nous sommes partit au bout de 2 jours. les bungalows sont très sales,infectés de cafards et de fourmis,le sol est dechiré, le placard est remplis de boules de naphtaline etc...le mobilier de la piscine est posé sur des parpains et le prix des prestations est chers pour une qualitée moindre a fuire!!!

Green Villa is situated about 10 minutes out of Lamai making it a little inconvient to walk into town but perfect for getting away from the crowds. If one is to rent a motorcycle (from the resort or in Lamai) the short distance is not an issue at all. One has the option of either lounging by the pool or at the beach which is only a 2 minute walk. The beach is very nice with minimal crowds compared to that of Chaweng. The vibe within the resort grounds is very relaxed as the bungalows are surrounded by trees. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious.

You can't beat Green Villa for the money. I stayed in the cheapest room at about 11 dollars per night. It was clean and comfortable and quiet. The food in the restaurant is excellent. It's about a 3 minute walk to the beach.

We stayed in superior villa and it was great - big room, clean, big veranda, pool (it's great - parents eating breakfast and kids swimming - moments of peace;). Great fot families (and all others, too;). Very helpful staff and a good vibe. A beautiful sandy beach is 3 minutes away as well as other fascilities are not far either. We loved it there.

It's a good and very cheap accomodation to stay. the bungalows with pool view were big but a little bit worn down like typical traveler bungalows are. the room has been cleaned several times during our stay, the towels and the sheet cover has been changed. very friendly staff who really take care for the resort. the pool was also nice and clean. 7-11 and beach was nearby.

rooms poor standard on 450b room, pool very small, website is deceiving , rooms are on 2 levels. when booking the room i said i am looking for a week stay , based on the initial nights sleep, but a deposit of 2 nights was asked and paid for, the place was terrible, so we said we will leave, not asking for a refund on our second night, we felt was fair, only to be told we HAD booked a week, we need to pay another night cos we cancelled a week booking, i showed the reception my initial email booking to which she started to cry saying her boss, a french man , will only make her pay, so we paid and left, NEVER to return again. and NEVER , to recomend this place even to my worse enemy to be polite. very poor , do not say ur a looking to book a room for more then one night, untill u see the rooms, u will be charged a sumtion on booking fee. terrible rooms and service. i speak thai , and made it clear on booking i was basing my stay on the first night experience, NEVER will i book here again.

Peaceful location at the far south end of the beach although the best part of the beach is further north. Basic wooden bungalows but be prepared for the nature as the huts are in the middle of a garden. Nice pool (although sun beds / tables could be replaced). Very friendly staff.

The Green Villa had a nice pool and was a 2 minute walk to the beach. The bed was quite hard but that is not uncommon. Unfortunately Lamai wasn't the beach we were looking for. As a result we only stayed 1 night. I must say for $11/night the pool was really nice to have. I couldn't find any other guest house for that price with a pool.

A great place to stay in Lamai and for a very low price. We stayed in one of the small bungalows and it was great. They cleaned the bungalow even if you didn't ask them to,that was nice! Friendly staff. The location is very good if you like to have a calm environment with a calm beach without a lot of people and sun beds. If you want more people around you, more restaurants and things to look at you just take a walk to Lamai town. If I go to Lamai again I will probably stay here again.

Enjoyable garden villas close to but not at the beach. For the TB 1600 paid for a generously spaced and well equipped A/C room I found better values on the beach very close by. None the less my room was attended daily, was clean and the guest house was well situated at the south end of Lamai Beach. Food was ordinary service better than ordinary. Instruction upon entry regarding hot water would have been helpful in that the hot water workings in SE Asia are all but consistent from country to country and lodging to lodging within and without a country.

Pleasant garden type arrangement around a small swimming pool. Food was ok if slightly pricey. The AC room was very spacy & comfortable. Green Villas was clean, personnel pleasant, grounds neat and all in all pleasant but nothing very special for the money. Were I to return to Koh Samui I would probably stay elsewhere for the same or less. I do like this part of Lamai Beach though & will probably return.

Green Villa is really good. The superior bungalows are very nicely furnished and really comfortable. The territory is green and clean. We did not use the pool, but other people who stayed in Green Villa did and seemed to like it. I saw the cheap bungalows but did not like them, they re rather wet and it's not difficult to find sth better for the same price, even with air conditioner, on Lamai or Chaweng (except there will be no pool). The staff and the owner are very friendly. The only thing I was dissapointed with was laundry, our things came back not actually clean (although my friend said this is common for the whole island :)) I d recommend this hotel for family leisure, it's very quiet and nice and is not far from the beach.

Green Villa
Accommodation and facilities:
We had a pleasant stay at Green Villa which was a great deal at 300 B per night. The bungalow was basic, but clean, and the staff freindly. It was also very quiet--NO loud music keeping you awake till the wee hours! The little pool was also nice, especially for kids. The hotel is located just a 5 mimute walk away from a beautiful stretch of beach at the southern end of Lamai Beach. The more lively section of the beach area is just a 15-20 minute walk north. We would definitely stay there again because it was very inexpensive and we could book in advance over the internet.
Reservation service:
Very convenient! We did not want to arrive at Lamai Beach at the height of the tourist season without a booking. With cheaper hotels it is difficult or impossible to reserve. We were able to reserve and pay over the internet and all went smoothly!

Green Villa
Accommodation and facilities:
Green Villa was a wonderful bungalow to stay at, just far enough away from the cars to make it feel like you were in the middle of the woods, yet close enough to hear the ocean waves. Any trips that we needed to book were done for us at the front desk, although we discovered too late that renting a scooter (also from Green Villa) and exploring on our own was the cheapest option. The staff is friendly and the pool is open all night, which was a plus for us! Towels are included, but no blankets for the bed, only a giant bath towel. Bring your own toilet paper as you are given one roll, but we knew this coming into it so it wasn't an issue. Everyone is very friendly and they have good food and drinks right at the pool area. Internet is a stone's throw away. We would go back to Green Villa, but we don't require much, so if you are looking for fancy, this isn't the place for you!

My Boyfriend and I stayed there for two nights in Double/Fan bungalow for 400B per night. It's very basic. But you get what you pay. It's a OK choice for Low budget travellers. It has a bed, a cabinet for clothes, and a little bathroom. you get only a roll of Toilet tissue, nothing else in the room. The drinks from the bar is more expensive from stores outside. If you go out to the main road, which is approxi 1min walk, you can buy a bottle of water for 6B in 7-11. It's 10B in Green Villa. There is no activity going on in Green villa at night, I mean, no party or music or anything. Very quiet, only the owner and his two friends drinking and talking and watching French TV there during night. one night, there was someone talking outside our bungalow, we guessed they were looking for their bungalow but could t see the room number. Anyway, I wouldn't go back there if I go to Samui.Green Villa is not bad, but I believe there are better choices that i should try.

I was not really comfy in the room there. It was small, holes in the doors and floors to allow mozzies in to bite you all night. The photos on the site do not really show how run down these bungalows are. Across the road you can get a really tidy room for 400Baht. Directly across the main road there is a restaurant with a sign for bungalows. Just go in and ask there and you will get a good room for the same price.

Easy to book with siameservices and this one bad experience will not prevent me from using them again.

Green Villa

We had one night at standard fan bungalow which was cheap but also very primitive. After that first night we moved to the superior bungalows. This was very nice. They clean every day and give you clean towels every day. There are only 14 bungalows, which makes it a nice quiet place to stay. The staff was friendly and kind.

this is a bungalows style complex, with a nice garden and a pool in the middle, close to white sand beach (but not by the beach), located in a very quite road. The accommodation of the Fan bungalow is basic but cozy and comfortable!

We had a bungalow with aircon. very nice and quiet. Good food at the reastaurant, the manager was not so serviceminded, but still i strongly reccomend this hotel. Right now we are staying in Phi Phi Islands and to get same standard you will have to pay about 2200-2500 baht/night.
