Very beautiful resort. Staff all helpful and very friendly. We had a good time and ofcourse I recomend this hotel for all couples and family. serounding with great nature and takes 5 min. to downtown. It was very nice of being there. We did not want to leave Pai at all, also the resort closeby from small airport. took us only 5 min to fly back to Chiangmai. Thanks to all of you at Belle villa (Pai)

Maintenance of the room not so good. For the price we can expect a better service . Could improve the quality of breakfast. A bit disapointed by this hotel. I will not recommend it...

Pleasant, clean. Would have been nice to have fans in dining area as the air gets stuffy! Food ok, not great. They tended to be out of many things we ordered, but we were not there during high season.

Friendly staff. Our cottage had nice decor and great view of the farm land (some cottages are further back so wouldn't get the view). Good breakfast. Free internet. Usually only 4 drop off s/pickups in one day or B100 other times, however as it was quiet they would drop us off and pick us up whenever we asked. Only issue was the time of year we visited, the farmers burn their paddocks this time of year so there was smoke and ash everywhere. Unfortunately the rabbits and horse have gone, but the pools and swing were nice. Overall would stay again.

Easy to use and quick to reply. Would recommend. Suggest they include a bedding configuration option as we found we were often getting twin beds, instead of one double bed.

While this hotel was nice it was a bit overpriced for the limited facilities it offered. There was no Wi Fi internet as stated and the pool water was quite green. Breakfast which was included in the room price was cold and limited in variety, the staff were not over friendly either. For 1850 baht per night expected a bit more, have stayed in better quality accommodation with better services in Pai for half the price.

I am nine years old and travelling with my family. I feel very good there and very tasy food. Eventhough there is not much toy to buy but I feel so good with nice weather, I play with YOK ( a horse ), if someone go there you will be surprised because good breakfast and you know that they have lots of rabbits to see and I take a video of YOK (a horse) and me and my mom. good luck

I heart Belle Villa! Although there was a lot of loud construction going on, we enjoyed the discounts on food and room because of it. We have two young children who didn't seem to mind at all. If you want peace and quiet, wait until the construction is finished as they work from eight to five....sometimes later. The new facilities going in should enhance the place. Breakfast was fine. Such pretty surroundings. We stayed in a deluxe cottage and enjoyed having our own private bungalow. Would love to stay again but probably won't be able to afford it without those discounts!

Getting to Pai was not easy. It was a three hour van ride from Chiang Mai going uphill over a windy mountain. Once we got there we knew it was well worth the trip. Belle Villa was a breath of fresh air. The resort was quiet and very well kept. The staff was very friendly and provided free shuttle services in to town. Our room was fine but the view was amazing. We rented a motorbike in town and explored the beauty of Pai first hand. This was by far our favorite stop on our 3 week trip. The resort has the best breakfast choices (and quality) that we had in Thailand. Belle Villa was fantastic!
