The room (although classified as super deluxe) was really very basic. We stayed there for 3 nights and, although housekeeping did come when we were out (primarily is seems to tamper with our bags,) they did not clean the room at all aside from making the beds. Before going (but after I d already booked the accom), I read on a Trip Advisor forum that some people had some stuff stolen out the safe here, so before I went I already decided not to make use of the safe. My sister I just locked our backpacks as we did at every other place we stayed at in Thailand, however this was the only hotel were our bags were very clearly tampered with. Luckily for us nothing was taken, but the hassle of now having broken zippers for the rest of our journey was rather annoying and totally uncalled for. Staff are not the friendliest and if you ask for something (towel, coffee cups at breakfast in the morning) expect to wait a good 20 to 30min. Breakfast was ok but not even comparable to other places we stayed - no yoghurt, no fruit salad (aside from some watermelon & baby bananas), one kind of jam... very basic and bare minimum - and the later you go to breakfast the less there is on offer. The only plus about the hotel is the location and swimming pool. On a sidebar, dont expect much of anything interesting in Krabi itself, aside from day trips to the waterfalls & emerald lagoon etc there really is nothing but everyday Thai life going on in this sleepy town.

Krabi Cozy Place Hotel is a budget hotel so dont expect anything fancy. the room was clean the bed was hard the view isnt very pretty but its close to town you only just have to walk & your there. Highly recommend First Lady massage in Krabi Town the owner speaks perfect english & is such a sweet heart its clean & the girls know what they are doing we went back for more!!!! Dont expect a hot shower at this hotel & breakfast is very sad!!!!

We have no good memories about our stay in Krabi Cozy Place. The Hotel Service was very unfriendly. I think it was the worst experience from our whole holiday. I asked the girl from the reception, if she has no fun in your work, but I didn´t get an answer! Terrible! The room quality was good and the breakfast ok. The Swimmingpool not all it's cracked up to be. The photo´s by SiameServices are better as the reality. Next to the Hotel is a site. We are very happy that we spent only one night.

Nice place with a beautiful garden and poolarea. Very friendly staff. Not ok with the dogs that is all around in the resturant and the pool area. Defenitly not ok with one of the dog swimming in the pool. There were also children to the staff at the hotell. Thats ok if not disturbing but there was an older boy (maby 9-10 years old) that were quite rude when talking and swimming, saying things like this is my place and splashing around so that our small children could nt be around. The hotel is locaded a bit off from Ao Nang. There are not so many resturants for example. The beach is not nice, there are rocks and a lot of rubbish and glass. Thats a shame because it makes this place a lot worse than it could be. Allthough we liked it as a soft start on our four weeks long vacation in the Krabi area.

I rather liked this place!! Price was good, and the rooms are really great!!! Looks quite new and modern, and not at all rundown like so many Thai hotels are.It is situated at the bottom end of the town, but only a couple of hundred metres from the main town shopping area, and about 1Km from the river front. Reception spoke good English, and organised a taxi to the airport without fuss (there seems to be no other way of getting there! - like - no local bus!) There is absolutely no traffic noise. I will definitely stay there when I go again, and my son will stay when he goes there next month. There is no dinner restaurant I think (although brekky is cooked near Reception), but there are plenty of restaurants in town. A good one is the floating restaurant about 1Km distant on the river. They do INCREDIBLE seafood, and despite it being high season, we were the only people there at 8pm. Cannot understand why!

Stayed for one night in this very nice hotel. Good location in a quiet area in the center of Krabi Town. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The pool is small but good enough for a swim. It has salt water and jaccutzi. We had lunch at the hotel and it was a positive suprise, good food at a cheap price. Also frindley staff makes this hotel very good value for money, highly recommended. Will stay there again if we visite Krabi in the future.

We enjoyed our 1-night stay. Newish, clean, friendly staff, rooms nicely decorated. Bed rather firm (which suits me). No hot water in bathroom basin despite mixer tap (only plumbed to cold). Looks like it does in the photos! Very central but up a minor sidestreet, hard to find. Only 2 minutes walk from downtown but dark and surrounded by wasteground - might not suit single females though Thailand is pretty safe. Nice view of the property from the large upper floor balconies, but waste ground and a big aerial over the road makes it less than scenic! Overall pleasant and good value and would stay again if I came back to Krabi town(which I doubt we will!)

Small and quite nice hotel. Location is rather good (in terms of Krabi town). Beach and major tourist areas are rather far (need to take a bus, taxi or long tail boat to Ao Nang or other beaches). Rooms are generally clean, but we experienced sandy floors (I m not sure, whether because of bad cleaning, or did we bring that much sand and dust inside by ourselves). Staff is friendly, but speaks very little english - its hard to get directions from the reception. Besides the hotel, someone rises hen. Therefore, if you are annoyed by rooster song in early morning hours, watch out! Didn't bother me nor my small kids. Pool is small, but OK for short refreshment . No hidden costs. Breakfast is rather limited and always the same. As the hotel does not have their own kitchen, we didn't try lunch nor dinner. Decent restaurant/dining place is just around the corner.

Very nice and relaxing place with friendly staff. Safe haven inside the noisy Krabi town. A bit far away from beaches and tourist Krabi .

Nice little hotel ,excellent staffing and comfortable rooms.Breakfast,never really found out what we were allowed to order as part of the package,we had to pay for cereal as extra if we wanted eggs so don't expect a large breakfast like most Thai hotels.Otherwise a very friendly place to stay.

Krabi Cozy Place Hotel
Accommodation and facilities:
I stayed here 3days. Cozy is silent and peaceful place. Also town is very close. It takes about 2 minutes. All crews are so nice and kind. Food are good. I recommend to who stay with comfortable rest. Not a big but a well speeling place.

La verdad es que la relación calidad precio fue estupenda. Es un hotel pequeño, pero acogedor y con un buen servicio. Solamente lo estuvimos una noche como enlace de Ko Phi Phi a Bangkok. Tiene piscina y está en el centro de Krabi.

Accommodation and facilities:
We spent two nights at Krabi Cozy Place and it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and they helped us book at kayak trip that was amazing. The hotel was very nice and clean, you can tell that it's a new place. We especially enjoyed the pool where we spent a day relaxing in the sun. The hotel also served really great food - one of our best experiences with thai food!

Accommodation and facilities:
This hotel was fantastic. It was fairly new. We made a booking for 1 night before going out to the beautiful Railey Beach. The staff here were wonderful, they allowed us to leave our BIG pack while we were away for 6 days, then we came back and carried on to Bangkok. They were so accomadating, even allowed us to hang around for the day on the way back and use the pool. The staff couldnt have been happier or more helpful. Rooms very clean. Will definately go back there.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was clean comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel only opened in Feb 08, but it had fabulous gardens and a beautiful pool. We would recommend it to anyone.

Accommodation and facilities:
The hotel was nice and clean. The pool was also a nice touch. It was very clean and refreshing. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no internet access unless you had your own computer which was a pain, but the world internet cafe is a few blocks away towards the water which had good access for 40 bhat per hour. The hotel location is on a side street back behind a group of other buildings which makes it hard to find if you don't know where it is. This does make it quiet as it's off the main streets.

Accommodation and facilities:
We stayed one night in Krabi before going to Phi Phi and I must say Krabi was not very interesting; but it's cheaper to get there and to stay as well. This hotel is brand new and it shows. The room is spacious and extremelly well kept. I even had time to hang around the pool and it was absolutely perfect. Each room has it's own balcony facing the pool or garden. The price is very convenient. Take a map with you cause no one really knows where it is, being that it's about a month old and the driver spent half an hour looking for it (at least we got a free tour of Krabi!), but it's just a block away from the shops and markets. The staff is very friendly and did everything to make our stay pleasant. It's a perfect place to rest between a 10 hour flight and a boat trip. I d definetely stay there again.
