This was adequate for our needs as it was an urgent booking to get near to the airport in time for our flight. So we didn't make use of most of the facilities, but it was a clean & comfortable room for the night. Good value for 1200 baht per night. The hotel wsan't as nice or glamorous as it looks from the web site though...it's a lot darker and older looking with a traditional feel. It's 300 baht and 15 mins taxi drive to the airport. Standard rooms with garden view are fine but there's no frills and the garden is just a row of plants in front of a concrete block. You re just under the pavement so it's not exactly pretty. However the location is very good as it's just opposite the beach on a good road with lots of restaurants.

Surpringly good location not far from the airport. Room was drab and uninviting, but the bed was clean and comfortable. Excellent clean and well cared for beach. Would stay again, but only in a better updated room.

The hotel management is disdaining customer complains. The rooms we booked were not fitted with TV sets. To our dismay the manager claimed it is normal:they did not offer the rooms with TV S. They would not accept responsibility for that and said we should talk to the Agent... As if we were still in the middle age... Nowadays rooms are fitted with toilet and shower as well as with running.... water . We checked another hotel close to this one,and their standard room was fitted with TV,even though their price was lower... Every other aspects are irrelevant!!!! We checked out without being refounded!!!

We was to get a room in old wing with mountainview. It turned out to be a room in the cellar with a lot of humidity. There were mosquitoes in the room and there was a leak in the aircon, so there was water on half of the floor. The entrance was in the cellar in the dark, and the moutainview was a 5 meter tall wall... Luckily, we had only paid for one night!

Lovely rooms. Great bathrooms. Next to a beautiful beach. Very good value for money! Only downside is that ground floor rooms get traffic noise. We also missed breakfast one day as the bread was locked in a cupboard and no one had the key : )

the hotel is on a very beautifull beach, en the restaurant in good and on the beach, but the hotel is nog very well. The standart rooms are not clean and there is humidity. The deluxe rooms are beter but it is not cheap. The staff is not very present.

this hotel is the worst I ve never seen before in thaîland during 30 times I ve been in this country.Thirst,we were not expected.2d,we got 2 beds instead 1.The freezer was off.No tv.The sheets and the bath towels were teared up.And over all it was the most expensive beetwen those of the same category.Sorry I can't recommend it!!!!!

We booked in the old sea view wing. We only just saw the sign for the resort. When we checked in the took us to our room. It was right across from the beach and is a little cottage with a front terrace thing. We didnt really spend much time in the room as it was one night to be close to the airport. There is no tv in the room - good for one night.

Das Zimmer das wir hatten war ca. 100 m vom eigenlt. Hotel entfernt. Für den Preis von 25 EUR pro Nacht war das Zimmer o.k. und sauber. Leider war es nach hinten raus gelegen, wo direkt eine große baustelle vor der tür war. also war's vor der tür nicht wirklich angenehm zu sitzen. vom hotel u. rezeption etc. haben wir sonst nichts mitbekommen, da wir auch nur 1 nacht dort waren.

Stayed here one night before flying to Koh Samui. It was a bit further from the airport than I expected and up and down a mountain. There was construction happening so we drove past it at first and had a hard time finding. We stayed in an old wing and it was a bit musty inside but a decent room for one night. There was meant to be hot water but we couldn't get it working in the shower. Overall it was fine for one night. Once construction is finished it will look great and I m sure the new wing would be better.

Had a very pleasant stay just for one night in a 750 baht room just across the road from the beach. The room was huge and clean, air con great, quiet location. Food good too and the beers were reasonably priced. The sign for the hotel isn't very visible so the taxi went to 2 other places 1st - adds to interest!

DO NOT stay in this hotel. We booked in here for our final night to see a different beach and be near the airport. Despite booking pick-up, transfer did not pick us up. As for the room, I m not a pedantic type, but the room had not been cleaned properly and the so called garden view was of the fence blocking the construction site (but NOT the noise at 8am). Staff were completely aloof and unhelpful (except for the hotel taxi driver and bellboy). The fridge was full of cigarette ash (!?). Do NOT believe the pictures, this place is NOTHING like them. If I could post a picture of the chairs you would laugh and think I was joking. Much better places to stay on this beach. Nai Thon is a nice beach but a little TOO quiet. Kamala Beach was a better option for us.

Nice hotel. The room was big and clean. We had a view over the ocean, even if there was a road in between. We just stayed one night before going to the airport. It was very easy to get to the airport from here. Nice and quiet place and the beach was fine. Good food in the restaurant as well.

situated in a quiet location, only 15 minutes from the airport. unfortunately the double rooms with 1 king size bed are only on ground floor, so that you have the view on the street. on the 1st floor are also big rooms, but with 2 single beds. rooms are very big, clean, bathrooms are clean, too. As the area was very quiet, the street between hotel and beach does not bother. The breakfast could be a little bit more generous. We also had dinner at Wiwan restaurant, which was very delicious. The staff was friendly, first not very warm, but then helpful when we changed our room to 1st floor with seaview:-) Transfer to airport without problems.

Despite earlier assurances by email from staff we received a room with one, not two beds. We were given a second bed upon repeated requests. Room was not very nice anyways. Neither were staff. On the plus side, when we checked into the hotel again for another night later in the week, we were given one of the nicer rooms which was really good.

Absolutely terrible. The room was right on a busy road (not above it, on it) with 20 ton trucks driving by, no sound insulation. You re better of sleeping on the beach. Sea view means that you are facing the main road (on street level) behind which you can see the beach. Mountain view means that you are facing a construction site. Staff very unhelpful, almost rude--my worst experience in Thailand. Had to move to another hotel--the Naithon Seaview Hotel 50m down the road has much nicer rooms for the same price.

The sheapest rooms are ugly and old. I think you can stay on a better way. The Restaurant was ok., but a litle bit to expesive. Naithon is a nice beach but very very quit. All transports and taxis to Patong, Phuket Town or to the pier are very expensive.

Our stay at this resort was not a pleasant one. The room we reserved was not available, the front desk told us to push our 2 single beds together instead. Only after much discussion did they say they had another room available but we must pay more. We moved rooms- the next wasn't much better. There was constant smell of mold and ants. Service at the restaurant was slow, the nicest thing about resort was politeness of house keeping. This Beach was fantastic though - stay at this beach, but maybe find another resort.
