The bathroom smelled like sewer. The shower head does not work well or stayed up right. It was not as clean as I liked it. We moved down to the second floor. However, the patio doors does not lock! I felt unsafe inside the room. Also, the safe did not work in some of the rooms. My friend's safe did not work. My friend's room also did not have hot water! My friend's room key could open another room across the hall!

Simple but clean, looks much nicer on the photos than from real. We expected more, but it was ok. Staff very nice and friendly. Bathroom could be better, towels changed every day. Good location, 10 minutes walk from the main beach.

Place is clean and convenient, Tailor across is fantastic(did mine of 2 shirt, 2 casmere pants at 3000 Baht within 8 hours)at unbelievably reasonable price. Tuk Tuk service is inexpensive and just nearby, internet nearby at 7-11 at 1 Baht/min (50% of in-house rate) is much better too. Make sure you note if the room comes with breakfast, I got into a dumb argument because of this. Decorative part of room is dusty.

Though location might be 20mins walk to ao nang beach, the walk is quite interesting as there are lots of shops to look at. Staff always provide service with a smile and are helpful in meeting our needs. Hotel may need need a little bit of maintenance like fixing the lights in the toilet or hallway, but other than that its value for money. ;)
