Dear Ladys and gentlemen, actualy i was disapointed from this Hotel.Not very friendly, the place is not kept clean and no maintanance if anything brakes down. Some Lightbulbs where broken but where never replaced. The Room did have a bad smell. Looked also old and worn out. The whole Hotel did look very used and old. The brakefast very poor also. Cornflakes extra charge, no other food was served, only american or continentel brakfast. No Thaifood at all. For a Place like this the price is to high. way to high.

The hotel was great. Unfortunately the pool bar wasn´t running. The facility itself is sometimes a bit dangerous if you don´t expect that.Overall it was the best hotel we have booked ever when we stayed in Patong. The location ( on the hill) was not a problem at all. We have rent a motorbike and therefor we could go back and forth to Patong by ourselves. We really can recommend this hotel. It´s worth the price!!!

The resort propose a free transfer to patong from 10 am to 10 pm each two hours, which is very interesting due to the fact that we are on the hill. The location is very good if you want to be far from the noisy night life of patong. The resort is very quite. The very bad point is the room. They looks clean if you look quickly but they aren t. Nevertheless, the manager and her team are very kind, and make their best to help you.

The best thing of this resort is the service level. Very personalized approach with an warm attitude and always flexible to help guests.(one lady staff-sorry forgot her name, she was working there almost 10yrs-drove me down to patong beach by motobike when I missed the shuttle bus.) It is very reliable even the no of staff is not that many. Def I will stay there again if I visit phuket. Again sorry that I broke the glass table at the reception area. The night shift guy staff was just worried about my injure and they never asked for the chrage. Room is clean and quite spacious and Internet is free! Thx again to all and plz send my regards!

Very nice. Quiet and peaceful, friendly staff, will do anything to help you. No worries about extra pillows, towels, etc. Only 3 desk clerks TOTAL, so you can't always expect to get exactly what you need exactly when you need it. If you are impatient and want luxury resort service, not the hotel for you. Family run friendly and helpful, not a big corporation. 800 m downhill to Patong, 800 m back uphill to hotel. No worries, rent a motorbike or take the hotel's free shuttle. If you want to be in the action and the nightlife and 10 steps or even 100 steps from the beach, not the place for you. If you want a peaceful quiet haven away from the chaos of Patong, then this is the place. I had a wonderful 7 days and would stay again.

The hotel is very nice -- good rooms, huge beds, nice pool, nice breeze since it sits atop a hill. However, you cannot see the ocean from any part of it. When we booked, we read comments that it was a short walk. It is at least half a mile -- straight up. However, the staff takes you wherever you want for free and picks up you at two-hour intervals.

Wonderfull hotel, guiet rooms ,clean pool, good cleaning, wery friendly and helpfull stuff. Good for kids. Points 1-10, we give 9. About 700m from Patong Beach uphil. Little bit walking, but you get tuk tuk in 200-300 baths. And hotel own buss leaves to patong every two hours, and it's free for customers one way. We recommend this hotel warmly.

This place was set in the forest with mountain views overlooking Patong beach it was very quiet and calm atmosphere away from the commersialized area every thing was basic but very clean and family friendy the beds was huge we also had breakfast inlude in the price and the was a pool to cool down in the evenings the staff was very friendly and they had a free transport service down the hill every two hrs and you could arrange a pick up back to the hotel.We would stay there again when we travel to Phuket again.

Personalised service and full privacy. Hotel is up on the hill. 20 mins to walk down the bill to patong beach. Transfer out can be arranged easily foc by hotel transport. However when coming back need to call hotel to confirm. Though hotel mentioned every 2 hrs they will transfer out and in.Tried to call one night from outside to pick but noone reply. No hot water on 2nd and 3rd night.And tap water was brownish. Hotel telephone went dead 2nd night. Very family -run. Check out in early morning by throwing keys at reception. No one was around. Value for money with breakfast included but limited services. Be prepared to arrange own transport (motorbike) or pay Tu- Tu Baht $250 per trip.

Have been in Thailand 5 times before... This little resort was more than what we expected when we arrived together with our daughter and husband and their 6 months old baby ! What a fantastic place to start a honeymoon with! Very sweet friendly staff. We liked the breeze coming through the open windows in the restaurant when we had our breakfast....we enjoyed every minute of it ! The view was breathtaking...Very clean and nice rooms better than many we have seen ! We do recommend you go there sometime!! It will surprice you........

I love this hotel although the room is quite old and not well managed (especially the bathroom because the water pipe under the sink was leaking). The hotel is situated on the hillside and we booked the poolside rooms here. The hotel is small but the feel is warm & good, like a family and you are free to do a lot of things around the poolside, like swimming in the midnight, eating and drinking wine on the sunbed with our friends.... And the staffs are very friendly and helpful although their English are not very good, but OK (because we re not good too..). There are only a few of types of the breakfast and I think not enough for the western people, but the view in the restaurant is very good and I took a lot of photos here. The hotel is not very far from Patong beach but you should walk up to the hill. I think walking is not a good idea. I m very like to book this hotel again if the bathroom are renovated in future.

All staff are friendly and available, but try to stay in the background to keep the atmosphere relaxed. Love this hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Even though the hotel was about 10 minutes to Patong, the free shuttle was a godsend. We enjoyed the walk to Patong in the evening. It's far from Patong beach since it's on the hill south to Patong. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to Patong beach hourly, but you have to call the hotel to fetch you back to the hotel 20 minutes beforehand, and you cannot be too late (before 11:20 PM). And the breakfast is just so so since you have to order and wait. However, it's really a very quiet place for rest.

Overall it was so great to get their friendly services from breakfast, house keeping, shuttlebus rides, and information for going to kopipi. This little resort type, small & cozy hotel was just perfect for me since I love to stay in absolutely peaceful and quite place. It is located up on the hill and you will see the true sound of tropical forrest inside the hotel. Birds and trees were singing just as orchestras do every night and day. If I have another chance to say at Phuket, I will choose this hotel again. Everyone has different tasts and I can recommand this hotel for people who love peacefulness, walking and relaxing with books. Walking back and forth between patong beach and the hotel need some energy and time though (down to the beach takes 10 min. up to the hotel 15~20min on foot). If you love to walk, it is another joy to do that. Otherwise you need to use their shuttle which responds upon your calls only.

When 1st reach at Phuket Airport, the taxi won't bring u there cos its way fm the main town, so need to climb up the 500m route hill to reach the resort. The place is peaceful and gd for relax and a little away from town. Breakfats is average and almost the same for the stay. Need transport to n fro to the town as it provided by the resort FOC n interval of 1hr. Sometimes u need to call them to fetch fm town as they might not come down often. I book the room facing hill n is gd enough for 3 ppl to squeeze inside. Rm service is gd n have safe inside the rm. Later i extend one more days n pay at a cheaper price than siameservices. They don't serve dinner so we alway hacve to eat out. Anyway after dinner is going to the town to enjoy, so it ok w it. The ppl there are friendly n speak gd english, so can communictae well. Overall the location n ppl there are fine. Only a bit far fm town but u get to enjoy the peacefullness of it.

Everything in this nice hotel was perfect staff, room, service, cleaning, just perfect. I booked first until 12.5, but because i met my maybe future wife, i stayed until i go back denmark 21.5 - and no ekstra charge . My girlfriend move in to me after i stay about 4 days, and hotel charge me very little, staff very helpfull and made very nice ricesoup for my girlfriend in the morning. I had some questions about thailaw for merry and maan, also that the helpfull lady in reception was able to help me with. The hotel was a bit away from patong beace, but hotel had a very good transport service, the driver (Ding) always ready to transport. Not many people during my stay, but anyway everything worked perfect. Thank you to everybody from cleaningladies to manager Luke/partner. Next year maybe me and my girlfrind/wife come to this nice hotel for enjoy our honeymoon.

A beautiful island resort up on a small hill-side over looking the sea. Its about 10mins walk from the resort to the beach. The resort is very clean, quiet and very relaxing. The staffs are very helpful, friendly & hospitable, especially Ms Sao, the resort's receptionist. The rooms are air condition and clean including the toilets with hot/cold water, a mini fridge and cable TV. They also have a small but gracious swimming pool cum mini bar. As the resort does not have many guest all at one time, the restaurant only serves breakfast. Should you want other snacks, they will make the arrangement of ordering it for you through their local delivery.(thats one of the room services which they provide). The resort also provides transport to and fro should you want to go to the beach, shopping or dinner along Patong Beach. On my second night stay, I was surprised by the staffs with a cake & song as it was my Birthday. I was really touched by their gesture cos no arrangement was made by my friends for it.. This resort would be ideal for honey-mooners, families and for those who likes peace & tranquility. Its a beautiful place to stay for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this resort to all travellers. It would be a vacation to remember!

A very nice little Hotel a bit outside of Patong, friendly service and clean. They also provided a free shuttle service to and back from central Patong, this was very good because the Hotel is quite a bit up the hill just south of Patong centre. We did not get our reserved pool view bungalow the first night, but a smaller room and was only compensated with the exact pricedifference, but this often happens in when travelling in Thailand in popular places. But for us it was a very good starting place for our trip.
