Pros: - 5-10min walk to Patong Beach, shopping mall, Bangla Road, and many restaurants to go to nearby. - Bed is comfortable enough allowing you to have a good night sleep. - Air conditioning is a major plus as you'll need it in the high season. - 7 11 convenient store is next door and Pharmacy store is just 2 mins down. Cons: - If you are out for a day, room starts to smell like bad odour heat. Buy a deodrant spray. - Showers do not have curtains so water will splash around everywhere on the floor which can be annoying if you need to go to the toilet after having a shower. - Cleaners do not clean the room everyday. When they do clean, they only make the bed up. They don't replace the towels and give you toilet paper where I had to grab clean towels from the closest outside and ask for toilet paper when low in supply. - There is no lounge room to hang out where you can meet other tourist staying at the Guesthouse.

Chada Guest House is a good basic room. No frills, except for a nice little breakfast available in the lobby. The staff is very helpful, but only one spoke English well. The wireless internet didn't work the 1st night, but it worked the 2nd night. The room is fairly large and has an electronic safe. It's located next to a convenience store (convenient). There's also a very friendly tour company that operates just outside of the hotel. Every time I left the hotel I checked my valuables in at the front desk, which they placed in a safety deposit box at the desk (free of charge). They keep the key, but nothing was ever missing from my bag. I appreciated that peace of mind.

We only stayed there for 4 days but the overall impression was good. Its not the best guest house ever but it is cheap. The first room I got I had to change because the doorknob fell off but the second one was just fine, The hot water in the shower worked and so did the aircon, minifridge and security box. Its close to the beach (around 15 min walk) and close to bangla-road (around 10-15 min walk). I would recommend it.

Гестхауз соответствует картинкам на сайте, расположение очень удачное на Патонге - недалеко от ТЦ Цейлон, от Бангла роад, вообще очень удачно. НО номера ужасно вонючие (запах идет видимо из канализации в душевой), постельное бельё застиранное, серое. Номера не обшарпанные, мебель нормальная, индивидуальный кондиционер, но он направлен прямо на кровать. Завтраки - на ресепшене журнальный стол в вашем распоряжении. Все для приготовления кофе, чая, есть джем, хлеб для тостов. Вот и все. Но рядом кафе, где можно отлично и недорого позавтракать. Персонал достаточно приветлив - позволили бесплатно выбрать любой номер, но чем выше этаж - тем неудобней с вещами по лестнице (она очень узкая), чем ниже - больше вони.

Astonished when we got there... seems to be very small, a little smelly at first, but luckily could have a room changed on the 2nd day to 3rd floor which is much better, but the service is OK, could have a free breakfast and internet downstairs. Very good location for everybody who find best price, good accomodation and who want to be in . Every serices (exchange, shop, travel agency, massage....) is not far then 50 meters and 300 m to the beach by the nice alleyway. I found Chada gueathouse very affordable nice accommodation for the price paid, however my stay here was not the greatest, more due to a neighbour playing loud music most nights :( However I did not make any complaints so perhaps if I did it could have been sorted out. Location was great room was very clean and comfortable, the day staff were lovely, however when leaving at 5am to the airport the male staff member on duty was rude, tried to re-charge me my room rate despite paying already and overcharge me to get to the airport as previous arrangements had been misunderstood. It was a very unfortunate end to my stay as all the other staff were so honest and nice.

Reception were very friendly and helpful, and always seemed to remember us and our room number, they were happy to sit around and have a chat as well. Some might find the room small,(I had no problem with it but a friend thought it was small) The room had a bed, tv, fridge, balcony, cupboard, safe and a bathroom and it was clean, so I was satisfied. Just remember to bring your own water because you don't get any complimentary bottles. Don't expect much for breakfast as it is literally just toast and coffee. But I found the stay pleasant. Located near one of the shopping markets, you are guaranteed to be asked if you need a taxi when you leave the hotel as some taxi drivers sit on the corner. About a 5-10 minute walk to Bangla road. Oh and they had a universal power connector in one of the wall sockets which came in handy :) All over it was a pleasant stay.

Very clean facilities, staff very friendly and helpful but a very noisy place because of renovations going on next door. Perhaps when work completed will be much better.

Nice, clean and spacious room. It is located right at the heart of patong and it made me easy to hunt for food anytime of the day. Friendly staffs and cosy place. I'll return to this hotel again when i visit phuket in the future.

This place was okay. About a 7 minute walk from the Go-Go Bar area. The rooms are pretty nice. The bathroom was clean but the shower curtain was very dirty. The front desk staff was pretty cool. The internet wasn't working in the lobby but she let me use the computer at the front desk. We stayed one night but it was raining very bad. We didn't get to go out and see the beach or the nightlife. We left for Phi Phi the next morning. We paid 600 Baht for a hotel transfer to the Phuket Pier and Ferry Boat to Phi Phi. I would recommend this place maybe. The breakfast was only toast and instant coffee. But, the pineapple jam was delicious. I give this place a 3 out of 5. I think it's cool if you re only gonna stay one night. The location seemed good and the room was good. No big complaints.

Chada Guesthouse, Patong Beach Location is good, was situated a mere 10 minutes walk from all the nightlife and patong beach. Near seven-eleven shop with some cheap restaurants Excellent value for money but Do not expect hotel style accommodation staff were very friendly, The evening receptionist (Somlok) was great. And the daytime (Phat)she was also helpful No joiner fee for overnight guests. The only set back is the window opens with absolutely no view.and Breakfast was v.poor as nothing Would definately stay in Chada if we came back to patong

its a very basic guesthse for those who need a place for overnite. good location, but room not very clean, bed sheet is terrible. We stayed only 1 nite then moved to the other guesthse nearby, same price but much better than this.

Excellent location opp. much swankier Holiday Inn. The single room was on the small side but very clean and tastefully decorated with cable TV, mini bar and attached WC. Entrance of hotel could use a little spurcing up though and cleaning supplies and sheets should be kept away from main reception area. Apart from that, friendly receptionist and price.
