Excellent location and very friendly staff. We got upgraded to a suite as deluxe rooms were overbooked.

Accommodation and facilities:
Good clean and comfortable hotel. I would recommend booking a suite rather than a deluxe room. Hotel is in Emerald Bay - opposite the beach and out of the chaos of Patong (2 min Tuk Tuk or taxi ride). I would go back to the hotel, but not back to Patong!!!
