten und auch das Bad gab keinen Grund zur Klage. Die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels waren auch immer sauber, sie waren lediglich vom Gesamteindruck ein wenig heruntergekommen, weil hier und da keine Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt wurden (war aber alles nur optisch). Der Service war stets zuvorkommend und in jeder hinsicht zufriedenstellend, jeder Anfrage wurde sofort nachgegangen und eine Lösung wurde zeitnah herbeigeführt.

We were very happay to find Pada hotel: The bungalows were very clean and homie and located quite near the beach (300 metres). We paid 650baht for fan bungalow with fridge, TV and hot water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be back some day :)
