Отель очень удобно расположен от центра города и в то же время нет городского шума.Рядом красивые отели. Красивая территория,бассейн. Номера чистые,достаточно новая мебель.Завтрак-шведский стол.Для меня выбор более чем достаточный.Единственный минус для меня был в том, что сильно было слышо какие то работающие моторы соседних отелей.Если буду в Паттайе еще раз остановлюсь именно в этом отеле.

Встречали Рождество и Новый 2012 год с женой в отеле. Обслуживание и шведский стол стали намного лучше, чем два года назад. Учитывая, что ездим самостоятельно, без турфирм, выбираем отели заранее, сообразно нашим запросам. Недостатки: у бассейна лежали пару раз, заметили, что есть мушки возле кустов. Кондиционеры в комнатах, как и во всех не новых отелях, давно забиты пылью. Простыни (вместо пододеяльника), коротковаты. Также из минусов - стало очень много наших шумных соотечественников. Даже молодежь не пользуется английским языком, а персонал еще не готов общаться по русски, и объявления пишут на английском. В остальном отель из-за удачного расположения достоин оценки 4+, особенно радует разнообразие питания, парк на территории, хороший бассейн. Просьба к родителям: не кричите на детей, смотрите, как на пляже себя ведут другие семьи, и наслаждайтесь спокойным отдыхом

Green Park resort is one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in. It is mentioned 3 star on the sites but step inside the premises and you know it is atleast a 4 star, services atleast are 4 star.....very pleasent and welcoming staff. I had just reached and was welcomed by a welcome drink. Then the staff at reception, room boys, at breakfast room, everyone was so helping. They suggested us where to visit and what time of the day to visit. Very peaceful place and still very near to the beach, walking streat and happening places in Pattaya. Rooms were very comfortable. Coffee machine was there and they provided complimentary cofee, team sachets and 2 bottels per day. I am definietly going to stay there once again, whenever in Pattaya again.

Проживали в отеле с 7.12 по 16.12.10г. Жили в суперриор, в других номерах не были.Отель очень понравился.Немного раздражал шум с противоположенной части бассейна.Происходил не из отеля.В первый день случился конфуз на завтраке. В 9-50 пришел на завтрак немец, а еды уже не было.Он шумел, фотографировал, но все было тщетно.В этот день воз с места не сдвинулся.Однако на следующий день все было исправлено и в дальнейшем никаких вопросов по завтраку не было,как впрочем и ко всему остальному.Расположение отеля чудесное.Пляж близко,но море ( равно как и вход в него) оставляет желать лучшего.Что, впрочем, характерно для всей Паттайи.Общее впечатление от отеля очень хорошее.Соотношение цены и качества великолепное.Рекомендую.

Читала об этом отеле негатив,но не поверила,никогда и ни в одной стране не возникало проблем . А тут впервые столкнулась с наглым разводом,при выезде произошел конфликт из-за того,что в номере изначально не было landry bag,на это мы опрометчиво необратили внимания.Никакие объяснения не принимаются,заплатили 250 батт и больше туда ни ногой. Персонал сразу не понравился своим несколько надменным отношением и общением,а конец прибывания вообще добил полностью.Впервые пишу негативный отзыв,но такой наглости терпеть нельзя,тем более конкуренция в отельном бизнесе очень жесткая.Из положительного могу отметить зеленую территорию и главное отличное местоположение отеля,но рекомендовать никому не буду.А если уж соберетесь туда ехать смотрите сразу,что есть у вас в номере,а чего нет,но и тут не факт,что что-то не изчезнет и вам не придется за это платить.А вдруг неожиданно при вас выйдет из строя далеко не новый кондиционер?Очень неприятное впечатление,никогда бы не поверила,что такой дешевый развод может произойти в такой милой и гостеприимной стране.

The worst hotel I ever stay. Quality of room and bungalow is very crap and service so low. I paid for Single room and Superior bungalow, price for bungalow more expensive than for Single room, but quality much less. I ve been report to service desk, that I dislike the bungalow I ve got and service desk personal said that have no extra room. I said them, if they have no room, I will change hotel I gonna stay for vacation. After that they give me another bungalow, it was better, but ugly too. Quality: everything is wet, smell so bad, air conditioner almost out of order, no hot water in the shower (shower? -No, walls in dirty tails and pipe with cold and dirty water.), no hand towels, no bathmat, no place to put gel, shampoo, etc., in toilet is really hard to flow out the water, furniture is old and in bad condition, bed is damaged, and more, and more... feeling of absolute anti-sanitary. We left hotel two hours later after check-in.

Отдыхали с 04 по 18 октября. Жили в бунгало №1005. В отеле очень красивая зеленая территория и прекрасный бассейн. Все понравилось, за исключением отсутствия горячей воды (хотя по отзывам отдыхающих в корпусах, горяча вода была без перебоев). Обслуживающий персонал внимательный, вежливый. Еще одни большой недостаток это остывшие горячие блюда во время завтрака. Емкости с мясом, рыбой, рисом, макронами не закрываются и быстро остывают. Либо надо ждать когда их добавляют, либо есть холодными. В соседнем отеле Sanshaine Resort (мы отдыхали там в прошлом году) с этим было все в порядке.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2010 Place well that there is no city noise. Very nice big pool and a children's pool. Breakfast is not very much. But the opposite pair of cafes, with very cheap food meant for Europeans. It seems beside the sea, but far away from the beach, all compensation pool at the hotel. Number of normal, clean, comfortable balcony. In general, liked it. Also opposite the taxi service offering trips with them you can visit all the attractions at a reasonable cost in comfortable cars

My wife and I have been to Thailand over a dozen times, and we have stayed at the Green Park at least half of those times. Away from the noise and the prostitution, Green Park Resort is perfect for couples and families. Friendly staff, great pool, decent breakfast. A one minute walk will get you to a truck-taxi that will take you into the heart of Pattaya, and a five-minute walk will get you to Big C. GPR has grown in popularity over the years, and the prices have followed suit. Still quite reasonable in the summer/low season, but prices jump in the winter/high season, and with the mandatory one-week minimum stay plus mandatory purchase of a Xmas dinner/ NY's eve party ticket over the Xmas/New Year holiday, they have priced themselves out of many traveller's budget, mine included. Basically, if we go to Thailand in the summer, we stay at Green Park, if we go in winter, we stay somewhere else.

Бассейн хороший, чистый, удобный. Расположение удобное. В тихом переулке рядом с центральным кольцом (фонтан с дельфинами), пешком можно добраться до многих точек города. Hotel grounds are beautiful, food was really good and good priced. We did have a problem with are first room, it had alot of ants. So we moved to a bungalow room which was an upgrade but worth it. There was a problem with the room phone. we spent 3 mins on it trying to get someone to here us. When I told the front desk they made the call for me. The next day at check out they made me pay for the phone calls anyway even after the day before I told them it didnt work. I was quite upset they made me pay for phone calls that didnt work.

We really loved the place. Of course, you may find much cheaper accomodation. But I find The Green Park very reasonably priced regarding its facilities: large ang really green yard (which is uncommon in Pattaya), big swimming pool (which is essential coz the sea is realy dirty), quiet and family-oriented neibhourhood, nice food and friendly personnel. All adult funs and noisy discos are located apart in the downtown, so you can easily access them at the same time you enjoy quiet environment at the resort.

we enjoyed our trip to thailand. we stayed in the green park resort in pattaya for 5 weeks. the trip was well organised, everything (e-vouchers, communication with siameservices) worked well. we would like to mention, that the hotel was very clean and nice, the staff was very helpful and friendly, but there were two things we didn't like at all: the russian guests came home usually very late (better said: early 3.am), they were always drunk and accompanied by thai- girls . they were loud, fighted a lot and disturbed everybody else. even though the staff from the hotel was very patient and capable of solving the situations, we were annoyed by that. even so the beach of pattaya is so dirty, nobody can sit on the sand or swim in the sea without waste floating around.

All staff friendly and helpful when we wanted to do tourist stuff..arranged for us to go elephant treking which was amazing but also when they rung to book us in they asked if we wanted to go the monkey show.. which we agreed to but had great regrets going to this, it was VERY SAD, monkeys were all on chains even the baby ones are hooked up to short chains and to get them to perform their tricks they yanked them by the chain, then even after doing the tricks they shoved 1 in a TINY CAGE, still with the wire around its neck and on a chain (we were in shock or would have protested) ..DO NOT GO to THE MONKEY SHOW!! The Apart from that we had a great time at Green Park resort the pool is amazing. Our room was not what we expected was expecting for the superior a view of the pool and a bit of sun on our deck but instead we had a green view which you could see nothing apart from the trees and no sun on our deck..our togs didn't even dry. I would probably recommend a standard room over the superior the standard have sunny decks and closer to the pool. Apart from that we would return to Green Park but would probably go for a standard room.

My fourth or fifth stay at Green Park. Great pool and sun area but but but even though they do do some renovation the hotel is slowly deteriorating. The rooms smell - musty and mouldy and cigarette smokey. Despite regular requests to have some rooms designated as non-smoking, the hotel continues to allow smoking in all rooms. Great shame. Beds need new mattresses and particularly new pillows. Breakfast is very good, very varied with something for just about everyone. Location a little walk away from main road and beech - but pool is main selling point. Good value - especially 7 for 6 deals.

We stayed many times in this nice and quiet hotel. This time we travelled with the entire family and had 4 rooms. Since our last stay 2 years ago some services improved. E. g. the breakfast is much better than before and the rooms got a face lift (still the bath rooms need renovation). In total we very much enjoyed our stay (especially the great pool) and will definitively return to the Green Park next time in Pattaya.

The hotel is at a good location, and this is already the best point of all. The suroundings are old, the staff are mostly only trainees and surprised if a guest orders something. About the pool I can tell it is very big and it feels that after 6.00 pm nobody like to see a guest over there.

The front office is very polite in daytime, but the way they handle their guests at night is anything else than ok. They like to collect money only ... This hotel's main asset is the pool. It is huge and the pool area is very nice. We had the superior bungalow and found it good value (at 1600 bath low season). Everything worked as excpected, but not all the equipement is state of the art . Separate toilet and bathroom, tea/coffee maker, satelite TV with apx 70 channels, good air-con, king-size bed, in-room safe. The hotel is situated 150 m down a quiet soi. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, but the hotel itself is very quiet. Good breakfast buffet with both asian and european food. 5 mins taxidrive to Walking street. Recommended!

Green Park staff was nice and service minded.Breakfast buffet was good. Swimming pool was big and nice But, Green Park resort gave me a holiday memory I could have been without. Night time in my bed i was bit by insects many times to my legs ( 46 bites over my 2 first nights). Seemed to me that there was flies in the bed linnen. Many cats witout owner running around in the resort comming very close to you and your room looking for food. Conclusion: Green Park Resort was to green for me. to many bushes and trees and to many animals running around without owner. When I complained about the insect bits I was told I was alergic (first time I have been alergic to somthing). Required a new room up from floor one to floor 3 and problem with bites was solved. later on I saw personel taking outside the madras in my old room and I think they cleanded it with various detergents....

Fantastic place if you don´t expect a 4** luxury service. Simple but clean huts with the basic ameneties on a beautiful small beach. I saw NO cockroaches but you do have the occasional visit of various big bugs to your hut. Also I found the strech of the beach rat-free. Remembering that this is a budget resort, the place was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was good but plain. We stayed in a bungalow which was a good size room, but the decor was outdated. Overall for the cost this is a really great place to stay. However, there was a lot of retirees there, I mean a lot, mainly europeans. So if your a young couple looking to meet others etc it may not be the best place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. We had booked a bungalow. The bungalows will need refurbishing soon, but are still okay. Beautiful setting in a wonderful garden (but you will need a mosquito repellent !). Great pool. It is really like it shows on the pictures. Nice staff. Great breakfast. The facilities in the neighbourhood such as restaurants, shops, nightlife, banks, internet are also very convenient. It is not the cheapest hotel you can find but we considered it value for money.

A very nice hotel with a big pool. Staff are polite and very helpful. Breakfast is good although not too much choice and room is big enough and very clean. Every standard room have a balcony with a pool view. I ve booked a superior room and finally downgrade to a standard room for myself. I lived in room 810 on the 2nd floor and I felt the room above 2nd floor is better for the view and not so many monsquito. It's not so good to live on the G/F as so many people walking pass your room when going to restaurant for breakfast. The view of room 4xx to 6xx are not very good as the view are partly hide by the trees. Parking are safe as there is a security guard at the entrance. I'll stay here again as it's worth for money.

A really nice clean,friendly and comfortable resort. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We stayed in a bungalow very secluded but adjacent to the fantastic pool and swim up bar area. Even though the resort is a bit away from the action, which for us was what we were after, the taxis to get you where you want to be are frequent, cheap and reliable. Although there is building work close by it does not spoil the peace of the place. Our only negative comment would be on the breakfast, which though plentiful and varied was inevitably luke warm at best.Excellent value for money and a great place to kick back.

The Green Park Resort is a welcome retreat away from the hustle and busy central Pattaya. We did have a lot of difficulty checking in - having prepaid online with advance reservations. It seems to be the standard procedure to give prepaid reservations the worst rooms in a hotel with 2 tiny beds - and without fail, always next to construction or remodeling. It took us three tries before the hotel finally gave us rooms that were available originally. The hotel will try to put you in the worst rooms first and only if you complain enough ... they will all of a sudden find the rooms you reserved with your online booking. It appears to be a management policy (this is not the only hotel that tried to stick us with bad rooms in a construction area).. Once the drama of checkin and room assignment was resolved ... the hotel was great and relaxing. I would return again but make sure the travel agency will allow cancellation of you are not satisified with the rooms for any reason.
