Vi har bott ett antal gånger på detta hotell och tyckt att det varit helt ok.Nära till strand och restauranger.Nu har nog hotellet sett sina bästa dagar och behöver ett rejält lyft.Renoveringen har väl börjat lite smått.Ska man bo här ska man ta Bungalow för dom är bättre just nu .

Good points: Location,price,aircon worked (if a bit noisy with no tempaerature control),shower worked,breakfast limited but OK once you found someone who understood we like eggs cooked hot and not just left in an unheated tray to go cold, pool small but ok. Staff were friendly,especially the lovely receptionist who was the only one who spoke some english. Bad points: Room very sadly in need of renovation, especially the bathroom which was very tatty, although things did actually work.

Hotel default is poor. It is in great need of renovation. And bad smell throughout the hotel. It is a dilapidated hotel which shall not have any paying guests. The rooms are shabby and it's a stinky smell from the drains in the bathroom. Will never recommend this to anyone! Moreover, it is invaded by nasty, loud and rude Russians who show no respect for either the hotel staff or other hotel guests. Okay, it's cheap, but rather add to 1000 baht and live better!

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Our 1year old threw up on the bedlinnen not much at all and we washed it of rigth away with no stains left. We had to sleep without linnen for two nights because all linnen were at laundry!?! Then they wanted to charge us 500 bath for dirty linnen! Drunken russians argued all night and broke glass all the poolarea so we all cut our feer. I have more but do not want to waste My time more.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Spiders and mosquitos everywhere, the furnitures were old and moldy. The ac didn´t work, it was either freezing cold or off that worked, so the sleep weren´t very good. The pictures were on the bungalows, so we did´nt have any tv. You heard everything that was going on in the building. If you are smart you will choose another hotel, you can do so much better for that money!!! Worst hotel we ever stayed at!

I was not pleased with this place at all. Whilst the rooms are clean, there is nothing special about them. They are extremely simple and they dont even have a television. The breakfast provided was disgusting to say the least. The only good thing about this place was the pool, however,all the hotel guests sit around the pool and smoke which we could not stand. Overall, this place was not value for money. Do not stay here unless you have to. Im sure you could get a room similar to the one we stayed in for much less.

I staed in this hotel from 17th to 21st March 2008. My comments on the hotel & its services are not positive at all. In fact there are lot of mosquios in the room & we had to take mosquito repelants to sleep in the room. The A/C was put to the maximun & there was no remote controler or control knob for that A/C unit. When complained they sent a totally unproffessional person to attend to the job who was one of the front office staff guys. There are no professional cleaning staff who knows about the subject. Rooms are very small & made of very cheap thin boards. In fact all the hotels do not offer the same rooms as shown in swadee.com , instead they have seperate set of low satandard rooms for those who come throught on-line booking. I have had the same issue with Agoda also.

We booked in at Karon View Resort not knowing anything about this hotel. Fortunately we were very happy with this choice. Very friendly personnel and very good service from all the staff. A ten minute walk to the beach and many shops to look at on the way. Our room was cleaned every day.It was worth the price which was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to return.

1400 BHT for a night was quite expenive in my opinion. Across the street I was offered a room for less and a bit further on half price. And the room were better or equal plus had television and an aircon that you can adjust between off/supercold. If you can manage without breakfast in the hotel (there are dozens of places offering breakfast) and pool I would recommend to book somewhere else.

Hotel was okay. We were staying on Christmas time and have to say that it was very cheap comparing to other hotels in Karon Beach. Location was excellent. Only like 300 meters from the beach. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was a little small, but comfortable. Lot of mosquitos in hotel rooms. I suggest to get repellent from store. It will help.

Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel located quite close to the beach although street very smelly . Good breakfast (ABF) included. The staff at this hotel are exceptional. we cannot praise them enough. however, the hotel itself is more like a backpackers. The standard rooms are very simple.
