Do not bother staying at this hotel especially if you speak English. I stayed here 2 years ago and it was great, this time, there is much less staff around, and as it is nearly all Russian tourists the English of staff is very poor now - so much so that I could not even order Room Service. The tour desk has not one english brochure or map of Pattaya - all European only. They refused to even arrange a taxi to airport - I don't know whether this was a language barrier again or just plain poor service. Very disappointing after our last stay. The room cleaning and provision of toileteries and bottled water was also hit and miss - I think that the staff cut backs were obvious and they were rushing through the rooms. There are so many choices in Pattaya don't bother with this place.

Hotel seems suited to Russians and Germans with Thai Girlfriends/wives! Breakfast not up to std and kitchen/waiters staff appear uninterested in their jobs. Reception staff and housekeeping very pleasant. Would not stay there again or recommend. Hotel in quiet backstreet. closest Beach dirty,smells and full of local fishermen.

We stayed at Loma for 15 nights, the hotel rooms are good size, clean and staff were very friendly. The pool is a very good size (see website pics) and has a fairly large todler pool. The hotels location makes it far enough away from the bars to be very quiet, but not so far that you cant walk all the way to Walking Street if you fancy a stroll, we did several times even with our 8 month old in the pushchair. If you dont fancy this there are regular minivans and taxis floating about right outside the hotel. Bargain hotel for what you get compared to others, reasonable breakfast would happily stay again.

Comfortable hotel, at affordable prices. You need to walk some 300M to get to taxi routes. The pool is circular, which seems to be inconvenient for certain swimming styles - if one is into swimming. The greatest drawback for me were the beds. They have protruding brown rims over brown floors, thus making them invisible in peripheral vision, and I have returned with bruises over both legs.

The superior room in Loma was acceptianal clean and well presented. The hotel staff was helpful from checking in. The swimming pool was one of the best thing in here. Quiet place which is good for couple or family stay. Maybe need to improve with hotel guest car parking spaces. I will come back here again and recommend other to try it.

Really nice hotel with a fantastic tropical garden and large pool. We had a superior room and it was nice, everything exactly as shown in the pictures. We had our own safe in the room, coffeemaker in the room and the AC was good and quiet. Breakfast was a little boring after a while and the service could be better. It is not walkingdistance to Pattaya but it is still very easy to get there, if you want. There are many restaurants and even some nightlife close to the hotel. Still the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. It is good value for money with the low season price we think.

We throughly enjoyed our time at Loma Resort and Spa. We booked a double room which was clean and very spacious. The food was wonderful as well as the drinks. The staff was very attentive to our needs and made our stay as stress free as possible. We also enjoyed the spa while we were there and was the highlight of stay. Since we are both military members, we were looking forward to a few days to relax and we found our paradise at Loma. The resort was invited from the moment we saw it and we seemed to relax as soon as we stepped onto the grounds. I highly recommend Loma to anyone that wants to relax and unwind while still being in walking distance from the main streets of Pattaya

For familys with children okay, big rooms, everything was clean. good value for money. The staff is not as friendly as it could be. But it was in Pattaya at our travelling time much too hot, we moved along to the end of Jomtien Beach, where it was much better.

Hotel located in a quiet area. Only a five minute walk to Wong Amat beach, with nice beach restaurant. But too far to walk to central Pattaya; you must get a songthaew. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice of Asian or Western food. Tiled floor in the bedroom was dusty though and had obviously not been mopped for a long time, otherwise the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Swimming pool was fine with plenty of shade around.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms are spacious, the pool is very relaxing and the staff is very friendly. This was a much needed retreat after leaving Bangkok. this hotel is not on the main roads which is a huge plus beacuse you do not have the noise and traffic. It is a quick ride for at most 150 Baht to the main areas or walking street, or a 20 min walk. We would definately go back!

The hotel and its location are great for families and couples, away from the go go bars noise and very 4 minutes walking to the main road to get a taxi or to walk. The furniture is not as it is shown in the pics, but still in good condition, the landscaping and the pool are really great and put you in a very nice tropical environment. The staff of the hotel are really very polite and helpful, I recommend this hotel for families and couples so much.

The hotel was as described and it was lovely. Had the superior room and didn't see any reason to upgrade. I believe they have standard rooms but they are by the road and I don't think they d be as nice. The room was clean and cleaned regularly and very spacious. The shower was very good (very important to me and especially so in this climate!) Staff were nice and helpful. The pool was wonderful and just the right temp for me - warm. Had a massage which was alright but better can be found in town and for much cheaper, though not it such nice surroundings. Just a short walk to get the baht taxis or walk into Pattaya along the beach. The only drawback was breakfast. The coffee was horrible and the selection was pretty dire but I didn't come to Thailand for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Good place to stay - cheap, affordable & rooms comfortable. However the resort maintenance lacks. The water in the pool was actually salty, almost thought we were swimming in the sea. A couple of snakes were spotted by most inmates around the pool. Luckily no harm done.

We were very happy with our stay at Loma. We stayed in the family suite, which was very clean and comfortable. The beds where a little firmer than we would have wanted and the towels could have been newer. Our kids loved the clean pool. The Buffet Breakfast range was perfect and the Meals in the Resteraunt better than we expected from this level of accommodation. The Front desk staff always helpful and friendly. We would stay there again.
