Excellent hotel. Extremely friendly and polite staff. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard, service is top quality. Around a 10 minute walk to beach and Soi Bangla. Would definitely stay again next time we visit Patong. Hotel does charge 2000 Baht returnable deposit per room.

Best avoid the spa wing if you want relaxing time. The spa wing is lovely and surrounds the big pool. However from 11am to 6pm the pool bar plays ridiculously loud dance music which even booms though the shut windows. At no stage could we sit out and read it was so intrusive. I say its ridiculouse as it kept us away from using the pool bar. Hardly a serine spa experience. Had a look at the garden wing and rooms substandard. Its a lovely place,up to you if want relaxing quitness or rocking beats.

we stayed here for a week. the pictures on the internet do this resort on justic. it is beautiful. we stayed in the garden wing and tho it was simple it was very clean and the rooms are very big. breakfast is great big selection and all the staff are very friendly and happy to help in anyway they can. its located back of the beach and is about a 10min walk, however this works well as its away from the noise of the clubs and traffic. overall it is a great resort the only thing is mosquitos make sure you have lots of reppelent.

Employees at reception were very friendly and helpful. All others not, even greeting the guests was very seldom. Forget the welcome drink, better to serve water. Unfortunately, for 3 days during our stay, we were not able to experience the tranquility on the poolside, due to loud rap music being played over and over again. I love rap music - gangsta rap does not exactly inspire relaxation. Sometimes the pressure from other guests can impose on the willingness of the Thai staff, who are only too happy to please. Otherwise we always enjoy staying at the Deevana Patong Resort.

Hotel is decent and quiet, good value with good breakfast included, convenient walking distance to the heart of Patong. Room a bit old but big enough and clean in the garden wing. The only unsatisfaction is that we have welcome fruit in the system but after requesting everyday twice, it still doesn't show up. Staff are bit lazy and not that helpful.

Deevana resort is a distance from the main clubbing area with shops. Tired in walking to and fro. Tu Tu wanted to charge 200b for the short distance. Water basin tap spoil. After they repair, water cannot flow down. Only 1 key available, not convenience. Many mosquitoes at ground floor room. Resort wanted to charge internet usage, not free... Dun think will patronize again.

It was a great hotel ,nice and beautiful ,i like it,during our stay i and my wife everything was great ,actually we had a standard room but it was good with 1000 baht per night via siameservices website ,thanks to siameservices website with best prices ,you can't find better price anywhere just siameservices website ,it will be more expensive in hotel counter ,hotel service was good and two great pool and big real big with coconuts trees around the pool,here is the paradise ,breakfast was tasty and everything is ok in this hotel.

We booked 3 rooms for our stay - 2 x superior spa wing rooms, and 1 x deluxe w/jacuzzi. Rooms are decent enough for the low season price, but i would be a little disappointed if i paid full high season price. Bathrooms are a little lacklustre, but the pool and pool bar was nice. Location is good. There are better hotels nearby Phuket that cost a little bit more, and are much nicer, bbut they are further out of town.

Nice Hotel. Location a bit away from beach 15 minutes lazy walk. Staff is very polite and nice. We booked superior garden view room but were upgraded complimentary as that room had water leaking from the roof after heavy rains. Wi fi is nowadays provided free of cost in most hotels.. but here they charge 100 baht for one hour.. which I think needs to be reconsidered. Rooms are nice, staff polite and smiling. Nice experience.

I stayed in a standard room in the Garden Wing. It turned out to be old and the decor was certainly one of the most boring I ve seen in Thailand. The toilet broke down and the TV signal was poor. Never going to stay there again. Point of note, it's really cheap and the breakfast is excellent.

I wish to protest the poor quality of Chirstmas dinner for the quality of food and organization. The appetizers were served in a small table with paper plates and bad service. The service totally buffet created long, long file and the inability to taste some dishes of fish. The hotel has used ugly plastic chairs and rickety tables!

WE booked Garden view room - it was very tied looking located right at the back of the property and felt unsafe. No safety deposit box in room. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, Sink was leaking shower kept cutting out hence no water at times. 2 Days later, we upgraded to Deluxe room with private spa. This room had safety deposit box and felt safe lovely outlook much happier. New Years Eve compulsory party... staff & food was great entertainment boring, band terrible Went down town to dance and have fun. Overall Staff friendly Would we stay again??? probably but only in deluxe room.

SiameServices is a first rate online booking system and Deevana Resort was a superb choice! On acreage off the main north-south road, this is a lovely quiet location although only minutes from the beach and other venues. Rooms are squeaky clean and very well appointed, ours overlooked the pool on 2nd floor. Staff are friendly and helpful & airport transfers were complimentary for our 4 day stay. All amenities are modern and well equipped; food and drink service is excellent and not expensive by hotel standards. [a minor complaint is the casual guest fee of 500baht]

I am disappointed on the last day. After check out, i was waiting for the bus to pick me up and drop me at the airport. During that time, we were waiting at the reception. My children were feeling thirsty and i had requested the restaurant to give water. Rather than providing water, they were telling that i need to pay for the water. I don't understand why the restaurant should charge money for a glass of water that too for an inmate who had stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Also, during the breakfast, the water was stored in a strawberry juice container. The water was tasting like strawberry juice.

Check in was excellent (especially considering we had 12 rooms booked). Rooms clean and comfortable. Great pool and swim up bar. Hardly used jacuzzi but good to have ground floor rooms. Only downsides were it was a bit far out from the centre of Patong.

first 2 nights stayed garden wing eaten alive by mosqitos ,complained & got up graded great staff but dont stay garden wing .....I later developed dengue fever lossing the last 10days of my holidays I believed I caught it in the garden wing as there was alot of mozzies ..uncontrolable..Nice hotel,staff & breakfast ,not far from most things.. Spa wing good no mozzies &pool nice ,DONT STAY GARDEN WING (DENGUE FEVER) good chance of catching it you dont want it believe me..Over all great hotel & staff top value

Nice hotel with a verry friendly staff. The spa wing is fantastic, with nice bright rooms an a nice swimming pool as well. Just cannot recommend a stay at the garden wing. Rooms there are old and far overpriced. I never see that much mosquitos in just one room to the point i walked in there. Thats why we needed an upgrade to spa wing, which costs us 600 THB per night. You have to be able to pay the price for spa wing. Otherwise i think u have better oportunities in Patong. But all in all i can recomend a stay in Deevana.

Excelent hotel, well-located close to Patong beach and the main avenue. Very good breakfast, two big pools, game room, massage service and gym. Staff was very kind! They let us use their luggage room and safety box for 4 days, during our visit to Phi Phi island, with no extra charge. Only two remarks: the music at the pool was a bit loud (no music is needed at all) and the water runs weak in the shower.

This was a very nice hotel, the facilities were good, the room and the hotel looked good and the staff was helpful. Though I felt the staff a little bit to intrusive some times when they often asked where we were going and were pushy to ask if we wanted to join the bbq (one bbq on tuesdays and one on fridays.) Looking at the price you should be able to be in a quiet environment at the resort, to be able to go there to get away from all the hazard on the streets. The breakfast buffet I already miss, it was very good and had a lot of variety.

We stayed in the Garden Wing and had an extra person in the room (3 singles) which made it a little cozy, but this was suffice. The shower was great with excellent pressure and the room always clean and spotless. The pools at both the garden and spa wing's were excellent with plenty of places to sit around the pool and the pool bar staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, particularly the omelette which i must say is the best i ve ever tasted. Highly recommend, and will be staying there again when i return to Patong.

The hotel is lovely... If you stay in the Spa Wing. The Garden Wing is good for people on a budget but if you can stay in the Spa Wing you should. We had a lovely time at Deevana, we can't fault our stay. Breakfast is great! It is about a 15 minute walk to Bangla Road but I think it is nice to be a little away from the hustle and bustle... I would definitely recommend!

Stayed at the standard garden wing. Pros 1)Good hotel based on the price. 2)Very good breakfast. 3)Room big and clean. 4)TV reception good. 5)Air-con cold and silent. Cons 1) Swimming pool with too much chlorine. Developed rashes after swimming in the pool as I am allergy to high content of chlorine. How to know if the pool is with too high content of chlorine? Upon getting out of the pool, you will see a very distinct black shade for those uncovered part. Best way to know is when you can clearly see your google's mark on your face. I am only in the pool for less then 45mins. 2) Shower turning cold and hot 3) Blanket is a shame. It will be a nice touch to include blanket with comforter and not those thin sheet.

We booked a Deluxe Room with Jacuzzi (Pool View). First Night: Stained Bedsheets and Comforter. Bleh...Breakfast was above my expectations with fair variety of food. Service was above average as well. In terms of value for money, I d say that it's worth it, although we had to walk about alot in town. We might come back again to Deevana Patong for a longer stay :)

The Deevana Patong experience was great! Both the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast had a good spread, and even had freshly fried doughnuts. The location was fantastic! Across the street was an array of local food stalls, great variety at great value. The beach is easily accessible in just less than 10 mins walk. Beside the hotel was a very big massage place, Oriental Spa & Hanoka Tokyo beauty salon - new and clean. Lots of street shopping just down the main street. There is also a new shopping mall, Jungceylon that is just 15 mins walk away. I will not hesitate to return to Deevana again next time in Phuket.

Lovely hotel room on the Spa side, the spa pool is beautiful. The breakfast service was excellent with lots of variety. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The international phone rates very good compared to other hotels in the area. On the first night we had some noisey people next to us and the sound carried. The next night there wasn't any problems. The hotel room itself is very clean with modern decor and with a balcony overlooking the pool it is very nice. The comlimentay water bottles in the room everyday are a nice touch. A 15 minute walk to the main shopping and restaurant area was a great way to work off an over indulgent breakfast. A word of advise on flight departure; due to rain and flooding on the main road to the aiport the transfer took just short of two hours instead of 45min, allow plenty of time if bad weather is forcasted. The airport transfer cost 850 baht for a van for four people arranged by the hotel, I felt in slightly better hands than booking a taxi off the street. Very good value for money. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Nice hotel. I booked trhu Sawasdee site, targetting customer comments. We had a jaccuzi room Spa wing, and I will recommand the same. Needed to ask to clean Jaccuzi and this has been done right away. Room was confortable and convenient. Breakfast could be inproved alittle bit. No green tea. A little bit excentred in Patong, better to rent motorbike. Beach in Patong is tiring because of all sellers harassing u. But at 10 mn by bike from Kamala was a good deal. I would recommand this resort. It was low season, and this is a good period with discounted prices.

Deevana Patong Resort & Spa was excellent. We stayed for 12 nights on a ground floor spa room overlooking the pool. The room was excellent, very clean and a good size. The spa was good for a quick dip when you ve been shopping all day. The staff were fantastic and the service excellent. The guys at the pool bar were really friendly especially a guy called Chocko . The location was a bit out of the way of the action. Had a 10 min walk or a tuk tuk for approx $200 baht. But it was quiet. Overall I loved my stay at the Deevana and would stay again without hesitation.

We stayed for 4 nights and we liked it a lot. The room was clean and location was good not far away from patong beach (just walked around 10 mins). The staff are very frinedly and the resort´s restaurant is overlooking an amazing pool. Breakfast + food excellent. we can highly recommnend this resort and will come back again next time.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and in a good location, a close walk to the nightlife but also a place to escapre from it. However the food is very overpriced in the resort. Also we had a flight leaving later in the evening, and we were gven a coutesy room at the end of the day to shower and change, but they gave us a room that was dirty and had obcviously not been cleaned from the previous guest, the bed was unmade and there were dirty towels in the room.

you cannot expect much if you are staying in standard room like me, good aircon but not satisfactory door, and a big slit seen on the top of the door and flies and mosquito can come in, fortunately change to another one upon request. The breakfast is good and the pool near spa wing is much better while the one on garden wing is of poor water quality, the visibility is so low and i can say it is turbid. Location is however good and considering the price esp at high season, definitely you have other choices.

We stayed here for two nights. Nothing special. We were given a suite room (Garden Suite B to be exact), it was not near my expectation of what a suite room should be. While the room was big (it's a combination of 2 rooms), I found it a bit too bland. Upon checking in, we found the room teeming with mosquitoes that we had to request housekeeping to spray an anti-mosquito solution (after killing 5 to 10 bugs by ourselves). On our second day, the flush in the toilet got busted that we have to (again) request housekeeping to fix it up. These things should have been taken cared of before the resort gave us the room ( a suite room for that matter!). The breakfast indeed has a vast selection-- but nothing extraordinary (most 4 star hotels offers the same I believe). As for the location, you have to walk a good 15mins to get to bangla road (nightlife). Then again, they do have a new wing (spa wing) with new (and maybe better) rooms. Would I stay here again? I d probably try other resorts first.

We arrived here after 5 days in Bangkok and the hotel was lovely. The staff were attentive and always had a smile even though they didn't have air conditioning or fans in the reception area ( they should fix this as at times the weather was so humid it would of been nice if there was some kind of relief). We stayed in a garden room which was nice and clean the only issue we had was that cleaning staff would always stand outside our room and chat in the early morning (not good) the only way we fixed this problem was to place the Do Not Disturb sign outside our door. Rooms would be cleaned upon request and sheets changed. I recommend buying mosquito spray for your room especially if you are staying in a garden room. Breakfast times were from 6-10.30am and the food selection was pretty good ranging from hot and cold food. Again the staff were friendly and always smiling. The only gripe I have is that they have to learn how to make coffee (too bitter). The hotel provides two swimming pools I would highly recommend the pool in the main area as the pool in the garden area was way to warm and at times you couldn't even see the bottom of the pool (ps for those with children be aware they do not have signs posted re depth of pools). The hotel provided theme nights I would highly recommend doing one (650 baht pp) all you can eat. The food was lovely and again the staff were great. The hotel provides service to the airport at the cost of 700 baht however if you walk outside the resort and walk along the streets you will find mini bus bus services ranging from 350 -370 baht (make sure you get a receipt). The hotel also has happy hour from 4pm - 5pm great time to get your drinks. Try out the High Pub its nice and they have a pool table to pass the time away. The hotel provides internet services at the cost of 200 baht for 120mins. They also provide a safe for the refund deposit of 500 baht (very safe and secure). Overall I was very happy with this hotel and would recommend this hotel to my friends and I would stay here again.
