This hotel is a small, well decorated and nice hotel, with a small garden, a small,nice swimming-pool,400 m from the beach. It is value for money. Only one problem: in your room you can hear every noise from the floor or from the neighbouring rooms;if other people close late in the night the door of their room, we wake up from this several times.On the street it is loud in the night,too.

Was very diasppointed with facility. Felt like I was going into an old western hotel. No elevator. Very old but well kept. Echoes heard easily throughout building and room. I booked a 2 week stay in Phuket with only 6 nights booked at this hotel thinking I was going to move on.I decided to stay in Phuket but chose NOT to stay at this hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly I was not greeted very nicely on arrival and every night, there was one of the hotel workers there who was very angry looking and demanding. Everytime I asked for my key, they didnt ask my name which makes me wonder how good the security is on this hotel (I could have asked for another room # and been given that key OR I could have been a complete stranger). Asides from that, the shower is in a bath and extremeley slippery and can be quite dangerous if not careful (that would finish your holiday for sure). It was however a fairly quiet hotel off the main road and always kept clean. About 8 minutes walk to Bangla and the same for the beach so good location. I guess to sum it all up, for the price you pay its probably a good for value hotel.

Location is good. It's 7 min to beach and 12 min to Junceylon. Not that noisy and you can sleep well during the night. It's on the second street from beach. Interior of restaurant is really great. Whenever I have Breakfast there, I was so happy to be there. However, the facilities seem old enough. You need 5 to 10 minutes to get exposed in cool temperature at room.

This is a hotel full of thailand's cultural structural and designs. Personally my boyfriend and I like it so much, eventhough its just a medium/small size resort. The hotel automatically upgrade our room to the deluxe, which is bigger and with a bath tub. Room is clean,big and comfortable. The only drawback is the airconditional is not that cool, which they should check on it. As our booking includes the free breakfast, we enjoyed our daily breakfast in the restaurant. Not much of variety, but the food taste good and we basically satisfied with it.

We have stayed here before so after a long flight it was a choice of familiarity and comfort. They are very lovely at Premier. The rooms are nice, clean and no problem. Last time we stayed we stayed in the cheapest room and it was great and very clean. This time we decided to go the next level up in luxury and there was no difference except that you get a bath (with over hanging shower) and you have to walk up another flight of stairs. No lift. I actually preferred the cheaper room on the lower levels. They were very good though - because we got in so late they gave us a late checkout without even asking which was nice. Breakfast is quite average but you re in the heart of Patong so there's plenty of options. for the price and location it's great.

The room was nice although you can tell the hotel was getting old. The pictures look great but a window to the shower wasn't a great idea. There wasn't any leakage through the window but there are many cracks so if you re travelling with a friend, you guys may get to know more than you want about each other. Patong Premier is located on the northern part of town so it's a 15 minute walk to the shopping malls and 20 minutes from bangala rd where all the action is. There are food stores right out front and an internet cafe about 10 minutes walk south down the road. It's a nice hotel but the location isn't the best. I d probably live closer to bangala rd or on the south side of town if i went back to patong beach.
