Accommodation and facilities:
The hotel was decent enough for the money. We were disappointed it wasn't on the beach, but if we had looked into it more, we could have figured that out. It is located in the midst of many stores and restaurants, and close to a nice beach. The staff was very friendly as well. If you don't get up too early, the manager will make you breakfast, but I wouldn't pay for breakfast if you plan on getting up early for an excursion or maybe to catch the catamaran. Overall it's an okay place.

Nice room and good location - southern side of chaweng beach that is less busy (and nicer). Service was below par. We stayed a total of 3 nites, we left hotel early (before 8am) and had to put together our own breakfast(deluxe room with ABF). We also had some issues with the Angthong trip we booked through the hotel - would not recommend using this service.

Before booking my accommodation for Chaweng Beach, I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews. For our price range the Queen Boutique seemed like the best option - as resorts that were situated along the beach, that were the same price, had a lot of bad reviews and seemed quite run down. I was not disappointed with my choice. This small boutique hotel, is only 3 years old. The rooms are spacious and decorated in a modern, Thai style, and are extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a large TV with DVD player, in-room safe, fridge with comp. waters and a phone. We had breakfast included in our rate which was fresh fruit with bacon, eggs, toast, tea/coffee and juice. The hotel has free Wi-Fi and an internet kiosk and they can book you any activities, ferries or scooter/jeep hire as well. The location is also good. One block along the street and you come to one of the only public access roads to the beach. So it took about 5 minutes to walk to the beach - which by the way is beautiful, with clean, white sand and clear water. Queen Boutique is on the quieter end of Chaweng, which we found much nicer. The road outside is still lined with shopping, restaurants and bars but you didn't have to fight your way along the footpaths which are crowded with people further up the strip. If you want to get right to the heart of all the action it only takes less then 10 mins to walk there anyway. FYI- a word of advice for people staying in Chaweng. There are western people, who ride along the main strip on motorbikes in pairs, usually wearing white t-shirts. They will ask you where you are from and then how old you are. Before giving you a scratch voucher to win a prize. My advice is to kindly tell them your not interested, as if you win a prize you will have to go into a sales office and sit through a very, very long winded sales pitch to join a very expensive travel club, in order to claim any prize which may exist. Not worth it.

Good service, even though most of the staff didn't really speak English. Clean and very comfy rooms. The location is good, a little far from the action, which is better for me, but close enough to several restaurants, massage, etc... Would totally stay again. Oh, good breakfast too.

Excellent boutique hotel not just value for money but also with excellent location and service. Stayed for 5 days and since everything is new in the hotel. Hotel manager Ms Pussanee was a great lady who offered discounted tour packages at minimal comission and was kind to lease us the hotel van for 24hrs for just THB1200.00. We will surely stay in Queen Boutique again due to the warmth hospitality we enjoyed!

Best offer online and booking was hassle fee. Confirmation was almost instant even on weekend which isn't expected. Will certainly use SiameServices booking service again! Comments from a Singaporean with high expectation.

We stayed for 2 days. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Service was friendly and helpful. The beach was a 5 minute walk away, excellent and very suitable for children. Restaurants and shops were just a few meters from the hotel but could not be heard from our room which was on the small side street the hotel is located in. All in all a very good experinece at a reasonable price.

Nice hotel, good value for money. The owner Pusanee was very nice. Only downside is the hotel book they have is incorrect & when you ask certain staff for something in the staff book they just refuse. Cleaning the room was great but the bathroom cleaning was poor. 1 set of glasses for a week stay, 1 bathmat towel for 4 days.

The hotel was very nice and for the most part my girlfriend and I had a great time. There was one big issue though. Our bathroom stunk really badly. It was like raw sewerage. This was only some of the time, so it was manageable.

This hotel was above and beyond amazing. It has a great location right on chaweng, near the beach. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, well taken care of. The breakfast was complimentery every morning and was delicious, not gross free breakfast. We had a great value for our room and wished we could stay longer. The owner is sooo helpful with any questions. Your room is cleaned everyday and there is a computer to use. Everything you need, and its clean and peaceful. You will not be unhappy here! :)

This was the best choice I could make, the hotel being well situated in Chaweng (in a calm sidestreet), near to the beach and not to far from the center ; offering good quality in regard to the hotelaccomodation and the friendly hotelstaff. Just back in the UK today from a short, but brilliant, 2 week stay in Thailand. For 8 days of the duration i stayed in the Queen Boutique Place in Koh Samui. I believe the hotel is classed as a B&B / Guesthouse which would usually put me off somewhat as I prefer to stick to larger hotels however my stay here was absolutely perfect, a view also shared by the 3 friends i stayed with. The location of the hotel is a central one on Chaweng Beach road, an approx 100m (5 min) walk back along this road and off to the right hand side is the cut through to the beach so in that respect i thought this premise to be of excellent location. (the beach is bliss!) The overall cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, the rooms are spacious and well equipped with sound working aircon, fridge (inc complimentary bottled water) and a decent sized bathroom complete with shower. (oh, and a big mirror!). Rooms cleaned daily. Free internet is also available on the premise in the reception area, if i remember i think there were around 5/6 PCs so availability was never as issue. Breakfast was on offer if required, although i was never up early enough to have / need any, i don't doubt that too would of been up to the same standard of the rest of this B&B / Guesthouse. Overall this place was perfect, i cannot think of one negative comment, i even got my laundry done for a couple of £ s. I m sure if i thought hard and long enough i could probably find something but for the money that really would be nit picking!

great place, great location, great room. When we were there they had free internet which was nice. When we arrived they were not aware of the 3 of us, thought it was for only 2 people but very quickly added the extra bed while we were checking in so no worries there. Not a big place which was great. Breakfast was pretty good, nothing amazing but one of the better ones we had in Thailand. Highly reccommend this place for cheap accommodation. couple of things, our safe didnt work and the lady got another one and replaced the one not working, not great if you can just take a safe in and out, they were not heavy, safety wise though no problems. We stayed 4 nights. We also read before we went (somewhere, not sure which website) that we could use the pool across the road at the Centara but when we arrived and asked this was not the case. We didnt try, but we thought there was some kind of arrangement between the 2 places. Not a big deal though. Extremely clean and tidey, looks very new.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Hotel Lobby und FRühstück in Ordnung, ferundliches Personal, Zimmer jedoch war etwas klein, keine Fenster (außer Milchglas im Bad), verunreiningt durch Klimaanlage. Auf Grund der Bilder haben wir etwas anderes erwartet, vorallem für den Preis. Nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen wenn man auf geräumige Zimmer Wert legt um zB problemlos den Koffer öffnen zu können.

The hotel is situated at a very ideal location. It's almost at the southern end of Chaweng, which we find is far away from the hustle bustle of the main beach, but close enough to the action. Queen is only 5 mins walk to the beach, with cheap and good restaurants serving local fare just a short distance away. The hotel itself is very clean and newly furnished, with a homely feel. The hotel staff were friendly and trusting. Amercian and Oriental breakfast is served fresh every morning. Scooter, jeep and airport transfer bookings are available at the counter. We love Queen Boutique and will definitely recommend it to anyone heading for Samui.

The hotel looks clean and spacious. 10 minutes walk to the chaweng beach and closed to many conveniet shops. Everything was went well but except the breakfast only be served after 8.15am instead of 7am.

Great hotel and friendly staff, very clean and free Internet but you won't get the room in the picture, in reality the rooms are smaller, ours had no window either. Good breakfast included. It's 1/2hr walk to centre of town but there are plenty of shops and restaurants all the way from hotel to centre. We would recommend and probably stay there again if back in Koh Samui.

Queen Boutique worked well for us (two travelers sharing a room). Originally, the booking was for one bed, and the hotel had no issues changing us to two beds when we arrived. Very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious - just like home cooked! :) Hmm..what else... Oh, if you re gay, there are a couple bars right around the corner w/cabaret shows.

Arrived in Koh Samui, hotel staff absolutely briiliant. We were a party of 14 and the Queen Boutique Place staff gave us an extra room for nothing as they wante us to be as comfortable as possible. This is a hidden gem!!! We stayed here for 18 nights and were treated like kings & queens. We stayed in a spacious double bedroom on the first floor facing the street. The room had a queen sized bed, a desk, TV, a cupboard and a fully equipped bathroom with toilet. In the lobby is internet access and a couple of tables to sit and eat breakfast. The breakfast consisted of fresh fruits (mango, watermelon, papaya, pineapple), eggs, toast, coffee, tea & orange juice. Everything you need to start a wonderful day in Samui. The people who work in this boutique hotel are extremely friendly & helpful. They are always serving you with a smile and they help you organise trips around the island! Thanks for the great time we had! We miss Samui already! Natalie & Tom
