The location is perfect and only 3 mins away from the beach and walking distance to amenities around Patong. The loft wing is a stone throw away from the main building, there is no staff or lobby at the loft wing, there were one day we hang the room service tag on the door knob but our room were not cleaned. The swimming pool at the loft wing is a turn off, i would say it is still in construction. It may have a better one at the main building. The breakfast was average. The room is clean and nice, satisfied. Overall I will give 4/5 to this hotel, a pleasant stay, and will recommend to my friend and would consider to stay next time.

RAYABURI Hotel is ideally located at the crowds of Patong Beach, bars and pubs are just across the street (it is a little bit noisy after midnight though), family mart is next to the hotel, walk 5 minutes to the beach, hotel room is clean and well maintained. Hotel staffs are friendly and able to communicate in english, we will absolutely stay at this hotel again in our future visit to Phuket.

I stayed at Rayaburi Hotel Patong i March 2011, and I have never been so disapointed in my life. The room was O.K. but the staff was very unpolitely and the hotel manager was directly unfriendly and not helpfull in any way. We stayed at the Loft Wing and 4 times we came back to the hotel and the reception was empty. We had to get our key ourselfes and anyone could have takes our key! Every night we were kept awake from other hotel guests. And their noise(!) I will never recomed this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at Rayaburi Hotel Patong from August 12-17, 2010. The main reason we booked this hotel because of the jacuzzi facility that placed at the rooftop of the hotel building. When we arrived the receptionist told us that the jacuzzi was broken and still in repairing but it would be done tomorrow. Everyday we asked them about the jacuzzi and the answer was the same that we couldn't use it because they needed some parts from Bangkok to fix it and finally until we finished our vac, we ve never able to use it. Honestly, we were so dissappointed with this hotel!!!

Good location.Room is clean but very small and low, which makes you feel pressed. Breakfast is so so, the most unbearable thing is that some of the staff are not friendly at all.We have a large group of family together and with a little kid. Most of them can not understand English. So they can not respond the hotel staff and sometimes made the situation confuse. One of the staff serving in the breakfast shake her head behind us and showing her unpatience by the look on her face. I am quite infuriated at their atitude. We stayed in Avista in the previous four nights with the almost same price, i have to say Rayaburi is very very far cry than Avista provided in every aspect. i can't feel the hospitality which i have got in all my previous stay in Thailand(Bankok&Huahin).

Nice clean room. Not as big as on the pictures. Also the superior room has the toilet and bath divided from the bedroom with just a curtain. I dont mind, but it is mnaybe good to know. Airco is working and moderate cool, takes some time to cool the room. Room looks stylish. Room looked out on some bars. Can imagine that in high season this means lost of noise. For me, staying here in july, it was ok. On the top floor there is jakuzi and some chairs. Looks allright. Food is excellent. We even got a voucher for a free dinner. Breakfast is reasonable. American style breakfast (egg, sausages, potatoes) and thai food (rice soup, rice with meat and fruit). Service is good, friendly staff. Launfry is expensive. We paid almost 1000 baht for a couple of clothes. Payed 1600 baht per night.

Well what can I say; Terrible hotel; This was my 4th visit to Phuket and my first at this hotel, never again, bad design, most things dont work properly or at all. Shower water goes everywhere and makes floor very slippery and unsafe, that is when the water works properly. Looks great from outside and great location but thats it..... Will go back to staying next door at white sands, where everything works properly, and they can understand you. Rayaburi Hotel is very over priced for what you get, had wife with me and even she thought it was bad design and over priced for what we got, that didn't work properly or was broken.

This was a really really good hotel. We had a 2 room appartment. So so so nice!!!! The only thing was that it was a litle noicy out on the steet. But the hotell was really nice. And one thing moore. One day the cleaning lady forget to close our door so it was wide open all day. But nothing was stolen. They have videocamras all over so the looked back and no one hade gone in our room. Thank good!!!!!! But everything else was really good. Would stay here again!!!!!
