nice location but nothing to do, rooms are great and the spa is very good, breakfast very poor, don;t eat in the restaurant but just across the road very good food and cheap.

This villa was a dream. The service staff was very helpfull and kind. We liked this hotel very much but everything arround is quite far. We re almost forced to rent a bike or so. Enyway we would chose it again on a next trip to Thailand.

Nice beach front location and good overall setting of the hotel in a nice big garden. We stayed 2 nights in 2 Grand Sea Villas with a small private garden and pool for each. The rooms were nice and clean and we enjoyed staying in them . In one of the small walled gardens with pool there was no light the first night, so we couldn't use the pool and inside the room the aircon couldn't be adjusted, so 22 deg. permanently and the safe didn't work but was not replaced. In the other house, the safe didn't work as well but was replaced. The staff was helpful and friendly and tried to solve the issues. We used the SPA and Massage facility each day and it was great value for the money Breakfast was plain and ordinary, but ok

A very nice resort with nice bungalows, staff were friendly although they could not so much English.Den large shower under the sky was so beautiful to use when we got home from the beach.We liked Keeree Ware very much and Ban Krut is a very little cosy village even if it´s not so big- The water in the ocean is not so clear as the water are on the western side of Thailand.We where very pleased with our stay at Keree Waree

Hello everyone, we spent 7 days in this hotel together with our friends. We booked delux bungalow, but when we came, we were informed, that they made a mistake, and they will give us garden villa (twice cheeper than delux) :)). So, we said NO , its not our problem! The manager(the only one person speaking english in the hotel) then tried to solve the problem. Said: ok, this night in garden villa you will have for free, and tomorow morning we will change the room . So we agreed, but next morning we got a soup like a present and the manager said , that they will return the diference between these prices.:)). So, we again said NO !!!, you said... :))So, if something is not good, don't be comfused to say this.The staf is nice, they smile, but in the case you agree with everything, in another case smiles disapeares.But no matter! On the whole this place is for ones, who are looking for calm stay. We were very happy in this place-there are so little people arround! The wild sandy beaches streching as long, as you can see.There is a very beautiful temple on the hill-when you will go to the beach-look left and you will see it:). The breakfest in the hotel is quite poor, but you will have super local place to eat-just turn right. There are two places to eat nearby. Both are good, but we beter liked , which was further from the hotel(with nice wooden tables)and plastic chairs. Its so thailandish:).Also, try another places-the food is very good and fresh everywhere. Also, we rented motobikes to discover the place ( tourist information, motobikes rent ... in front of second cafe , just turn right from the hote. The price is 200bath/day. In the hotel was 400 bath/day. Also the lake in another side of the hotel is very nice. The hotel asks to be renovated, but its still nice.All bicycles are also not suitable. Don't even try:) Try spa center. Especialy we were impressed by 2 hours thai massage.But look for a skiny woman, doing the massages.She is real profesional! There are two of them. Another was so lazy. The bungalows are realy nice, we liked them. You can trust fotos in hotels internet page-they are realistic, may be even better, then fotos. On the whole, its a place for ones , who are looking for true, quite wild nature, and not looking for something superior.Best wishes for everyone, going to Keeree Waree!

Very nice hotel and very nice rooms. Only downside was the pool which was not kept clean (maybe dirty because of the recent typhoon), and the breakfast which wasn't very good. But overall a very nice stay.

It was a poorly maintained resort, room stank after two days yet. staff found myself not very helpful in the restaurant. because the bathroom is done outside the door always open and you troubled by mosquitoes. fortunately, free internet. for me and my girlfriend the last time.

If you want romance, then this is the place. The rooms are fabulous, clean and very comfortable. The thatched roofs and the ceiling fans, make it village like. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, clean and inviting. The quiet location is great for relaxing, with local colourful fishing boats to look at as you relax on the beach. The staff are very helpful and friendly all the time. The only setback in this great place are the beds, they are so hard, but this is typical of Thailand and is the same in a lot of resorts.

Very nice resort, the lake villa is very secluded. Spa service was nice. But the food wasn't that good. The service was okay, there isn't that much to do in Baan Krud so the resort should be able to provide top noch service so that guests can just relax & spend $$$ at the resort. Need a huge improvement on food & service.

Very nice and well kept garden. The villas are tastefully designed but quite disappointing in cleanliness. More attention is needed for the cleaning of bedsheets and the airing of the mattresses. There are two swimming pools. The smaller one in front is nice but the bigger pool located towards the back of the resort is in dire need of cleaning. If you re going to use your credit card here, be prepared to pay a 3% surcharge.

Bicycling Bicycling along Ban Krood Beach will give our guests the ultimate pleasure of experiencing the pure, unpolluted nature and the fascinating way of life of the local fishing communities. Night fishing Night fishing adventure can be taken at the sea around Ban Krood, Koh Talu, Koh Sung, and Koh Sing, where our guests can rent a boat and fishing equipment to go fishing for a variety of fish and squids at night until dawn. Snorkeling Ban Krood is not only the gateway to the South, it is also the first suitable snorkeling spot that one can find in the Gulf of Thailand, where the underwater world in the area still remains intact and unspoiled. The favorite places for snorkeling are Haad Ban Krood Beach, Koh Ramra Island, and Koh Talu Island. Haad Ban Krood Beach has large, shallow water, circular coral reef. It is a patch reef that is seldom found in Thailand. This type of reef has corals that are shaped like large stones with kaffir lime (Makrood) like surface. The local people therefore called these corals Hin Krood, or kaffir lime corals. Ramra Island is situated north of Haad Ban Krood Beach. There is a coral reef surrounding the island, which can be seen quite clearly from aerial photographs. Koh Talu Island has a cave that runs through both ends of the Island, which is its distinctive feature and the source of its name in Thai. (Talu means to pierce through.) At the northern cape of the Island, there is a red steep cliff. There are four beaches on the island. The surrounding waters are the habitats of branching corals, massive corals and brain corals. Koh Talu Island has two satellite islands called Kho Sung, and Koh Sing islands, which are also very beautiful spots where one can see shallow water corals. |
