The room was very comfortable and very large with kitchen and living room. The restaurant was very good and we were very satisfied with the breakfast. Only bad point : the AC is too noisy.

Accommodation and facilities:
It is a shame that the standard of maintenance and service of the hotel has been allowed to fall since we last stayed there. It has enough people there they just need to be better used to bring the hotel back to its former standard. The main desk is very willing but unable to carry out all but the basic duties.

Grand hotel mais equipement tres vieux et mal entretenu, mais propre. On a change de chambre trois fois, la premiere correct, mais pas d eau chaude, la deuxieme pas de climatisation, on a fini par nous donner une spacieuse junior suite sans rien nous demander, mais meme la, tapisserie arrache. Reasonable room.Clean bathroom with basic toiletries.Only English on TV was DWT and News Asia. Cheap mini-bar ( sm Singha beer 35 baht). Hotel internet available at 50 baht for 1 hour. Basic set Asian or American b fast. Located about 25 min walk from the bus station.

A good hotel, very good value and good service. Plumbing needs a bit of work but overall we were very happy and we will certainly return.

Hotel was okay but filthy the room was so dusty that we got no sleep just itched the whole night. Location is good near heaps of shops and markets and cafes the province has quite abit to explore
