The hotel is fantastic, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly with excellent service. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a seaview from each room. The place is extremely exclusive with a private pool and staff serving only 8 units. i will definitely return there each time i go to Koh Samui... you have to try it out yourself!

The Hotel is really wonderful. The staff is very friendly and we spent a great time there! You need a motorbike because the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The beach in front of the hotel is not good to swim and if you don't have the beachfront room it is really loud because the hotel is located next to the main road. If you get a promotion rate in a beachfront room and you don't care to go by motorbike to the beach it's a great place to stay!

A nice and friendly hotel. Decent value on the 3nights for 2. The hotel food was nice but overpriced and the portions small. Great jacuzzi tub and nice touch with breakfast being served in bed each morning. Staff very helpful and pleasant and nice poolside area. Generally very satisfactory and would recomment - although location a bit out of central Lamai. Most suitable for couples.

Accommodation and facilities:
The hotel has a good looking appeal right from the doorstep to the swimming pool. However, once I was brought to my room, I was very disappointed with the room. I reserved ocean luxury collection with the jacuzzi outdoor which they replied it was fully booked and I have to stay 3 nights at the ocean lover luxury collection and 3 nights at the ocean lover room. I don't mind to move to another room however the first 3 nights they put us into the ocean lover luxury collection which the jacuzzi was indoor and the last 3 nights we moved to ocean lover room which was the same and the jacuzzi was indoor. This is not good but however I already paid. The room was small, just the four poster bed, a small desk behind and a small wardrobe at the back. Though the hotel was sweet to decorate the room with petals. The ocean lover luxury collection room air-conditioning and the ceiling fan is not good and slow. The air-condition always kept 28C which very warm during day time and the remote for the air-condition was missing. We changed room on the 4th nights to ocean lover room and it was slightly better however the plasma TV conditions not good unable to watch clear movie. That wasn't very up to standard. The beach not good though and was always on low tide. Nobody ventured out to the beach anyways except some local people searched the clams. The staff is friendly and nice and one of them spoke very good english. But the daily water was not replenished as well as it should. There is no phone in the room too so you'll need to walk down to the lobby to ask for something but for security reason at least install a telephone for safety purpose. The breakfast is not bad too and you get to select from a menu of 6 types of breakfast. The bad thing is, they'll ask you what time you want your breakfast which meant you d have to wake up at a specific time for your breakfast. The location of the hotel is not good though. It's far from the town areas and cabs usually jack up their prices higher when they know of the location. Fur us is no a big problem because we hire a private car so that I can drove around. The overall experience was okay but I felt the price was a little too steep for what you re getting, which is a room that can only contain a bed and a TV at the side and no walking space between the TV and the bed. At least I had a great honeymoon with my sweetie and I believe it is my first and the last to stay at Villa Nalinnadda. I will try other resorts if I go to Samui with my wife again.

Villa Nalinnadda is a very nice hotel, it is a paradise!!! It is totally white, clean and beautiful! Staff there are nice, helpful and friendly. We spent 3 days and 2 nights there and we had a very pleasant stay. Place is white but still very clean and tidy. Breakfast can be served in our room. The warmest thing is that the bath foam and body lotion are given different favours of your choice. Restaurant on the beach has good view but food is only okay. Spa there is nice and service and massage skill is excellent. The beach there is not as good as that of Lamai beach but it is just 5 - 10 mins from the hotel to Lamai by motorbike. I would surely go again. I would recommend it to everyone. You won't be disappointed.

The hotel is fantastic and the staff is SO friendly and nice! It was like we were a part of a big family. The food is a chapter of itself and we did not find better food anywhere on the island. Not the cheapest but the best! The massage is also very very good. Prepare yourself for a hurtful but very useful treatment if you go for Traditional Thaimassage! The only negative about this place is that you can not swim in the ocean even if the location is ON the beach. The water is shallow for a long way out and the beach is rather dirty. But having said that, the pool is fantastic and enough when you have 2 kids who rather spend their time in the pool (all day) than in the ocean. If we go back to Koh Samui we would stay at Villa Nalinnadda again, for sure.

The hotel room is stunning! I love the 3 side glass wall of the room. Also dining on the balcony facing the ocean in the morning was very romantic. The breakfast was really good. I love their bathroom. Unfortunately, we had a water problem one night. The pump didn't work so we had no water after 10 p.m. The water came back the next morning and the hotel compensated us with massage. I definitely recommend this hotel to couples. Except this, everything was great. They also have good massage. Got to try it out!

The hotel has a good looking appeal right from the doorstep to the swimming pool. However, once I was brought to my room, I was very disappointed with the size of the room. The room was small, just the four poster bed, a small desk behind and a small wardrobe at the back. Though the hotel was sweet to decorate the room with petals, the wine that was due to come with the package as part of the promo did not come till I asked for it. I was also very disappointed to see a brown stain (looks like blood stain) on the top of my comforter. That wasn't very up to standard. The toilet was a bit of a disappointment cos it's hot (non-air conditioned) and what's worse is the shower area was on the balcony which meant I had to be fully covered in order to enter my shower. That provided a great inconvenience and lack of privacy. Mine was A3 unit. Then I realised on my third day, that the room on the next block was much better as it had blinds to cover up the open area where the shower is. That had way more privacy than my unit. When I asked the staff about it, they just said it was different. I was quite displeased with that. Lastly, the jacuzzi on the third floor was also open, right on the balcony. This meant that I had to be in my bikini when I enjoy my jacuzzi with my husband on our honeymoon (I got a rash from the jacuzzi so you better clean it before you use it). I also realised the other units (ground floor and middle levels) had jacuzzis in the privacy of the bathroom which is much better though this has a good view. The beach wasn't good though and was always on low tide. Nobody ventured out to the beach anyways. The staff is friendly and nice and one of them spoke very good english. But the daily water was not replenished as well as it should. They don't provide you with an electric kettle unless you request for it. There is no phone in the room too so you'll need to walk down to the lobby to ask for stuff. Most cab drivers have no idea where this hotel is, so get the staff to write the address down in thai so you can show it to the driver. You'll need to grab a cab from the hotel to get to Lamai or Chaweng area for meals if you do not wish to eat at the hotel. The hotel provides free use of the steam room and free internet access on a laptop in their computer room. The overall experience was okay but I felt the price was a little too steep for what you re getting, which is a room that can only contain a bed and a TV at the side and no walking space between the TV and the bed.

Villa Nalinnadda is definitely the best hotel that I have ever been. There are only 8 rooms, all facing the sea. I took the room B5 which is located on the top floor (3rd flr) with the jaccuzi on the balcony which I think it's the best room out the 8 rooms. The breakfast is not a buffet but is already more than enough. No matter what time you wake up, they serve your breakfast in your room as you request. The staff are nice and helpful. You just don't wanna leave the property except for meals cos the food there is ok but actually not really good and you can find better restaurant in the Lamai beach which is not far away. The only disadvantages about this hotel is that it is located right besides the road with quite a heavy traffic which you can hear the noise made by the heavy vehicles and the beach which is just steps away is too shallow for swimming but it's quiet & clean. I will definitely stay here again for my next Koh Samui visit.

My husband and I stayed here for two night at the end of our holiday and thought it was beautiful. The buildings and rooms are spacious, well designed and immaculately decorated. All with perfect views from the bedroom and bathroom out to sea. The jacuzzi bath and bifolding doors everywhere was a nice touch. With so few rooms and therefore guests this hotel provides a sense of intimacy that I have rarely experienced anywhere else. I liked the fact that you could have any breakfast you want at any time in your room. I can't wait to come back and stay here again but feel like we may have to join the queue once this secret gets out.
