This resort was just perfect in all ways. Location great just 1 min to the tonsai beach - the poolarea greate, and the bungalow perfect - good space, everything worked perfect, and the dayly cleaning was the very best i ever had in all the resort I stayed in Thailand. Staff in reception really nice, warm and helpfull - I booked for 7 days, but ended up staying the most off my holliday. Behind the hotel in 5 min walk, there is a lovely thai restaurant called Orange Restaurant where miss Eat and Mr Noi please to serv the very best traditional thaifood and really cheap to.

The hotel is located at the side of the pier where the ferry arrives so you don't have to get a taxi boat to get to the hotel. It is a little far from the center of events so if you want peace and quite it's good for you. The room was clean but the shower was not so great as the water pressure was poor and the water temperature kept changing during the shower. The hotel pool is very small and disappointing. There was free WIFI for the hotel guests. Staff attitude was OK.

Booked Andaman Legacy as was on Phi Phi to attend a wedding at Phi Phi Island Beach Resort (which we couldn't afford the cost of) and were so pleased with our decision. The resort is close to Tonsai Bay but far enough away for a bit of peace and quiet. The room was a good size, and cleaned every day. The staff were really helpful and very friendly. Breakfast every morning was also a winner. Would 100% reccommend this resort to anyone looking to book a trip to Phi Phi, we loved it! It's also super easy to get a longtail boat to anywhere else on the island and a 20 minute walk to the beautiful long beach.

Bungalow. +: practical, very good value, clean; -: slightly worn, no luxury, shower not separated. Service: Very nice, competent and friendly. Facilities: Very nice pool, also for children. Location. +: at the edge of Phi Phi town. Less people, still close to bars & restaurants, walking distance to main pier. -: Hotel's nearby bar plays music till 2 AM. Phi Phi general: Super! Lots of cats, no motor vehicles (except boats), good night-life & bars.

The best place to stay on Phi Phi.Everything was just perfect for us. Staff is really nice from their hearts not for the service. All you can think about is good. Some things could be disapointing: 1)Rooms and bungalous are far from luxury, but this is Phi-Phi 2)loud music till 1 p.m. If you cant take it then dont go to Phi Phi at all.

Disappointed hotel. Hotel no front can play the beach hotel own pool and small poor, and very early stop for guests used, the room is more beautiful, but television pitifully low, will sit on the bed end can see TV content, and only 7, 8 Thai television, really is too bad. Toilet is small, not bath crock, most unacceptable is evening didn't take a bath of hot water. No free Wifi, hotel pay Wifi expensive terrible, breakfast types, and rarely flies flew. Service personnel service attitude is not very good, and some service personnel English said it is hard to understand. Compared to the hotel expensive room, really isn't ideal choice

No hot water, you cant even call it warm. Told the reception about it and they said they send a guy but that there is no hot water just warm water. Good location just 10 min walk from pier. The mosque next door dont bother you at all. They have wifi internet in room but you have to pay extra for it witch is realy bad. Breakfast not so good but you can survive on it.

The room was nice, decent shower. Pool was very nice. Location was good, mostly a quiet area away from most of the bars, but they re only a 10 minute walk away. Staff met us at the pier and carried all of our bags to and from the hotel. Included breakfast was EXCELLENT, and the staff there were extremely friendly and polite. The only bad part of the location was the mosque right next door. They do a loud call to prayer five times a day, starting at 5am. If you re a light sleeper, this will get on your nerves. One day the water in our room (and next door) went brown for a few hours. We asked the hotel staff for a bottle of water to brush our teeth etc, and they blew us off telling us to buy one at the shop next door. TV in English was quite limited. Maybe 7 channels, and 6 of those showed nothing but Southern USA Baptist preachers. If that's your thing, then I suppose that's a positive. The only other channel was Russia Today, which appears to be the propaganda arm of the Russian government. It got old quickly. Overall, I really liked this hotel and despite the negatives above and I would stay there again.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The pool was very warm, but clean. We had some problems when we checked in. Somebody had cancelled their first night at the hotel and the staff thought it was us, so our bungalow was already taken. Fortunately they upgraded us to a superior room that night.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the main building, which was as nice as could be expected. Location was towards the west end of Main street. This seemed a little out of the way at first, but it was nice not having all the commotion from the bars closer to the center of Tonsai. Also a reasonable walk to Long Beach, which was our favorite part of the island. You won't go wrong...highly recommended.

I stayed in the new building (3 or 4 stories)and the front is open allowing hundred of mosquitoes to invade your room daily...every night we killed 12-20 mosquitoes in our room!!! Front desk staff rude and surly. When I arrived they started on a lecture on our hotel policy , I cut the girl short and informed her I was an adult (53 yrs old) and their guest and didn't need the lecture she give European college kids!

This accomodation and the Hotel was amazing. The hotel staff were exceptional. They were extremely friendly and beyond helpful. The pool was big, blue and very clean with a showering facility and awesome loungers as well as towels provided for both the pool and the beach. The internet is well priced and is situated at reception. The room was great. There was a nice fridge, TV and DVD player. The room was very clean and cleaned every day with bath towels replaced daily. Complementary water was provided daily. The aircon worked very well and the linen and bed was comfortable. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was facing the beach (make sure this is the case as opposed to facing the other hotels). Breakfast was included and was very tasty. Coffee was good. Breakfast is served with a view of the beach. The gala dinner was great for the new years celebration. Food and entertainment was good. Only have one gripe and that was being next to the mosque as it is quite noisy during their prayers. However, this is neglible given all the things I have mentioned above and I would most definitely stay there again if I visit Phi Phi. Everything was in short walking distance.

The hotel has wonderful amenities, and is very well situated. It is just such a pity about the disco on the premises which is extremely noisy at night. The mosque also wakes you up at 0500, but the call to prayer is very brief. Breakfast was the same 5 items every day for 5 days!!! The bathrooms are a disaster, with no shower cubicle so everything in the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. Hotel - what would a few shower cubicles cost??? No hot water in the basin to shave!!

good location reliable and trustworthy room keeper staff , I lost my cell phone, room cleaners find my cell phone and give it to me. Reception side is very warm and helpfull Rooms are basıc and clean. There ıs two negatıve poınt. First problem is they want your credıt card details as deposit though you make yourp payment at online in advance. Thıs ıs very ınsultıng, boring, foolish, insane 10 hour trip. As ı already give hotel fee already. Second negative point is about breakfast. At breakfast they serve you remaining food from last night, pineapple, water melon, croissant that is not fresh, omlette accordıng to your request. They also give you cheese if you request from service staff. They may add tomato, cucumber, pepper, tuna, olive. The people who serve the food are very polite and friendly and their service is good , but the content of breakfast is not enough.

Resort looked just like the photos. I stayed in the bungalow and i never had a problem with the room. Only little issue was for the mosque which is beside the hotel they pray 5 times a day and once was at 5am in the morning. overall good experience and close to everything. will recommend friends to stay here.

We stayed in the main building instead of a bungalow. The room was clean and comfortable. Capable and friendly staff. The hotel is located conveniently. Good value for money. We can recommend it to anyone.

Much closer to the sea than indicated on internet maps. Walkable to pier in 10 minutes & another 5 minutes to the more beautiful beach opposite. Surprised by the number of backpacker-type people because the price of everything was twice that of Ao Nang including the hotel for what you got. The bungalow was fine, only the bad review about the smelly bathroom pipes was valid, there is minimal noise from the nearby bar & mosque. Swimming pool very safe for kids. Overall good, but yes the rooms are too expensive for what you get but so is everything on PhiPhi!

The superior room (in the main building) was clean, modern and functional. The bathroom looked a bit old-fashioned though, and quite spartan. The door was rather thin, one could hear what was happening in the hall... The resort itself is situated in a rather noisy place. It's OK if you re in the main building, which is set back, but I don't know for the bungalows, which are more exposed. The staff was not the friendliest and the most helpful we met in our holiday but they were OK. The breakfast was correct, no more than that. To sum up, we got what we paid for, that is not too much ;-)

The best thing we can say about the hotel is the pool area. From outside the hotel looks great, and really matches the pcitures online. BUT the bungalows needs a caretaker to work there for a few days. The tap was not fixed to the zink nor tub. The toilet flush wasn't fixed. A shower cabin would be nice as the floor has no slope. The fan was extremely noisy. The interior was poor, and the beds moved around even while sleeping, because of the wheels under. Ok back to some more good things: Nice and friendly staff, receptionists very helpful. OK breakfast.

Simply but ok bungalow, better standard if you book one of the hotellrooms. Bungalows and hotell located around a really nice poolarea. Close to the Hippies bar, but no noise in the night. Ok breakfast. Recommend it!

This is an amazing place to stay. We really enjoyed it. Booked a Superior Room which is well worth the money. The rooms were big and very clean. The restaurant is in an open area which is very nice and clean and the buffet breakfasts were awesome. Thank you to the staff who were very friendly. This hotel is located down the quiet end of town but still handy to shops. One of our favourite places to stay during our visit.

Very nice bungalows. We stayed in a bungalow with AC and the only complaints we have are: AC didn't work properly, housekeeping were very lazy and din't understand when we wanted our bungalow cleaned, there are no ramps up to the breakfast area/pool area (my wife is in a wheelchair), the bathroom in bungalow A11 is not very nice (leaking tap and dirty drain). The hotel rooms are amazing and very clean. Not wheelchair friendly though since there are three steps up to the entrance. Breakfast is so-so. Missed some cheese and maybe some dark bread. No eggs except omelette.

Well, I was quite disappointed with accommodation. We lived in bungalows and I really didn't expect such a hostel like accommodation for 1880 THB for a night. Well where to start, bungalow was ugly and you could see it's really old, furniture was really old and let's say really used! There were ants in the room and even in bathroom (but that's thailand, so somehow normal). Thai style bathroom with water from bath everywhere (again normal in Thailand), but the ants in bathroom is little bit too much. But it has really nice swimming pool and really good restaurant, breakfast was normal buffet breakfast with good selection of food.

The original bungalow we checked into had several problems including a broken air-conditioner and an odour coming from the bathroom. However, the hotel was good enough to offer us a free upgrade which made for a pleasant stay. One warning to travellers looking for some peace and quiet: Hippies Bar is about 15 metres away and because of the small layout of the island the reverb from the late night music will keep you awake (even if you are a deep sleeper). Although no fault of the hotels, the location means that you might find it hard to sleep at night (as with most places located around this area).
