非常好的酒店！愉快的住宿体验！前台人员总是面带微笑热情友好彬彬有礼，酒店像个热带花园，绿树葱茏，鸟语花香。房间挺大，还带很大的阳台。位置极佳，海滩闹市均近在咫尺。稍有不足的是浴室设施稍显陈旧，早餐不过不失，没什么惊喜，标准间的电视也很古老。

I paid for the services of the hotel that I did not receive. At first I paid for the first consolidated check. After 20 minutes staff gave me a second check for payment, which did not contain dates of service and my visa. Staff could not say the date of service. I know that I did not receive these services. The loud noise of the fireworks late at night was a big problem! Couldn't sleep. Towels need to be changed they are worn out. Rates are overpriced for a 3star hotel. But overall I like the hotel and this was my 4th visit to it.

Staff friendly and very helpful, rooms immaculate, clean, AC works great, prime location on Chawenge Beach, food great, drink and bar staff brilliant, lovely pool, great massages and spa area. Отель очень понравился, расположен в шаговой доступности от магазинов, рестранов и т.п. Територия ухоженная, моного зелени, цветов. Хороший пляж, море. Мы жили в обычном номере на 2 этаже, есть все необходимое. Завтраки в ресторане тоже хорошие. Минус только в том, что интернет платный и качество связи ужасное. От отдыха в этом отеле остались только замечательные впечатления.

the location of this resort is very good every things within walking distance, there is noice at night from the night clubs and bars up on the main road very very loud music until 5 am but once you in the room hardly hear it, the baan chaweng resort has a beautiful garden and has it own beach front, the swimming pool is small but ok and staffs are very friendly we ate at the hotel every night food ok and reasonble price, the room a bit dark but clean only negative is breakfast not many choices and need improve up to it resort rating, overall we like baan chaweng resort and will stay again if we are in koh samui

Отличный отель, мы там отдыхали уже два раза. Номера чистые, в хорошем состоянии. Номера в здании больше чем в простых бунгало. Уборка ежедневно, приветливый персонал. Пляж хороший, в море камней нет. Расположен удобно, в шаговой доступности вся движуха чавенга, но сам отель тихий. Завтраки вполне достойные. Интернет только по wi-fi. ИМХО соотношение цена/качество идеальное.

Отлично отработали, второй раз заказываем через них, т.к. сам отель продает по более вымоким ценам и не торгуется. Был косяк с одним бесплатным днем, который нам не дали, но мы заранее не предупредили что он нам нужен, так что в целом не считаю за серьезный косяк.

Добрый день всем, кто читает этот отзыв. Отель очень даже замечательный, сказать что-то плохое про него немогу, т.к. и нечего , тихий, спокойный отельчик, очень даже зеленый , брали стандартный номер на втором этаже, т.к. у него есть балкон, на первом этаже его по сути нет ,просто площадочка с двумя стульями и маленьким столиком через которую вы будете заходить в номер, т.к. вход только один. Сперва рассматривали бунгало ,но потом решили не брать и правильно сделали, т.к. бунгало которые расположены в середине стояли четко напротив нашего номера и как мне показалось даже размером были такие же и самое глвное, до моря идти было ровно минута, что из номера, что из бунгало, т.к. отель в длинну метров 200, то сами понимаете, максимально долго ити к морю можно с ресепшена, 3 минуты:) Еда в целом нормальная, обедать можно смело, разница в ресторане отеля и ресторане на улице рублей 20-50, смотря что кушать, в среднем на двоих чек был с пивом(1 бут.) руб 400-500, при этом наедались от души.. Если кого то беспокоет, есть ли там отливы, т.к. отель стоит на самом стыке мест где есть отливы и где их нет, если смореть карту отливов, то их там нет, максимум море уйдет метра на три, но при этом плавать можно спокойно, мин. глубина которая там была это полтора метра, это самый худший расклад.. По итогу прошлись по всему чавенгу и пришли к выводу, что это самое удачное место: отель+его качество+территория+пляж+цена. Когда улетали, заказали такси до аэропорта на ресепшене, цена на улице 300 бат(300руб.) отельная машина с фирменным лого отеля стоила тоже 300 бат, в итоге только спокойствие, что машина будет точно и во время... По этому все кто рассматривает этот отель, можете ехать смело, отель тихий и уютный... особенно если будете в межсезонье , отель был заполнен на половину, русских видели три пары в том числе и мы, в сезон на центральной улице чавенга походу не протолкнуться:) но если вас это не смущает, как говориться вперед и с песней на отдых!:) Всем удачи и хорошего отдыха!!!

Thanks to the lovely people of the hotel and especially Lai we had a great stay at Baan Chaweng. The beach and the hotel was great but we didn't like the very busy shoppingstreet. It was to busy and killed the holiday experience.

Мы были с 16.10. по 25.10 Море и пляж отличные Завтраки относительно разнообразные. Всегда хватало.Есть и мясо,и овощи, и фрукты.Расположение - прямо в центре всех развлекательных мест(кафе,рестораны,массажные салоны, шоппинг,дискотеки), но шума от всего этого слышно не было. Из недостатков, если это можно назвать недостатками : маленький бассейн ( при наличии такого моря он просто не нужен), шумный кондиционер (но хорошо охлаждающий)

Отель выбирали по отзывам. Расположение на первой линии в самом центре Чавенга, что очень удобно как для тусовочного отдыха (близкое расположение к основным тусовочным ресторанчикам и барам), так и спокойного (расположение самого отеля в тихой зоне). В номере есть все необходимое. Уборка производилась ежедневно, почти каждый день меняли постельное белье. Очень приятный персонал. В день заселения нам сделали «комплимент» от отеля в виде корзиночки с фруктами (что было очень приятно). А в мой день рождения (совпало с датой приезда) подарили торт (сервировав столик для чаепития в номере). Завтрак в удобное время (с 7 до 10.30) в ресторанчике на берегу моря. Над отелем проходит воздушный путь местных авиалиний, но это не мешает, так как в номерах хорошая звукоизоляция, днем так же не вызывает раздражения или неудобства. Жили в бунгало рядом с пляжем. На берегу шезлонги и зонтики (бесплатные), тут же можно заказать обед, напитки и т.д. (для удобства принесут маленький столик), песочный чистый пляж, хорошее дно (без камней). Бассейн так же рядом, можно отдыхать у бассейна, а купаться в море (расстояние - 5 ступенек :)). С погодой тоже повезло. Отличное солнце (немного пасмурно, но ни загорать, ни наслаждаться природой не мешает). Каждый вечер, после 17.00 шел ливень, но дискомфорта не было, поскольку был непродолжительный. Сравнивая «сезоны» декабрь – январь и май-июнь, второй значительно лучше. Море теплое, спокойное и можно плавать на глубину. Отдыхающих значительно меньше, а значит тише (большая часть гостей были иностранцы). Отдых прошел отлично. Особо приятно, что при планировании отпуска не было никаких проблем. Консультанту Asiahotels.ru были озвучены сроки и пожелания, и все получилось, наверное, даже лучше чем самостоятельная поездка (в 2010 году). Из общения с другими туристами, сделала вывод, что через Антона нам отдых обошелся наиболее выгодно и комфортно, за что ему большое СПАСИБО!

Good spot very central 2nd stay at this hotel. One problem still charging for the Internet . Every morning when I had to do my business mail I would walk out of the hotel go to any coffe shop buy my coffee and get my mail for free. If they had free Internet the hotel could have had the business.

Отель очень понравился. Ожидали проще. Территория достаточно большая и очень ухоженная и уютная. Номера приятные, только полотенца до 15.07.11 были старыми, а потом стали приносить новые. Завтраки скромные. В ресторане сок фрэш- это нужно несколько раз объяснять, и получается 220 батт, безольда. Вообще ресторан не дешевый, но в общем нормально готовят. Море у отеля прозрачное. И мелкое - великолепно для деток. Пляж хороший, классные фикусы дают тень и приютили белок. Мои детки полюбили эт отель. Были в Жасмине на Ламае - этот лучше, даже если еда и номера здесь проще. Но атмосфера отеля, море, пляж, территория и близость всего, но при этом уединенность - все понравилось!

It was not our first time at this hotel and it was equal good stay as last time two years ago. Friendly staff with good english knowledges. Only thing we asked for first floor at our booking but there was non. But our son in law did get one of this rooms but he had problems with the AC and bad smell from toilet. Nothing was done even after complaining but maby it´s because the higher level that all off this rooms have that problems. Other years we stayed in deluxe bungalows and at ground floor in the buildings and never had problems with AC or bad smells. However we will love to return because we like the location for shopping and party, the food in the restaurang and the friendly staff!!

Hotel was good, quick check in, handy to all amenities, we paid a little extra for a bungalow which was the wrong thing to do as the hotel rooms were larger, the bungalows had nowhere to put your luggage. Rooms were clean, food and service was great, right in the action of Chaweng on the beautiful stretch of beach. Lots of sun lounges. Fireworks go off during the night, the last lot at 12pm which can be a bit annoying. Hotel was lovely with pretty gardens.

pros: the place is quite nice,tranquil and all green. It's in a really nice part of Chaweng. the room is large. The reception works efficiently and if you want to have good Thai food lunch or dinner you can definitely eat at the hotel's restaurant. I was upgraded from a superior to deluxe building room ,which was quite surprising as they were fully booked. they have a really nice shower room where if you come before check-in you can have a shower. cons:the water pressure was terrible. sometimes it seemed to me as if I was standing under the leaking pipe. I ve stayed at much cheaper places in Samui and have NEVER faced such a problem. Besides,there are no umbrellas on the beach. So as I sunburn very quickly I never stayed there and went to a really nice hotel of my friends buri rasa village . the cleaning is nice but they often forgot about the dust. just for fun I and my friends wrote on the dusty mirror wash me and it was cleaned 3 days later.

This was our second stay at Baan Chaweng after 3 years and again we loved it. Breakfast variety and quality was above average. Other meals taken at the reataurant were very good and reasonably priced. My boys aged 10 and 7 loved the pool and beach. For shopping along Chaweng beach road the location is excellent.

Pros: -the room is in a central location on beach--close to shopping and retautants -close to the party Bar Ark Bar Resort which has awesome food and great party in wednesday nights. -restaurant staff are great -beach front location is beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs CONS: rooms are small -beds are terrible-hard and springy -desk staff could be better -too close to Party bar with firworks going off late at night.

Свой отзыв хочу начать с огромной благодарности Антону Соколову (сайт AsiaHotels.ru) в организации бронирования авиа билетов, стыковки внутреннего рейса на о.Самуй и подборе отеля. В Тайланде были второй раз, первый раз в 2010 году на о.Пхукет, а в этом году на о.Самуй - с 07 по 20 марта. Первый раз путешествовали самостоятельно, минуя турфирмы. Мужу 50 мне 48, с языками не дружим, но рискнули. Я, через сайт обратилась к Антону Соколову с просьбой, оказать помощь в бронировании авиабилетов до Бангкока, затем состыковать рейс на о.Самуи, т.к мы не планировали посетить Бангкок, подобрать отель и организовать трансфер до отеля с русскоговорящим гидом. Буквально за два дня с момента моего обращения на сайт, получила предложения и по билетам и по отелям. Что меня больше всего поразило - это цены. Цена тура получилась ровно на половину дешевле, по сравнению с туроператорами! Например, все те же параметры я забила у Натали тур и удивилась, разница ровно на половину. Рейсы были состыкованы так четко, что нам не пришлось мучительно маяться в ожиданиях в аэропорту. Разница между рейсами была 3 часа, за это время не спеша, прошли все процедуры по паспортному контролю и получению багажа, по прилету на остров нас ждал водитель, который благополучно доставил нас в отель. Теперь про отель. Отель, который нам предложил Антон, расположен на пляже Чавенг, в самом центре местечка - это очень удобно. Пляж очень красивый с белым песком. Отель стоит на самом берегу. Очень уютный, чистенький отель. Территория зеленая, очень ухожая. Номера чистенькие, если написано в рекламе отеля, что белье меняют через день, то меняли постель через день, четко, уборка и полотенца каждый день. Завтраки европейские, ресторан стоит у самого пляжа. Очень удобно, что отель находится в самом центре местечка, вся развлекаловка, рестораны, рынки - рядом!!! Отель расположен метров на 30 вглубь от основной инфраструктуры, поэтому там тихо и спокойно. Остров очень красивый с пышной природой. На острове есть что посмотреть и сафари шоу, и водопады, и прекрасные морские прогулки, развлечений хватит на людей разных возрастов и разных вкусов. Поездка мне очень понравилась, я в восторге.

Firstly on our arrival a man at the desk greeted us with a forced smile and was not patient with us at all neither did he like the fact when we asked questions regarding the rooms or any other things we required. On our check out he basicly kicked us out the room and slammed the phone in my face around 6-7times. I inform him (i believe his name was cha) our flight time and he said it's oky to be at the airport an hour before which was 16:35(our flight time). i informed him that i will speak to my friend what time is best for her to leave either 02:30pm or03.00. he called the room in about half an hour rudly asking to check out and that he'll give us till 12:30. A friends daughter (13yrs)called and told us this while we where by the beach around 11:30. rushing back to our room, he called back again and told us rudly that our last check out is 01:30 or he'll charge us. I called cha politely asking him to give us time and how he informed me earlier that it was oky to check out an hour later then the usual check out time. He slammed the phone in my face. called back again and again and he hanged up. I went to him and asked if he owned the hotel and why he changed his word. HIS REPLY WAS WHY YOU DIDN'T CALL ME AND TELL THE TIME i asked to speak to the manager and he said yes, check out or i'll charge you over and over again. Mananger won't come till around 2. we didn't see the manager, he/she did not show up. Ms. Ann was extremely polite throughout the whole stay but unfortunatly she was off on that day. she was polite, patient and all smiles. i was recommened this hotel through a friend. My exprience there was a disaster. Resturant staff where extremely rude (the women only), no smile what so ever. Thailand is like my home and never experienced this uncomfortable unwelcomed in my 16years of being there almost every 6to1year vists. first time in koh samui but many times in bangkok and phuket. sorry to say but i would not advise anyone to stay in Baan chaweng Beach resort. i hope you take this matter seriously and i would like an immediate action on the hotel staff at Baan chaweng who was exteremly rude to us. In Bahrain, when asked how was my stay at the hotel, i would say that it was the worst hotel i ever stayed because of the unfriendly welcome and the rude staff i had to deal with.

We loved this property. The staff were fantastic. We travelled with our 3 year old and they made a real fuss of him. We would definitely go back. My only complaint is that the website doesnt differentiate between the room types. The room we booked was a bungalow but was a lot smaller than the building or villa rooms - too small for 2 adults and a child which would have been good to know prior to booking. The hotel staff were great - they changed us to another room which was bigger.

This was the third year in a row my wife and our two children stayed here and experienced Samui. Baan Chaweng Hotel has become a second home for us once a year due to the the the staff friendliness and service , food quality, excellent Hotel facilities and especially this ideal location right over looking the main part of chaweng beach and close to the main party of shops but also away from noise if any. It has everything you need for singles , couples and especially familiies, including an excellent baby sitting service, child friendly pool, and rooms close to all of this for convenience. I would normally like to try a different hotel but based on my experience and feedback from other regular visitors the value for money for what you reviece here is first class so no need to take the risk and change! A guarenteed enjoyable holiday which will not be the last you have here! Recommended stay would be a minimum of 2 weeks! Thanks to all the staff again! Great hotel, bungalow was sold out when I booked, so I lived superior building, room is good, but TV is too small. Very quiet hotel except electrical machine make noise at 2:00am in the yard,superior building is very close to yard, so I can't sleep at that night, but they helped me to change another bungalow to live, it was nice. I suggest don't book building, bungalow and villa will be better.Very near to beach, beautiful swimming pool, its great hotel, i will consider to live there again. If TV is bigger, internet is free, that would be nice hotel.

As far as I can tell this seemed like the best value for money hotel on Chaweng Beach. I stayed with a group of friends in Superior Villas & Deluxe Bungalows. The rooms were all nice and clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and bars. The staff were all very nice. I'll be staying here again when I return to Samui.

Extremely impressed. I had to make some last minute changes to my travel plans and wasn't able to contact them to advise of this. However SiameServices were actually chasing me up for the info via email and phone. I'll definitely use SiameServices again.

Stayed in a bungalow near the beach. Nice room but it was a bit small but for the money it was fine. Resort is in a great location on the beach and also near the nightlife in town. Only problem was that the restaurant although outside has no seperate non smoking section so when you have your breakfast you share it with smoking Germans.

This was my first stay at Baan Chaweng. Last time we stayed at another resort which was close to this one but Baan Chaweng was far superior. The location was excellent and the service very good. Breakfast overlooking the beach was lovely. Would definitely stay there again.

Location is great. Just next to Chaweng night life (no noise to hotel). Breakfast was excellent and room was good standard although my opinion was that AC was inadequote for the size of my bungalow or it was misplaced. Staff was friendly. Cost for unregistered guests is 500 bht/ guest.

A nice hotel, with a good quality of food in the restaurant, a great location with a lovely beach and very good service. However, the jet ski's are a nightmare they don't seem to follow channels out to sea or maintain a safe distance with myself and partner nearly being hit on several occasions. If they can sort that out or move them then a great location for your holiday in Koh Samui.

A very comfortable hotel with friendly staff in a lovely position.It would have been nice to have a bar in the restaurant area.My only critism for Chaweng is that the local council should insist that fireworks must finish at midnight.I was woken by extremely large explosions at 4 in the morning on more than one occasion.

Maybe one remark to Chaweng... As Chaweng gets more and more people we do consider to stay on the west coast next time. After all, who needs to walk on Chaweng beach road every day ;-)

My partner and I stayed in a superior bungalow (Room 219) for 4 nights and it was the best accommodation we had all trip. The room was a decent size, clean and modern. We asked for a double bed however this was 2 king single beds pushed together which was fine. A/C worked great, we got 2 free bottles of drinking water each day, had an in room safe and wardrobe, and a cute balcony. The gardens throughout the resort are beautiful! The pool was nice, although quite a bit colder than the ocean so we hardly used it. The restaurant was lovely although a tad expensive. Breakfast was fantastic! The options changed each day and there was lots to choose from. The hotel had 24hr reception and key minding. The Resort has a really large beach front area and we always got a sun lounge. The beach directly in front of the resort was nice. You definitely wouldn't want to stay any further North though as the beach is not as nice and is very crowded. The locals hassle you on the beach to buy things so don't choose the first row chairs! The resort was in a great location, there was no noise from beach bars or traffic and it was a short distance to most of the local bars. The Australian Bondi Grill serves the best European food in Thailand so I highly recommend going there! Also Kristy's Cabaret show is worth a watch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Baan Chaweng Beach Resort!

It is a solid 3 star hotel but poor 4-star hotel. They offer big rooms, excellent breakfast, beautiful gardens, and central location. However, it is also obvious that they cut corners strategically. The a/c is underpowered, their facilities are limited (restaurant, pool, massage), cheap tvs in rooms without dvd, etc... Also, it is on chaweng so expect drunk idiots to be blasting fireworks until 4am.

Location of the Hotel was fantastic. It is located in the middle of the night life from one side and clear and sandy beach from the other. We were hpaay with the Hotel services. Price for Deluxe bungalow was very reasonable and location of bungalow was perfect - 15 meters from the beach. I recommend Deluxe Bungalow for any couple if you like privacy and full relax.
